Close to the Christmas market, nice hotelroom, spacious. We did had to park in a underground parking garage 5 minutes away which costs us 28 euros from Saturday till monday because the parking lot at the hotel was full but ofcourse it was very busy for the wonderful christmas market, so no problem for us. We had a wonderful stay thankyou!

Das Hotel, die Betten waren gut und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Geparkt haben wir in einem nahgelegenem Tiefgarage. Vorteil das Auto stand während des Aufenhaltes sicher unter Dach, Abends war es abgeschlossen und deutlich günstiger als der Hotelparkplatz.

Das Hotel, die Betten waren gut und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Geparkt haben wir in einem nahgelegenem Tiefgarage. Vorteil das Auto stand während des Aufenhaltes sicher unter Dach, Abends war es abgeschlossen und deutlich günstiger als der Hotelparkplatz.

Really suprised with the service level. There is a real contruction activity going on your floor. It started 7 am with drilling like right next to my wall. Also the pictures are totaly illusion we had 4 roo s and none matched the actual picture on reservation

Parking was volzet bij het hotel, er was op loopafstand een openbare parking, voor € 14 per dag kan je er parkeren. We hebben ons geparkeerd van 18u00 tot 12u30 de volgende dag, hebben slechts 1 dagtarief betaald (€ 14)

Stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy my visit. Slightly disappointed with no fridge or kettle in the room but reception happily gave me a kettle they had as a spare 😂 24hour parking price is a little steep I thought but at least it’s secure.

Gut gelegnes Hotel im Zentrum von Dortmund. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Ebenso ist eine U- Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, da dürfte jeder was finden. Aber ein Minuspunkte gibt es, das Hotel hat zwar einen eigenen Parkplatz, die Kosten für einenTagesticket sind mit 25Euro sehr hoch. Hier könnte man für Hotelgäste einen Sonderpreis anbieten. Wir haben in der Zeit in einer umliegenden Tiefgarage geparkt (nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt). Tagesticket kostete da nur 14 Euro. Die Tiefgarage ist sogar tagsüber bis in den Abend bewacht und in der Nacht geschlossen.

The room only has renovated the floor. Everything else is too old. And the bathroom is one of the oldest I've ever seen in a hotel at this price. It wasn't even clean. The shower gel bottle was empty and was never refilled during our stay. And the only thing in the sink was hair conditioner. Nobody checks that stuff? And when we checked in, they told us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and they had us sitting on a couch waiting for an hour and a half. The best thing about the hotel is its location.

Sehr schönes Hotel in spitzen Lage. Viele Restaurant in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Mitten in der Stadt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Werde jederzeit wieder kommen. Preis Leistung ist klasse. Gemütliches Bett. Sauber. Trotz der Corona Situation sind alle sehr bemüht es so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Tolles sauberes Hotel. Die Stange für die Duschbrause sollte in Zimmer 210 repariert oder erneuert werden. Schade ist es, das man die Heizung im Zimmer nicht selbst regeln kann. Wir mussten die Klimaanlage an machen, weil es zu warm war.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Ich fühlte mich in Dortmund im Allgemeinen nicht sehr sicher. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Sicherheit gab die 24h Besetzung der Reception, welche unseren Sohn um Mitternacht ins Zimmer begleitet hat, welcher keinen Schlüssel hatte. DANKE!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Ich fühlte mich in Dortmund im Allgemeinen nicht sehr sicher. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Sicherheit gab die 24h Besetzung der Reception, welche unseren Sohn um Mitternacht ins Zimmer begleitet hat, welcher keinen Schlüssel hatte. DANKE!!!

L’hôtel est propre et bien placé toutefois nous avons trouvé que le prix du parking en extérieur à 25€ pour la nuit était excessif. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche vers 18h et il n’y avait personne à la réception . Au bout d’un moment un employé est arrivé et il nous a dit qu’il allait chercher quelqu’un pour le check-in….

L’hôtel est propre et bien placé toutefois nous avons trouvé que le prix du parking en extérieur à 25€ pour la nuit était excessif. Fijn hotel, mooie kamer en heerlijk ontbijt in het centrum van Dortmund. Per ongeluk mijn tandenborstel vergeten, maar gelukkig een gratis poetssetje van de receptie gekregen. Kortom prima service!

Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen, sehr freundlich und professionell. Service im Restaurant sehr gut, Speisenauswahl am Frühstücksbuffet so reichhaltig, dass man die "Qual der Wahl" hat. Trotz Hauptstraße ruhig, so dass man am Wochenende auch etwas länger schlafen kann ohne gestört zu werden! Sehr gefallen hat mir, dass keine Plastefaschen mit Getränken angeboten wurden sondern alles in Glas, Wasser im Re-Fill mit Leihflasche (kostenlos). Nachhaltigkeit und grünes Management sind sehr im Fokus. Klar gibt es manchen Stellen (Scheuerleisten in den Gängen) , die noch nachgearbeitet werden müssen, doch man kann nicht alles auf einmal verändern. Hotel ist sehr bemüht sich in den Standards der gehobenen Klasse noch fester zu verankern als es jetzt schon der Fall ist. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Besonders schön das wir vor Ort parken konnten. Beim einschecken, ein sehr netter Kollege der dafür gesorgt hat das meine Schwester und ich nebeneinander ein Zimner bekommen konnten. Vielen lieben dank dafür, wir sind jedes Jahr zum Kongress der Zeugen Jehovas in der Westfalenhallen und freuen uns schon auf nächste Jahr. Vielen Dank G Demond .

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, nur ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof, 200m von der U-Bahnstation und 3 Gehminuten von der nächsten Einkaufsmeile entfernt. Personal sehr freundlich, spricht deutsch und englisch. Doppelzimmer klein, sauber und gut schallisoliert. Doppelbett bequem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf gehad in een mooie ruime kamer. Het hotel is wat ouder, maar de kamer was gerenoveerd en in goede staat. Receptiemedewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de incheck- en uitchecktijden waren zeer flexibel. Het hotel ligt centraal en op een steenworp afstand van diverse restaurants en de kerstmarkt. Ondanks deze centrale ligging hebben wij op de kamer geen geluiden van buiten gehoord.

Gut gelegnes Hotel im Zentrum von Dortmund. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Ebenso ist eine U- Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Hotel an sich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, da dürfte jeder was finden. Aber ein Minuspunkte gibt es, das Hotel hat zwar einen eigenen Parkplatz, die Kosten für einenTagesticket sind mit 25Euro sehr hoch. Hier könnte man für Hotelgäste einen Sonderpreis anbieten. Wir haben in der Zeit in einer umliegenden Tiefgarage geparkt (nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt). Tagesticket kostete da nur 14 Euro. Die Tiefgarage ist sogar tagsüber bis in den Abend bewacht und in der Nacht geschlossen.

Vi troede at Mercure havde en vis standard men blev overrasket dette hotel var på ingen måde som andre mercure hoteller vi har overnattet på. Vi vidste at restaurant var lukket men at der slet ikke ingen mulighed for lidt spiseligt er for ringe der var kun muligt at købe en øl eller en sodavand det var alt. Morgenmaden var ikke interessant der var en del i buffeten men det smagte ligegyldigt. Receptionisten virkede slet ikke som om hun kendte hotellet og vi var i tvivl om der var nogen efter kl. 22. Det var heldigvis kun en overnatning

Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen, sehr freundlich und professionell. Service im Restaurant sehr gut, Speisenauswahl am Frühstücksbuffet so reichhaltig, dass man die "Qual der Wahl" hat. Trotz Hauptstraße ruhig, so dass man am Wochenende auch etwas länger schlafen kann ohne gestört zu werden! Sehr gefallen hat mir, dass keine Plastefaschen mit Getränken angeboten wurden sondern alles in Glas, Wasser im Re-Fill mit Leihflasche (kostenlos). Nachhaltigkeit und grünes Management sind sehr im Fokus. Klar gibt es manchen Stellen (Scheuerleisten in den Gängen) , die noch nachgearbeitet werden müssen, doch man kann nicht alles auf einmal verändern. Hotel ist sehr bemüht sich in den Standards der gehobenen Klasse noch fester zu verankern als es jetzt schon der Fall ist. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Unterkunft war gut. Zimmer war sauber. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber auch noch in Ordnung. Frühstück war sehr sehr gut! Es gab unbegrenzt frisches Wasser zum selbst abfüllen an der Rezeption! Können wir sehr empfehlen!
