The condo and the entire complex were as advertised. The condo itself was superb- great furnishing, beautiful view, especially of our favorite beach - Magics, across the street, beautiful grounds with a very large pool. The condo is equipped with everything a renter/s would need and more. First class appliances with a well equipped kitchen. Easy to get too and plenty of parkingThis is the best condo we have been in since we have been visiting Kona the past 10 years.

The place was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, and beach accessories. The location was good, across the street from Magic Beach, and not far from all the places in Kona. Check in was simple and the host was responsive when I messaged about a possible late check out. (Side note, I should have checked about a late check out far before the trip, my bad.) The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor cooking spaces are great. There are a few things that would have improved our experience. First, the towels are terrible and rough like sand paper. Second, this is not a sleep 6, there are beds for 4, an uncomfortable couch (not sofa sleeper) that doesn’t fold out and several air mattresses to choose from that don’t have sheets to fit. We were 5 so we made it happen but not what we were expecting . Third, one of the two beach umbrellas does not have any way to anchor it down, so be prepared to hold it all day. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again if we were only sleeping 4 or less people.

The property was very nice and close to the beach. Big beautiful kitchen and living area. Had a good pool and Bbq area also a pool table. It was nice to have two parking spots. The only concern we had was the twin beds in the second bedroom weren’t the greatest for adults. But definitely would come back again.

This condo is in a great location, beautiful sunsets, walk across the street to the beach. Convenient to highway access and close to shops. Parking is easy to access and there is an elevator close by the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and the lanai is great to have a meal with a view. There is construction currently happening across the street as they are making improvements on the restrooms at the beach, but they only work during the day and it's not too disruptive. It did not take away from the enjoyable stay that we had.

This was our third time at White Sands Village and we so enjoy the location, the outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub and BBQ's) as well as the beautiful lawn. The easy access to the beach and the stunning views from our Lanai make this a great get away for our family. This condo was comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen and was big enough for our needs.

We have been to the Big Island before so we were not looking to do a lot of sightseeing. We rented a car for one day and used the free public transportation (Trolley) when we needed to go anywhere! The location of this condo was perfect with stops very close to the condo.The condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything! We have stayed at several VRBOs and never had one that provided so many supplies such as storage containers, Ziplock bags, shampoo, conditioner & body wash!!! And of course all of the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils!The complex was perfect! BBQ, pool table and pool! The grounds were very well maintained and we felt very safe there.We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again!

Had everything you would maybe need to buy foe your stay. Owner has thought of everything. Comfoetable beds. Excellent layout of condo. Balcony is spacious. Pool and hot tub at complex is great place to spend an afternoon. Directly across street from Magic Sands beach and short drive to downtown. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! So clean and fully stocked. Has all the things you need for the beach. The condo is wonderful as are the grounds of the complex. Nice pool and spa, BBQ area, and pool table, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here. Really great location away from the busyness of Kona, and steps away from a lovely beach park. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we found the apartment to be very well equipped with everything we could need. Check in was easy and we would definitely recommend this place.

Super clean property right across from the beach. Appreciate the use of free beach chairs and umbrella. Did not use the pool but the property ground looks very well kept. Just and FYI: there is an elevator but you’ll also need to take some small steps to the unit so if you have heavy luggage or traveling with elders, be sure to help them with it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The condo was clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely plan on staying here again. Next time I hope that Magic Sands Beach Has sand but that has little to do with the condo. Luckily the pool was a life saver with our younger kids!

Talk about your home away from home. Everything about this stay, from reservation, check in and check out was organized and perfect. The location was in a perfect area and it was so peaceful and quiet. The beach across the street made it even more amazing! Let's talk about the fully stocked condo. It had everything that you needed to feel like you were at home. Towels, beach gear, all the spices and condiments you could think of. Full stove and oven with all the cooking utensils that you would need. It was very clean and updated! I'm definitely keeping this as a favorite place to stay. Mahalo for an absolutely stressed free and enjoyable stay.

The property was great close to a nice white sand beach. Place was clean and had all things you would need for a beach vacation. Overall a great place. The only complaint I had was the wifi only worked one day out of the 8 we were there

This condo was perfect for our trip with two kids 3 and under along with a 10yo. It had the right amount of space for all of us. All the items you may need on a Hawaiian vacation, this place had it! I loved that it included bathroom supplies like soap, razor, and hair ties (to name a few). The amount of beach items included was awesome too! Everything was in working order and the place was clean and well kept. To my surprise the dining table was not glass which made me happy. I was a little nervous about my little ones around a glass table. Mainly because their ages but my worries were gone seeing there was a nice, sturdy table. The host was quick to respond before our arrival. We had no issues during our stay and would look at staying here again in the future. My favorite part was the lanai. We sat out there every morning, my kids enjoyed their breakfast while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee. I loved listening to and watching the waves across the street.

First time using VRBO and this property exceeded our expectations. We could see and hear the ocean from our lanai, the bed in the master was comfortable (it was just the 2 of us so I can’t speak for the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom). Communication was timely and instructions were spot on. We would stay here again and will recommend to anyone coming to this part of the island.

Great location and space. Unit was well stocked and it was nice to have access to beach equipment and towels to use during our stay. There did not appear to be a double futon in the living room, but perhaps it just was not obvious to us how the couch became a futon. Comfortably sleeps 4, more seems a little tight but we made it work. Overall very pleased.

Excellent instructions from the owner made for easy check-in. The condo was very clean and well equipped for beach outings. There are beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, coolers and more. Most everything you would need for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with spices/dishes/cookware and about any appliance you need for meal prep. The lanai is a great space to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the ocean surf and it also looks out onto a beautiful landscaped courtyard. There is some road noise from Ali'i drive while on the lanai but it didn't bother us. It is a very short walk to White Sands Beach to play in the water or just watch the sunset. This condo provided a fantastic base for our big island adventures. We hope to stay there again sometime.

Large and modern 2 bedroom condo with central AC. They had everything we could have needed all the way down to beach toys for the kids! Nothing like getting up early, walking across the street, and swimming in a beautiful ocean. If i was going to buy a place here, this is right where I'd do it!

This property was a 5 star from start to finish. Great communication from host, easy check-in process, super clean condo with tons of extras like towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. This is right across from magic sands so location couldn’t be better. The master has a king bed, there is a huge fridge, and Lanai has great view of the ocean. And above all, family friendly! I cannot say enough good things about this condo, highly recommend.

Great location and home base for exploring the island! There’s a Beach Shack across the street where we enjoyed lattes and açaí bowls and watched the kids boogie board and jump waves at Magic Sands beach. Well stocked kitchen and a KTA within a six minute drive. Communication with host was quick and easy. Would recommend and love to stay again.

Excellent instructions from the owner made for easy check-in. The condo was very clean and well equipped for beach outings. There are beach umbrellas, boogie boards, pool noodles, coolers and more. Most everything you would need for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with spices/dishes/cookware and about any appliance you need for meal prep. The lanai is a great space to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the ocean surf and it also looks out onto a beautiful landscaped courtyard. There is some road noise from Ali'i drive while on the lanai but it didn't bother us. It is a very short walk to White Sands Beach to play in the water or just watch the sunset. This condo provided a fantastic base for our big island adventures. We hope to stay there again sometime.

The location was convenient to beach across the street and Magics restaurant. The condo was well equipped in kitchen, bathroom, and beach equipment(chairs, cooler, boogie board, beach towels, umbrella etc). It was very clean. The initial access to unit was confusing. We followed sign to office which was closed when we arrived. After making a phone call we were told to park in space with unit # and go up the stairs or elevator to unit where there is a lockbox. We thought the lockbox was at the office. I recommend this 2 bedroom rental for family.

The place was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen, laundry, and beach accessories. The location was good, across the street from Magic Beach, and not far from all the places in Kona. Check in was simple and the host was responsive when I messaged about a possible late check out. (Side note, I should have checked about a late check out far before the trip, my bad.) The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor cooking spaces are great. There are a few things that would have improved our experience. First, the towels are terrible and rough like sand paper. Second, this is not a sleep 6, there are beds for 4, an uncomfortable couch (not sofa sleeper) that doesn’t fold out and several air mattresses to choose from that don’t have sheets to fit. We were 5 so we made it happen but not what we were expecting . Third, one of the two beach umbrellas does not have any way to anchor it down, so be prepared to hold it all day. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again if we were only sleeping 4 or less people.

We loved staying here. Really great location away from the busyness of Kona, and steps away from a lovely beach park. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we found the apartment to be very well equipped with everything we could need. Check in was easy and we would definitely recommend this place.

Very much appreciate how smooth everything went. Super easy check in/check out. Condo was spotlessly clean, nice view of the ocean, ample supplies including items left by prior renters (boogie boards, noodles, etc). This condo is directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach, about a one minute or less walk. With a rental car easy to run into town, visit the Volcano National Park, Hilo, etc. Thank-you for a very wonderful vacation. It provided my wife and I a very special time and memories with our adult grandkids.

Fabulous! Comfortable! Amazing amenities! What a lovely place to stay. The hosts have thought of everything, and talk about a well stocked kitchen, truly appreciated being able to easily cook there and just have all the basics, including condiments already there! We'll be back!

We’ve stayed in many hotels and resorts but this is the first condo we’ve booked. Attention to detail was very much appreciated, such as power bars with USB ports next to the beds, luggage racks, laundry baskets and night lights in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, dishes, spices, ice packs, plastic containers, ziplock bags, etc. plus there were coolers and beach chairs. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We picked this complex because of the beach across the street and everyone agreed it was a perfect location.

This condo is in a great location, beautiful sunsets, walk across the street to the beach. Convenient to highway access and close to shops. Parking is easy to access and there is an elevator close by the condo. The kitchen is well equipped and the lanai is great to have a meal with a view. There is construction currently happening across the street as they are making improvements on the restrooms at the beach, but they only work during the day and it's not too disruptive. It did not take away from the enjoyable stay that we had.

Super clean property right across from the beach. Appreciate the use of free beach chairs and umbrella. Did not use the pool but the property ground looks very well kept. Just and FYI: there is an elevator but you’ll also need to take some small steps to the unit so if you have heavy luggage or traveling with elders, be sure to help them with it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property itself was fine. A little older but clean, nice pool area and nice lanai to sit and listen to the ocean. The Magic Sands beach is nothing special, overcrowded, rocky, lots of homeless around the area, and an evening hangout for the local teen crowd. Never felt unsafe in the area but it’s not exactly the best part of the big island.

Property was as described. Loved the view from the back deck. Loved the ease of walking right across the street to the beach, which had a volleyball court that my daughter loved. We also enjoyed that my daughter had her own room and bathroom. The kitchen was the most well stocked I've seen at a VRBO (spices, condiments, cookware, etc). THANK YOU for that. Also loved that there was a cooler and beach items to borrow.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very convenient and just across the street from the Magic Sands Beach. The condo was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the essentials for meal prep. We used the pool and grill area and both were clean and well maintained.

The condo and the entire complex were as advertised. The condo itself was superb- great furnishing, beautiful view, especially of our favorite beach - Magics, across the street, beautiful grounds with a very large pool. The condo is equipped with everything a renter/s would need and more. First class appliances with a well equipped kitchen. Easy to get too and plenty of parkingThis is the best condo we have been in since we have been visiting Kona the past 10 years.

This property is well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Outside premises well maintained. Small beach, Magic Sands, directly across the street. Great restaurant also across the street - Magic Sands Grill. Amazing food and great service. Beautiful sunset views!

We have been to the Big Island before so we were not looking to do a lot of sightseeing. We rented a car for one day and used the free public transportation (Trolley) when we needed to go anywhere! The location of this condo was perfect with stops very close to the condo.The condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything! We have stayed at several VRBOs and never had one that provided so many supplies such as storage containers, Ziplock bags, shampoo, conditioner & body wash!!! And of course all of the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils!The complex was perfect! BBQ, pool table and pool! The grounds were very well maintained and we felt very safe there.We highly recommend this unit and look forward to staying there again!

Property was a great location and right across the street from a beach. We had everything we needed for the beach, even a cooler for our other outings. It was just a little bit confusing when we got to the property. We had no clue of where to go because parking directions weren’t as clear as expected. Once we figured everything out, all was good.

We had everything we needed and there were even beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel stuff as well as other beach stuff we didnt use. The beach across the street was great, and a couple miles down the road was great food, shopping and a farmers market. The property management was easy to get a hold of and in our case they were able to extend our stay another night. Overall great trip and we would for sure stay again if we were traveling to the area.

Excellent location, very central, easy access to main roads, easily walkable to fantastic swim, snorkel, surf and tasty eats! Literally right across the street from amazing Big Island sunsets on Magic Sands beach. Highly recommend and will definitely consider rebooking here again in the future!
