The property was fine but the rooms were quite disappointing. It looks like NH just took over, put in some new mattresses and started selling rooms. Don’t know if it was just the set of rooms we were in for rate but the challenges seen: Extra lock on door did not work, mold behind bathroom door, walls in bathroom (specifically) and bedroom area have not been cleaned in a very long time (don’t look beyond your immediate view), initial towels not fully white, bedroom floors were in terrible shape… could see major divets and drag marked of beds / other furniture.. All unit doors needed a slam, water from toilets around floors not quite, .. Front desk staff courteous. Once asleep it was fine. Would not return or recommend brand or specific hotel. Work in hotel industry and surprisingly was disappointed with even basic expectations.

Exceptional & friendly staff - especially Carla was very helpful and had good answers to all my questions and could help with special requests. Both (male)conscierges (?) were attentative and promptly helpful. The room hat the size and quality I was expecting. Solely two things: Big people like me have difficulties to enter the bathtub as the entry is quite narrow. The online window I could open was not closing properly so I had to live with more streetnoise than necessary.

The location is prime. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Luciano from the front desk even helped us coordinate a day trip in his free day. Rooms need to be refurbish, but overall it was a great stay!

En esta oportunidad tuve una atención diferente el primer día en la madrugada fuimos enviadas cruzando todo el restaurante en una habitación donde la cama no estaba preparada , el mensajero tuvo que hacerlo. Era de madrugada . Me atendió un muchacho de anteojos redondos al cual nunca le vi la cara. No se como se llama, me parece que Danilo. Nunca tuvimos calefacción en la habitación y vi que al hotel le falta mantenimiento.. No incluyen desayuno El restaurante muy bien atendido. He ido durante 9 años y no se si volveré.
