Our family had an excellent time staying here. I was most impressed with how warm the heated pool was, the upkeep of the games (indoor and outdoor) and the coffee machine. The kids were in the pool everyday and they absolutely loved it! The house has QR codes posted to help you understand how different things work. We found that super helpful when it came to operating the wood fire pizza oven and the Miele coffee machine. (We loved both!) Chelsey was accommodating and super helpful. Easy to communicate with! She made our stay comfortable and easy. The pictures and descriptions in the listing are extremely accurate with extra surprises along the way. Overall, we had an amazing stay. We used everything and every member of our family had the best time ever; from our youngest 20 months to our oldest 82 year old.

We stayed here in Dec 2024 with extended family and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and very clean, the pool was warm enough to swim in, and we enjoyed everything from picking fruit in the orchard to making s'mores in the fire pit to playing tennis to watching movies in the home theater. I would stay here again.

What a great family vacation we had. The host was attentive and amazing. The amenities are top notch. Pool, Spa, Tennis, Basketball, Putt Putt, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey and so much more. 1 hour to Oceanside, a little longer to SD Zoo - worth the commute if you want to venture out, to enjoy such a spacious, beautiful home. Easy access to casino and wine country. Everything you need to cook or grill great meals and the local grocery stores deliver - all in all a wonderful choice for vacation and would recommend!

The property was beautiful! The outdoor spaces were wonderful! We loved the outdoor kitchen, wood fire pizza oven, smoker, tennis/pickle ball court, orchard, and swimming pool! So many wonderful family gathering opportunities! Inside, the large kitchen accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of dishes and utensils and a plethora of cooking necessities made meal prep convenient. It was nice to have soaps, paper towels and garbage bags provided. There were no dish rags, but there were plenty of disposable sponges and dish towels. The game room was a hit for our teenagers and young adults! The sleeping accommodations were perfect with plenty of extra linens and pillows! Four washing machines and dryers really helped with so many people and pool towels! We had a couple of issues during our stay, but our concerns were immediately and professionally addressed. Our stay was PERFECT! We highly recommend this home for a large family gathering! So so so much fun!

This property was amazing. We planned a mini-getaway to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. We made all our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked! We didn't pack enough oil or even paper towels but this property had everything we needed. The outdoor BBQ worked amazing and a bonus to a fully stock coffee bar. We all loved the heated pool and the awesome jacuzzi. It was nice that there was pool towels for everyone! And don't get me started alone all the washing and drying machine! The little ones had a lot of fun in the playroom and with all the child toys in and outside the house! The high chairs were a blessing! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very convenient and clean. Parking was no issue and it was generous that we were able to charge our cars for the trip. This is really a fabulous property and a very well maintained property. The location is wonderful for a private retreat. Great neighborhood, lots of space, and lots of privacy. The house literally has everything you could need and more. Need outdoor space for dinner under the sunset? It’s there. Want to make a wood fire pizza? It’s there. You want to pick fresh grapes or fruits from trees? It’s there. Need to have space for indoor activities in case of inclement weather? It’s there. I hosted a birthday party for my husband and some close friends here and the weekend was nothing short of unforgettable. We made pizzas from scratch in the pizza oven, picked fresh grapes from the vines, enjoyed tasty food at the dining table, and everyone had their own space to comfortably get away and get some peace and relaxation. Everything we were informed about from the property manager worked and went exactly as planned. The communication was spot on and Chelsey was helpful up to during and after our stay. Multiple guests said this was one of the best places they've ever stayed. If this place is available when you’re looking, my advice, grab it!

This home is truly spectacular! The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need, and the house had so many amenities, games and activities that we didn't even get to all of them. The game rooms and home theatre were wonderful for the kids, and the orchard and vineyard were gorgeous. Our group consisted of five families with a mix of adults and children, and it was the perfect place to kick off our summer break.

Played tennis and at night enjoyed the games and sound system through out the home. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for all 11 of us ranging from infant to 81. We had a blast!

My family and I had the best Easter experience here at the Vineyard Estate! Literally nothing but great things to say about this property. Booking our stay was fast, easy, and they even accommodated my last minute booking. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house/property was enjoyable for both adults and children of any age. My kids did not want to leave and are still asking to go back. The pool was heated and the spa was at the perfect temp. The orchard had ripe fruit for picking and loved the site of the vineyard. We enjoyed mini golf, sitting around the fire pit, tennis, basketball, and the smoker/ bbq came of great use! We definitely will be back and also look forward to checking out your other wonderful properties!

This house is more beautiful in person then it is in the listing. We had 14 adults here for a work retreat and we all slept comfortably in beds. Most rooms had their own ensuite bathroom. We also hired the Chef the recommended for our stay and they were both awesome. Cannot wait to book again next year.

This home has a little of everything for all ages. Without question the perfect home for a froup of 10 or more. Bedrooms are amazing, kitchen is well stocked with everything a gourmet chef would use, game room is remarkably done, and the outdoor space and access to vinyards in the cherry on top. Our extended family of 19 had a perfect stay. The house is spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of fridge space. Fun indoor and outdoor games. Heated pool was key for a chilly March week! Pizzas in the outdoor oven were a highlight. Easy communication with host. Only wish for a little more bathroom space, but we made it work. This home is truly spectacular! The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need, and the house had so many amenities, games and activities that we didn't even get to all of them. The game rooms and home theatre were wonderful for the kids, and the orchard and vineyard were gorgeous. Our group consisted of five families with a mix of adults and children, and it was the perfect place to kick off our summer break.

Our family had an excellent time staying here. I was most impressed with how warm the heated pool was, the upkeep of the games (indoor and outdoor) and the coffee machine. The kids were in the pool everyday and they absolutely loved it! The house has QR codes posted to help you understand how different things work. We found that super helpful when it came to operating the wood fire pizza oven and the Miele coffee machine. (We loved both!) Chelsey was accommodating and super helpful. Easy to communicate with! She made our stay comfortable and easy. The pictures and descriptions in the listing are extremely accurate with extra surprises along the way. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful! The outdoor spaces were wonderful! We loved the outdoor kitchen, wood fire pizza oven, smoker, tennis/pickle ball court, orchard, and swimming pool! So many wonderful family gathering opportunities! Inside, the large kitchen accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of dishes and utensils and a plethora of cooking necessities made meal prep convenient. It was nice to have soaps, paper towels and garbage bags provided. There were no dish rags, but there were plenty of disposable sponges and dish towels. The game room was a hit for our teenagers and young adults! The sleeping accommodations were perfect with plenty of extra linens and pillows! Four washing machines and dryers really helped with so many people and pool towels! We had a couple of issues during our stay, but our concerns were immediately and professionally addressed. Our stay was PERFECT! We highly recommend this home for a large family gathering! So so so much fun!

My family and I had the best Easter experience here at the Vineyard Estate! Literally nothing but great things to say about this property. Booking our stay was fast, easy, and they even accommodated my last minute booking. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house/property was enjoyable for both adults and children of any age. My kids did not want to leave and are still asking to go back. The pool was heated and the spa was at the perfect temp. What a great family vacation we had. The host was attentive and amazing. The amenities are top notch. Pool, Spa, Tennis, Basketball, Putt Putt, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey and so much more. 1 hour to Oceanside, a little longer to SD Zoo - worth the commute if you want to venture out, to enjoy such a spacious, beautiful home. Easy access to casino and wine country. Everything you need to cook or grill great meals and the local grocery stores deliver - all in all a wonderful choice for vacation and would recommend!

The house’s location was great! We used all the amenities except the smoker. We enjoyed the kitchen. The dishwasher needs to be replaced, but everything else met or exceeded expectations. Some of the yard games were missing parts but the pool and basketball courts were really nice. The young teenagers enjoyed the game room while the adults enjoyed the many gathering places. A well kept up property!!

Check in for our 5 night stay was super easy. House and ALL the amenities are "off the hook!". Called Chelsey 1 time about turning up the heat in the pool and she dud a real time adjustment from her phone - outstanding customer service. Our family (8 adults & 7 kids) could not have had a better time. We utilized the fantastic kitchen (has everything you need!) and outdoor grill and pizza oven to cook all our family meals and everyone loved participating. Pool, hot tub and outdoor games were also utilized every day - all our grandkids were in heaven. Everything you read about this property and those supporting it is true. This house is more beautiful in person then it is in the listing. We had 14 adults here for a work retreat and we all slept comfortably in beds. Most rooms had their own ensuite bathroom. We also hired the Chef the recommended for our stay and they were both awesome. Cannot wait to book again next year.

This home has a little of everything for all ages. Without question the perfect home for a froup of 10 or more. Bedrooms are amazing, kitchen is well stocked with everything a gourmet chef would use, game room is remarkably done, and the outdoor space and access to vinyards in the cherry on top. This property was amazing. We planned a mini-getaway to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. We made all our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked! We didn't pack enough oil or even paper towels but this property had everything we needed. The outdoor BBQ worked amazing and a bonus to a fully stock coffee bar. We all loved the heated pool and the awesome jacuzzi. It was nice that there was pool towels for everyone! And don't get me started alone all the washing and drying machine! Our extended family of 19 had a perfect stay. The house is spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of fridge space. Fun indoor and outdoor games. Heated pool was key for a chilly March week! Pizzas in the outdoor oven were a highlight. Easy communication with host. Only wish for a little more bathroom space, but we made it work. We hardly left the house all week as there is so much to do. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous long weekend in this luxurious home. We played and enjoyed many of the amenities. Cooked and BBQed while enjoying the warm and beautiful pool. Played tennis and at night enjoyed the games and sound system through out the home. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for all 11 of us ranging from infant to 81. We had a blast!

My family and I had the best Easter experience here at the Vineyard Estate! Literally nothing but great things to say about this property. Booking our stay was fast, easy, and they even accommodated my last minute booking. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house/property was enjoyable for both adults and children of any age. My kids did not want to leave and are still asking to go back. The pool was heated and the spa was at the perfect temp. The orchard had ripe fruit for picking and loved the site of the vineyard. We enjoyed mini golf, sitting around the fire pit, tennis, basketball, and the smoker/ bbq came of great use! We definitely will be back and also look forward to checking out your other wonderful properties!

We loved our stay, which was home base for our family for our daughter's wedding. Tremendous country-setting and location. The yard games and game room were so much fun. The home was gorgeous and spacious, offering exactly what we needed. The property manager could not have been more helpful and communicative. We highly recommend!

This home was phenomenal! We rented it for 14 guests celebrating a 50th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for more. The outdoor games, full outdoor kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, fully stocked indoor kitchen and abundance of bedrooms made this a perfect vacation house. Our concierge Chelsey was fantastic to work with and immediately answered any questions we had. Our only regret was not staying longer! We will be sure to visit again!
