The parking is terrible there was no ability to check out easy and access your bags. Had to pack our bags up and down all stairs. The elevator was not working!! There were workers on the property who didn’t even care to help by letting us out front door when we brought car around. They even had keys! Had to haul luggage out back down back alley to and of block then drag back in front of building where we parked the car. There was no public parking. We had to park a mile away. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend this place.

Only can check in between 3 and 8. No one at check in until 3:30. Elevator is turned off until late morning so if you are on an upper floor plan on carrying your luggage down a steep circular staircase. Noise from hallway and adjoining room can be heard in your room. No soap provided.

Utsikten från balkongen var underbar. Trapporna upp till andra våningen var otroligt tunga att gå i även för en ganska vältränad person. Ingen hiss finns. Kuddarna var nästan obefintliga. Platsen är vacker och trevliga restauranger.

Ingen hiss, 4 långa trappor till rummet. Viss personal bra, övrig personal såg det ut som om vi var ivägen för o att de helst hade sett att vi aldrig kommit dit. Koden för o komma in när restaurangen var stängd fick vi inte att fungera. Som tur var så var en av oss kvar inne på rummet annars hade vi inte kommit in. Långt till parkering.

Prisvärt med bra läge. Vi hade balkong mot floden vilket var väldigt trevligt. Rummet var ok och rent men kuddarna var dåliga. Ingen fungerande hiss. Parkering fanns inte vid hotellet men ca 300 m bort fanns ett parkeringshus.

Es ist ein schon älteres Hotel mit Charme. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt und ich hatte mein Zimmer im 3 Stock. Und mein Zimmer wurde auch einmal nicht gereinigt. Aber der Blick vom Balkon war einmalig schön.

Not a good stay - initial room had not been serviced, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs through a kitchen, nowhere to store luggage nor any help/suggestions to where I might be able to, bathroom very tiny, pillows small, birds nesting outside the window, etc.

Das Zimmer war schäbig, schlecht ausgestattet und hatte kaputte Gardinen und einen zersprungenen Deckel auf dem Wassetank der Toilette. Das ganze Hotel war heruntergekommen und sah nach einer Gerümpelkammer aus. Beim Einchecken wurde uns zudem verschwiegen, dass das WiFi schon seit Tagen nicht vefügbar war. Erst auf unsere spätere Nachfrage kam das raus. Die Nacht war schrecklich, das Bett unbequem, der Ventilator kam nicht gegen die Wärme an. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen und sind sofort nach dem Frühstück weitergereicht ohne die geplante 2. Nacht dort zu verbringen. Nach 20 Uhr ist der Empfang übrigens nicht besetzt. Man muss selbst über die Hintertür und Stufen zu seinem Zimmer klimmen, vorbei an einer einer engen Gallerie hässlicher und ungeordneter Reproduktionen von Gemälden. Der mickrige und schlecht zugängliche Aufzug steht dann auch nicht zur Verfügung.

Property needs improvement in cleaning section as there was lots of webs in balcony, i saw spider was roaming in room. Plus they should provide basic things like IRON for clothes. Location is superb and in center and quiet too being in center.

Wir waren bei Rock am Ring und suchten eine Unterkunft. Das Burg-Hotel war günstig und nicht so weit entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung erinnert an Filme wie ‚Das Wirtshaus im Spessart‘ oder auch an Hui Buh, sehr nostalgisch. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren superbequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken mit Blick auf die Mosel, das war so schön 😊. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal dorthin.

The hotel was right on the water. We didn’t have a room with a view. We stayed in a triple which was really tight. Hotel management was nice and friendly. We had to park down the promenade but it was just a short walk.

The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great.

Zeer snel geregeld Zeer zeer vriendelijk personeel zijn wij heel goed door geholpen. Ligt goed in het centrum kamer was alleen wel kleiner dan verwacht. En badkamer inclusief toilet en wastafel zaten dicht op elkaar op zo'n 3a4 m² Maar buiten dat zeker een aanrader om heen te gaan.👍
Zeer snel geregeld Zeer zeer vriendelijk personeel zijn wij heel goed door geholpen. Ligt goed in het centrum kamer was alleen wel kleiner dan verwacht. En badkamer inclusief toilet en wastafel zaten dicht op elkaar op zo'n 3a4 m² Maar buiten dat zeker een aanrader om heen te gaan.👍

The young man on Monday morning was friendly and helpful. Bathroom is definitely not up to date. Bed was comfortable but if you are 6 feet or taller you will have a problem. My husband slept sideways and he is barely 6 feet! Great location and the balcony was great.

Wir waren bei Rock am Ring und suchten eine Unterkunft. Das Burg-Hotel war günstig und nicht so weit entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung erinnert an Filme wie ‚Das Wirtshaus im Spessart‘ oder auch an Hui Buh, sehr nostalgisch. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren superbequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken mit Blick auf die Mosel, das war so schön 😊. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal dorthin.

The parking is terrible there was no ability to check out easy and access your bags. Had to pack our bags up and down all stairs. The elevator was not working!! There were workers on the property who didn’t even care to help by letting us out front door when we brought car around. They even had keys! Had to haul luggage out back down back alley to and of block then drag back in front of building where we parked the car. There was no public parking. We had to park a mile away. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend this place.

Property needs improvement in cleaning section as there was lots of webs in balcony, i saw spider was roaming in room. Plus they should provide basic things like IRON for clothes. Location is superb and in center and quiet too being in center.

Utsikten från balkongen var underbar. Trapporna upp till andra våningen var otroligt tunga att gå i även för en ganska vältränad person. Ingen hiss finns. Kuddarna var nästan obefintliga. Platsen är vacker och trevliga restauranger.

Ingen hiss, 4 långa trappor till rummet. Viss personal bra, övrig personal såg det ut som om vi var ivägen för o att de helst hade sett att vi aldrig kommit dit. Koden för o komma in när restaurangen var stängd fick vi inte att fungera. Som tur var så var en av oss kvar inne på rummet annars hade vi inte kommit in. Långt till parkering.

The hotel was right on the water. We didn’t have a room with a view. We stayed in a triple which was really tight. Hotel management was nice and friendly. We had to park down the promenade but it was just a short walk.

Prisvärt med bra läge. Vi hade balkong mot floden vilket var väldigt trevligt. Rummet var ok och rent men kuddarna var dåliga. Ingen fungerande hiss. Parkering fanns inte vid hotellet men ca 300 m bort fanns ett parkeringshus.

Not a good stay - initial room had not been serviced, had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs through a kitchen, nowhere to store luggage nor any help/suggestions to where I might be able to, bathroom very tiny, pillows small, birds nesting outside the window, etc.
