Great location and the property is pretty decent. You get parking which in central city is a rarity. One thing that was lacking is an extra rubbish bin in the bathroom. There was only one small one in the kitchen. The overall stay was great. Warm and cosy and big enough for family of 3. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good stay. Clean. Surprisingly quiet for a busy road. Comfortable and spacious room with all we needed. The shower was small but acceptable. The only slight issue was lack of water pressure. We would very happily stay here again and appreciate the free and convenient parking. Great location for walking to the centre of the city - restaurants, cafes, bars and shops within a few minutes walk.

Very conveniently located directly near the city. My first time travelling solo and I had a good experience, staff were friendly, check in and out was easy considering it was my first time, the room I had was clean, had sky tv, and had everything I needed. Probably only downside would be the parking, maybe invest in a gate or something, there seemed to be a lot of pedestrians crossing through. That’s my only critic, can’t go wrong with this place

I picked this property for the price and got what I paid for. It was clean and had all the facilities you need but would definitely be considered a budget property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy no-fuss, check-in and check out, thank you for letting us check-in so much earlier ahead of time. Cleaning and refilling necessities were given utmost attention; only sad thing is so much construction is happening around this place which blocks off some roads around this wonderful place currently so hope it gets better soon for you guys. The room was spacious and clean. Appreciated the big benches in both kitchenette and bathroom Although construction was happening outside the room was quiet. Really appreciated the friendly help I was given on arrival ro locate a missing bag.

It was a great location however we were a bit disappointed with the room compared with the photos online. We appreciated the fridge being in a cupboard for noise reduction. But in the bathroom of Unit 20, there was some mold on the ceiling and peeling paint. I know it's a budget motel but I don't expect to see mold in a room we have paid for.

The room was clean but in need of an update. The crockery was so thick I need two hands to lift my coffee cup. The outside needed a real clean, the glass on the outside staircase you couldn’t see through. The heater I thought I was supposed to use didn’t work so spent the evening wrapped in my coat. It was a disappointment. However, the location is great and it could be an amazing motel with some work.

Should be offering a discount while the te kaha stadium gets built. Extremely noisy 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. People coming in and out of the room next door. Loud voices at 3 in the morning. Not a great experience

A tired and very basic motel. The rooms are large and the kitchenette and bathroom are good. The motel is on a very busy corner and the traffic noise comes through the front glass wall very easily. There is no privacy for the ground floor unless the curtains are closed. No restaurant and no close supermarket. However, when the stadium is completed the motel will be in an ideal location. The motel is a good ten minute walk into the centre. Reception was underwhelming.

思ってたより、少し古く感じる施設ですが、清潔でスタッフの対応は良かったです。立地もリバーサイドマーケットなど中心部へは徒歩で10〜15分くらいで歩いて行けます。隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえたりしたので、施設のコンディションの星を3つにしましたが、清潔さなどで総合評価を星4つにしました。
