This hotel whilst rather basic, was perfect for my needs, which was effectively, just a good sleep before my early morning flight. I was surprised to see it had a nice pool. The only problem that was an issue to me, is the metal ramp on the driveway to the back on the property that kept on making a loud noise as vehicles past over it. Please get it secured.

When I arrived to my room it had a high smell of mildew. I rang the number provided and it was a call centre. An hour or so later the manager arrived and acknowledged she could smell the same but there were no rooms available and I would have to move elsewhere and my refund would take 10 days. My flight was early in the morning and moving hotel wasn’t an option. I ended up checking the one door that lead outside and it was covered in black mould that they had tried to clean. The smell was horrendous and Expedia should not recommend this place. The new manager was lovely but no staff onsite doesn’t help at all.

The room is renovated?? The doors are chipped and holes. The sink had not been cleaned. The shower had hair on it and a shower curtain which lets water run everywhere. Staff?? Saw no staff at all. Self check in is fine but there would be no staff to assist if there was a problem.

The ground person was extreamly helpful, so to was the cleaner who gave us batteries for the tv remote. But the batteries were not the problem thr tv remote still would not work so no tv. The room smelled bed extreamly uncomfortable, pillows smelled and there eas a large cockroach on the pillow when I came back from the loo. zThis hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in, and I vertsinly will not return

The property is convenient for the airport. Room had everything i needed and was comfortable. Bathroom was very small but the shower was excellent. I would have like an internal lock on the door for security as there are no staff onsite. Road was noisy all night, maybe bring your earplugs!

The only major complaint is that there is no reception desk; you have to check in online, then they are supposed to send you the room number and access code. I checked in early morning which required giving them my mobile numbr and e-mail. I received an automated verification that I was checked in and then nothing happened. We thought maybe it wouldn't come until 2 pm, the occupancy time. We were at the hotel at 2 and couldn't get in. We had to call an Australian phone number and then they sent the code after a few minutes. They seemed astounded that I didn't have an Australian phone number even though I booked from the U.S. and it's at an international airport; they wanted to text the info to an Australian phone number, but I told them to email it to me. I had to verbally confirm email address. The room was barebones in terms of style, but it was clean, spacious, air conditioned, and close to the airport. It also had a fridge and an electric tea kettle with instant coffee and tea. There was even a small carton of cream in the fridge.

You might put a bench at the smoking area. Sink not in the bathroom. Shower minute with a horrible black shower curtian. Wont be staying here again. Na, look, just don’t. Check-in is a nightmare. An hour on the phone to get in is not ok, especially after 7 hours of travelling. It wasn’t even late - 6 pm. There were three others at the door also trying to get in, so it wasn’t just me. Restaurant looked nice but they were only doing room service. My room was not fit for eating in so I went and got something from the Servo. Bed was nice, shower was crap. Advice for owner / manager: I happily paid more to stay somewhere else the next night where I was welcomed in by a friendly face, check-in was actually simple - within 3 minutes I was in my room, then went and sat in the restaurant for my lovely meal, the way it usually is, and should be, when I buy a room. (Well done, View Brisbane)

I have stayed here a few times before. Had issues with code for room access. After speaking to the lady from the call centre, a guy arrived and let me into the room. After about 10 or 15 mins he returned and gave me a new code. After a long day of travelling I just wanted a shower and to crash out. Was a little inconvenient.

Close to airport & nearby restaurants. Food & chef was awesome. Clean & comfortable. No shower & had to chase up pin for room entry. Probably not even 20 mins. Felt longer. For price. Reasonable

Close to airport & nearby restaurants. Food & chef was awesome. Clean & comfortable. No shower & had to chase up pin for room entry. Probably not even 20 mins. Felt longer. For price. Reasonable

Is more of a one night stay before an early airport check in. Needs a fair bit of maintenance. Bathroom needs an upgrade and a new toilet seat in the room we stayed in had stains on it. Restaurant on site had limited options but was good for what you paid and what they had available. The staff would be my highlight. All very friendly and hard working.

Checking in via txt or email as no staff on the premises was drama. Restaurant closed ,advertised open Monday to Friday Overall condition old and run down, disappointed for the cost of the room for a night.

The property is about 10-15 mins drive to the airport. Great for red-eye flights. The hotel is older but has been given a fresh coat of paint, flooring and partial upgrades to the bathrooms. For a 1 night stay, the bathroom is quite small with access to the shower hidden behind the bathroom door. Meals at the restaurant are great, and good portions. Additionally, there is no extra charge for room service. It was a bit offputting not having access to a receptionist or any real human interaction with staff unless ordering food. No room service, and very basic facilities in the rooms. 1 x kettle, a couple of tea cups, tea and coffee for 2 for one cup each. Comfy enough for one night, but not a 4-star stay.

Comfy bed and very nice towels, that's where it ends. Power points unsafe coming out of the wall and light switch unsafe. Noisey most of the night from traffic and other guests. Had a downstairs room that backed onto the pool and the light stayed on all night so our room was bright all night. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Pic is the pool at 4am with the light on, looks like it is the middle of the day.

This is now a "new fashion" (=staff out of jobs!) self check-in, rundown hotel with everything from flights of stairs & no lift, awful instant coffee, no open restaurant, no staff, two lights not working in our room (including one bedside), poor bed etc. etc...

Well, I paid an extra $45 to get in at 11.00am after about 10 phone calls talking to an automated answering service I finally got the code for the front door and my room. Will be giving this one a miss in future.

Forgot there is no-one at reception. One has to fill in form, send ID all of which is okay but would be nice if one could get a text and/or email a few days before check-in reminding one to complete the online check-in
