The check-in staff are a bit impatient by watching them interact with people. But place is great! The restaurant staff are exceptional! I would recommend

Very clean, staff were very nice. Beautiful view of the beach from the room.

Very expensive for what it is! Really not worth the price. They make u think u can use all the amenities offered by the hotels but there are a lot of rules and red tapes (ex: the lounge can only be use if u are on floors 9-10 etc) so read carefully.

Really great staff at all levels. Highly recommend this place right on a great sandy beach. Great ocean views. Very near great restaurants including St Lawrence Gap ones. All walking distance.

The staff was friendly, The room was just okay. A lot of noise from the street traffic. Bathroom and toilet supplies were rationed. For example, there was limited supply of bath towels. Pool and beach towels had run out each of the days we needed them. Exercise bike in the gym wasn’t working. No towels in the exercise room. Just 2 of the 3 exercise equipment in working order but no towels.
