Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen um zu Fuss die Stadt zu entdecken. Das Hotel befindet sich nahe des zentralen Platzes San Martin. Im Hotel auf dem Dach hat es einen netten kleinen Pool mit Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: für ein solches Hotel hätte ich erwartet, dass man einem Gast, dessen Gepäck nicht angekommen ist, gratis eine Zahnbürste abgibt und diese nicht noch separat verrechnet.

Horrible!!! Employees very nice. But they don’t speak English. The Hotel looks clean. But a cockroach show up in the restroom. That means could be anywhere in room, they fly. I asked for a Raid (bug killer) But they didn’t have one. I believe it! No hair dryer. The swimming pool water was nasty. I am not talking about leaves or pigeons feathers. I am talking about blurry water. The swimming pool bar was closed and the gym and spa with no employees. Comfortable bed and perfect room temperature. All this at the best room. Would you go? You don’t even get their nasty room coffee for free. A big NO NO Money back please!

The hotel was fine. But there was no air conditioning control in the rooms. The whole hotel was set to one temperature. When I asked front desk they were very friendly but told me I could not change the temperature in my room. Thankfully I was there only one day. It was very hot and hard to sleep in

Elegimos una habitación básica que estaba bastante bien para nuestras necesidades. Cómoda y amplia cama, con caja de seguridad, y cómoda sin ser fantástica, sin vista porque la elegimos así .Es un hotel con baños antiguos que funcionan, solo el chorro de la ducha es muy potente y costaba dar con la T ideal . La atención de todos los que allí trabajan fue impecable, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa permanente. La atención en el desayuno muy atento y todo rico con una carta limitada pero suficiente Ubicada en el centro con acceso a renta car a media cuadra lo que fue excelente . El restaurante merece detalle aparte, extraordinario, con carta fina, variada y una cava abundante, igualmente el personal encantador.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and over the past 2-3 years the levels of service have deteriorated to virtually non existence, but they still are happy to over charge for the so called exclusivity and service levels. Windsor Tower staff were all extremely attentive, polite and professional at all times. I couldn’t fault them they are a credit to the hotel and training they have been given. Also young staff but brilliant.

No complimentary water in the room or lobby, no hand lotion provided in room and no tissues either. Staff were friendly and provided a power adapter complimentary and printed out a boarding pass for me after a few times trying. Language barrier is difficult, given I don't speak spanish and many staff don't speak much if any English.

Ficamos apenas dois dias no Windsor, mas algo que nos chamou a atenção foi a falta de cordialidade dos funcionários. Principalmente na recepção e serviço de quarto. Parecem todos muito mal humorados, talvez por conta da situação econômica atual do país. Muitos sem paciência e dando respostas atravessadas.

Llegamos un día viernes 9/6 , pedimos espacio para cenar donde un anfitriona dijo que a las 22 horas tendríamos espacio en restorán del hotel, a lo que nos comentan a las 22:30 que no se puede . lamento que se de prioridad a no clientes alojados y que no se nos dio solución mas que cenar en el Bar, y que la carta no era la misma de restorán ,no hubo ninguna opcion de que nos dieran cena de restoran V/S cena de Bar .
