Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Die zusätzlichen Kosten (3€ pro Tag pro Person) die bei der Nutzung des Pools und des Sportbereichs anfallen sind meiner Ansicht nach nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir entschieden uns bewusst für ein gehobeneres Hotel mit einem vergleichsweise höheren Preis und mussten für den Komfort dadurch zusätzlich zahlen. Das Frühstück bot gute und große Auswahl, sowie zuvorkommenden Service.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Die zusätzlichen Kosten (3€ pro Tag pro Person) die bei der Nutzung des Pools und des Sportbereichs anfallen sind meiner Ansicht nach nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir entschieden uns bewusst für ein gehobeneres Hotel mit einem vergleichsweise höheren Preis und mussten für den Komfort dadurch zusätzlich zahlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Zimmerausstattung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich war sehr schön und ein Grund für uns dieses Hotel zu wählen. Eine extreme Frechheit war allerdings der Preisanstieg für den Sauna- und Poolbereich am Ersten des neuen Jahres von 3 Euro auf ganze 14,80 Euro pro Hotelgast für einen Tag. Über den originalen Preis waren wir informiert aber die Preisveränderung wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt und ist außerdem für einen Hotelgast übertrieben und viel zu teuer. Vor allem steht auf der Buchungswebsite noch der Preis für 3 Euro da. Wir und auch andere Gäste waren extrem irritiert und verärgert. Dies wäre ein Grund dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal zu wählen. Die Lage zur statt war hervorragend. Parkhaus mit Lift zur Lobby und Zimmer waren top. Gutes Frühstück. The room was clean and the utilities were functional. The Wellness and Fitnesscenter was great and a reason for us to choose this hotel. However, the pricechange from 3 Euros to 14,80 Euros per Person for one day was outrageous and way to expensive. Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i alt stad - gå afstand til alt, så perfekt. Hotel er noget gammelt og slidt - lever ikke op til sine stjerner. Morgenmad super. Åbningstider i fitness og pool er uacceptable- hvis man kun har 1 overnatning, kan man ikke når at benytte det, da der ikke er morgenåbent og det lukker tidlig eftermiddag.

The location is prime. Right around the historical center. For its price, the hotel service is mediocre. Staff is not very friendly, and the property is very old. The room floor especially has a musty smell that reminds me of some very old hotels. The gym is great though.

Wir waren nur 3 Tage im Hotel was in Ordnung war. Es war sauber. Die Einrichtung aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Das nötigste war da. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig und der Pool war leider nicht verfügbar. Darüber hätte man vorher informieren können.

Der Teppich vor dem Aufzug ist voller Flecken, mein Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten ein ganz normales Hotel - der Preis für ein Zimmer ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Wir habe. Uns ehrlich gesagt mehr erhofft. Vielleicht hatte der Mann an der Rezeption einen schlechten Tag, aber wir wurden unfreundlich empfangen und falsch beraten was Zusatzkosten anging. Desweiteren hatte ich einen Unfall vor dem Hotel und bat um einen Kühlakku, was abgelehnt wurde mit den Worten „Den hätten Sie sich von zu Hause mitbringen müssen“ als ob man davon ausgeht schwer zu stürzen.. Das Zimmer war auch leider nicht richtig sauber und hat streng nach gerochen im Bad. Abgesehen davon war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist dafür unschlagbar. Leider dem Preis nicht mehr gerecht mittlerweile, früher war das Hotel besser.

Zimmer und Teppiche sehr abgewohnt, alte Bäder, Türen zerschrammt, beim Bürostuhl löste sich vollflächig das Kunstleder, Schrank verschrammt aus den 60igern(?), etc. Doppelte Fenster. Eines ließ sich nur kippen, beim zweiten war der Griff abmontiert. Ebenso im Nachbarzimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit wusste aber für Kinder auch keine Attraktionen. Ansonsten gab es keine hoteleigenen Angebote für Kinder und damit meine ich gar nichts! Keine Leseecke, keine Bereiche, kein Programm, kein Weihnachtsgruß, einfach überhaupt gar nichts. Schwimmbad vorhanden, ABER ACHTUNG: kostet pro Besuch pro Erwachsenem separat! Wasserkaraffen am Zimmer wurden nicht ausgetauscht, Gläser ebensowenig. Sehr schade und unhygienisch, da man sich damit Wasser aus einem Filtersystem am Gang holt. Frühstückt phänomenal! Parken sehr teuer, dafür in der Hoteltiefgarage. Für Familien eher nicht geeignet. Lage top! Aufenthalt hatten wir wesentlich günstiger schon wesentlich besser! Schade Hilton, aber wir werden dir keinen Besuch mehr abstatten.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage. Öffnungszeit vom Schwimmbad perfekt um vor dem Frühstück schwimmen zu gehen. Zimmer war leider etwas staubig was uns in die Nase ging. Aber sonst dem Alter angepasst sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war normal. Bei den hohen Parkgebühren was schon mehrfach bei den Bewertungen bemängelt wurde hätten wir mit Ladestation vor Ort am Parkplatz gerechnet. Wir hatten viel Freude in Dresden und wünschen das auch allen anderen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die gute Lage, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit werten es wieder auf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich hätte mir noch Service am Tisch gewünscht. Das hätte es perfekt gemacht. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die gute Lage, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit werten es wieder auf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich hätte mir noch Service am Tisch gewünscht. Das hätte es perfekt gemacht. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

The hotel itself was good but requires an update. We stopped here for an overnight rest as we driving from Kakow Poland to Osann Monzel Germany and Dresden was the half way point. Unfortunately we had no rest as the air conditioning was useless and rattled all night and we did not sleep. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Tired rooms and nothing like one would expect a deluxe king room to be. Turns out the deluxe designation, as compared with standard king room, is free minibar, which isn’t stocked with much at all. Not a bigger or better room, but free water and peanuts. The bathroom was still a tub with a shower curtain and hand wand, not a shower. Looked straight from 1985. The only good thing going for the hotel is the location, which is superb. I really regret not booking the Steigenberger Hotel — also a superb location, I just thought the Hilton would be more modern but I was wrong. I was very disappointed.

Wir waren schon öfter hier. Diesmal hat sich alles noch einmal , wenn auch leicht, verbessert. Personal ist sehr nett, entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer sehr ruhig , einziger Wermutstropfen, das Bad sehr klein , Dusche in einer sehr kleinen Badewanne. Benutzungstechnisch extrem unbequem. Aber ,,,,das ist halt so.

Zimmer und Teppiche sehr abgewohnt, alte Bäder, Türen zerschrammt, beim Bürostuhl löste sich vollflächig das Kunstleder, Schrank verschrammt aus den 60igern(?), etc. Doppelte Fenster. Eines ließ sich nur kippen, beim zweiten war der Griff abmontiert. Ebenso im Nachbarzimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit wusste aber für Kinder auch keine Attraktionen. Ansonsten gab es keine hoteleigenen Angebote für Kinder und damit meine ich gar nichts! Keine Leseecke, keine Bereiche, kein Programm, kein Weihnachtsgruß, einfach überhaupt gar nichts. Schwimmbad vorhanden, ABER ACHTUNG: kostet pro Besuch pro Erwachsenem separat! Wasserkaraffen am Zimmer wurden nicht ausgetauscht, Gläser ebensowenig. Sehr schade und unhygienisch, da man sich damit Wasser aus einem Filtersystem am Gang holt. Frühstückt phänomenal! Parken sehr teuer, dafür in der Hoteltiefgarage. Für Familien eher nicht geeignet. Lage top! Aufenthalt hatten wir wesentlich günstiger schon wesentlich besser! Schade Hilton, aber wir werden dir keinen Besuch mehr abstatten.

This hotel scores well on some points, but the room was small, there were no drawers for clothes, and it was really expensive. There was no desk lamp. Mineral water was provided on the first night only. The main restaurant was closed, the only really good feature was the bistro. This is definitely not Hilton standard.

I have been to Dresden almost yearly since 1985. Staying at the Hilton is super, especially the location. I hope that I can meet my friends there next year again. My only negative is that my room 3021 was dark, even with all of the lights turned on.

Pleasant hotel in the centre of the old town. Excellent breakfast and comfortable rooms (though somewhat old-fashioned bathrooms). Extremely slow check-in and for about 15 minutes around 9.00pm the reception desk was unstaffed.

Good location to access many sites we were interested in. WONDERFUL breakfast buffet! The only real negative was the late nighttime noise from a bar downstairs from the hotel. The noise inteferred with us going to sleep at least 2 nights. We should have asked to be moved to another room, but that would have also been inconvenient to have to move. Overall, good hotel.

Anfahrt zum Parkhaus zur Zeit Schrecklich da keine info zu den ganzen Sperrungen. Zimmer alt aber OK. sehr laut von der Strasse und auch von den Nachbarn. Nachts um eins hat der Nachbar an der Zwischentür rumgemacht.

Overall a very good hotel. Excellent location. Very good breakfast. The only questionable experience was at check-out when the lady at the reception argued that I couldn't add my parking fee to the hotel bill. I was told otherwise when I checked in and after I insisted she added parking to the invoice and I didn't have to deal with the parking pay station. This situation was an exception, all other members of the staff that we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

Staff was pretty bad, rude, abrupt would anticipate our questions wrongly. Hotel advertised parking but it was full and we had to park about 1km away not terrible but annoying. I would not stay again. Certainly not worth the price.

Our stay in the Hotel Hilton was perfect for the 6 days we stayed, Hotel in the centre of town easy access to restaurants and walking distance to the Heinz Stayer Stadium for the World Transplant Games. All staff in the Hotel where very helpful from the front desk when we booked in, kitchen staff, and house staff all excellent and would recommend staying at this Hotel, once again thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Our stay in the Hotel Hilton was perfect for the 6 days we stayed, Hotel in the centre of town easy access to restaurants and walking distance to the Heinz Stayer Stadium for the World Transplant Games. Breakfast is excellent! Very convenient & walkable to Altstadt and Neumarkt. Mostly are friendly, except the receptionist guy when I was checking in. I didn't get his name. I was so tired, travelled 8 hrs & he wasn't so friendly & accomodatibg. I felt as if he wanted to get rid of me quickly! However, checking out is excellent. The lady was very helpful. It was my first time visiting Dresden & I really like it. It's magnificent!

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr angenehm. Kritik hätte ich nur am Fitness- und Poolbereich. Wir hatten dieses Hotel wg des Schwimmbades und der Fitnessmöglichkeiten gebucht. Leider stand ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns direkt zurückgepfiffen hatte. Das Fitnesscenter und den Swimmingpool durften wir uns nur von außen anschauen. Wir sind dem Mitarbeiter 2 mal begegnet an zwei verschiedene Tagen und er war an beiden Tagen unfreundlich. Danach hatten wir keine Lust mehr. Dafür war der Empfang am Frühstückstisch umso erfreulicher.

Nice enough Hilton hotel in a great location right in the heart of the old town. Rooms are usual Hilton quality but the air con could be better. Decent pool and spa complex. Breakfast is poor with a limited choice of food. There are plenty of places to eat nearby so an room only booking is recommended. Hotel is let down by the attitude of some staff members. Also although both my and my friend's bookings included executive lounge access we were both told it did not. We both had to show our booking e-mails to prove it. Make sure you bring yours.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Zimmerausstattung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich war sehr schön und ein Grund für uns dieses Hotel zu wählen. Eine extreme Frechheit war allerdings der Preisanstieg für den Sauna- und Poolbereich am Ersten des neuen Jahres von 3 Euro auf ganze 14,80 Euro pro Hotelgast für einen Tag. Über den originalen Preis waren wir informiert aber die Preisveränderung wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt und ist außerdem für einen Hotelgast übertrieben und viel zu teuer. Vor allem steht auf der Buchungswebsite noch der Preis für 3 Euro da. Wir und auch andere Gäste waren extrem irritiert und verärgert. Dies wäre ein Grund dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal zu wählen. Die Lage zur statt war hervorragend. Parkhaus mit Lift zur Lobby und Zimmer waren top. Gutes Frühstück. The room was clean and the utilities were functional. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die gute Lage, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit werten es wieder auf. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Ich hätte mir noch Service am Tisch gewünscht. Das hätte es perfekt gemacht. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die gute Lage, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit werten es wieder auf.
