I am an international traveler. There was no Wi-Fi for the entire hotel on that day. I couldn't work or contact my people. The elevator wasn't working. The telephone in the room wasn't working. They said it would all be fixed within the hour but nothing happened for the whole day. Some even refused to provide a Wi-Fi hotspot for me. I'm thankful for the few that let me quickly use their hotspot. Ridiculous treatment for the amount of money I'm paying. I expected this to run like a 5-star boutique hotel but it only looks like one.

Listed as 5 stars but rather run down but clean, spa services were excellent and dining was good. However interaction with front office staff was problematic as we had to leave a day earlier than expected and no effort was made to give us credit or work with us on a compromise so had to pay the full fee for a day that we were not there. We were the only non-Indian's staying at the hotel from what we could tell and this may have added to differential treatment

This has got to be one of the worst experiences of hospitality and stay I’ve EVER experienced. Let’s start with our arrival-we had called multiple times prior to arrange a hotel car come pick us up on arrival at the airport. They had us send a what’s app message saying to send our flight details, confirming all was good, saying they will have a sign with my name. We land into chennai international airport, no one is there, we are calling the hotel, they keep putting us on hold, no one has any idea what’s going on. So we end up getting a Uber at 4:30Am after waiting an hour and being bombarded at the airport by local solicitors and get to the hotel. On arrival, the staff has zero remorse on what we just went through, just shaking their head, we asked to speak to a manager and he had nothing to say, just gave us a better room and said he can give us a “discounted” rate for breakfast when breakfast was already included. We get to the room-the suite they upgraded to- there are stains on the sheet, mold in the bathroom, it’s questionable is this is even safe to breathe in. After an 18 hour flight if you think you are getting some sleep, no way, they have 3 clubs and zero sound proofing provisions, our entire room was vibrating to the bass of the music, not to mention ZERO privacy because the balcony’s all connect & there were random people looking into our room, drunk people being sloppy all through the lobby, def nothing luxury or cute about that. A very old and dilapidated hotel. For the price they are charging and the condition of the hotel, it is more like a two star than a five star hotel. Lift buttons don't work, have to wait for the ancient lifts to come down, not all the power points work.

This might have been a 5 star at some point in the last couple decades but not now definitely. The rooms have water drips from roof, mold formations in the HVAC, sticky surfaces in the bathroom. Not even close to a well maintained stay leave alone the 5 star experience. All about the marketing of “The park” and nothing else. Worst feeling and a waste of money. On top of that, now we have allergic reactions due to the moldy and musty smell in the rooms.

How on earth is this hotel rated 5 star. Please don't waste your hard-earned money. This hotel doesn't even deserve a hotel rating. 1. Pretty old building rooms and furniture 2. The hotel is at a great location. Very convenient from us consulate building and t nagar where guests have great shopping and food options. The rooms were very clean and everything functioning very well. Srijana helped a lot with checkin and checkout as well.

I stayed for one night and was very disappointed. The room was outdated and gave off a muggy feeling. Room service was unresponsive. The bathroom and linens were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the property needs serious management and better hygiene standards. Would not recommend.

Due to the very loud music I had to change the room at midnight and the nee room I was given was in a very bad condition in-fact the shower area in the bathroom was almost unusable as taking a shower would cause the water to splash all over the bathroom floor( very tiny bathroom with not doors to protect the shower area. The staffs were polite and were trying to help but it seems there was not much they could do despite of the intent to fix this.

No one to take your luggage inside, nobody to welcome you. Doesn't look like a 5-star. Bad lighting in the room, broken wardrobes, rude staff. Small bathroom with bath tub and shower on top of it. You have to stand in bath tub to use wall shower. Slow receptionist. Hotel is working bcoz it's near US embassy else nobody would book it in my view.

Very delayed checkin. It took about 40 minutes to check in. Then they issued a key then did not work. So again got to go to front desk to get a different room. Too much hassle moving around luggages.

Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.

Please consider not doing construction work when residents are indoors. Despite our request it went on. Also do get your walls painted. They all look rusted and medieval. We requested for a room change as the room given to us was not as advertised. However there was no effort from the staff to accommodate our request and we had a very uncomfortable stay. The only good thing about this hotel is that its close to the consulate. Not my money’s worth.

Had buffet at their restaurant, the buffet spread itself was impressive, featuring a wide array of delicious options. However, the service, or rather the lack of it, marred the dining experience. Excellent overall. Excellent breakfast and overall service. Only concern was high charges for dinner buffet and ala carte. But otherwise no complaints. Very near to US embassy and biometric center. Staff very courteous. Allowed us to keep bags after checkout time till evening. Allowed to use restrooms after that. Quick response to service calls for water or electric iron. Highly recommend to others. Bit pricey but worth it.

Very unusual that in this hotel they take full payment in advance. Also for any service they take payment immediately & not like in any other star hotels. Even for a cup of coffee payment has to be made. In room dining service is poor in quality & delivery time.
