Pools are extremely dirty in comparison with Dubai standards. They provide people with normal clothes(not Islamic suits), just normal clothes to use the pool. The water park was very small to be used by 3 large nearby hotels. Therefore, is was extremely crowded. Other amenities were not enough for such a crowd. Reception was very inflexible and not friendly, which did not give us at least one hour late checkout. The quality of food is not proper for even a 3 star hotel not a 5 star one. Over all experience was very very very bad.

Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout.
