Overall it was a good stay, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the breakfast was very rich and varied. I didn't like much the beach and the swimming pool becouse were too crowded, it was difficult to find free places from the early hours of the morning.

Nice hotel but certainly not for business purpose. Family hotel with a lot of children. Location is good, room is big enough with a balcony. Take into consideration a lot of noise from the jet skis and music from the pool if you are staying in first floors. Breakfast was good offering a lot of choice but crowded.

The service at this hotel is truly outstanding—on another level. The staff is extremely helpful, and if there’s an issue with the room, they fix it almost immediately. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms are outdated, and the furniture looks dated, even though it’s not worn out. That being said, the rest of the hotel is in great condition. The facilities, including the large pool and the nice beach, are excellent. Breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of options. They a variety of fresh choices to start the day right. I've stayed at this hotel five times since 2016. The property is well-managed, impeccably clean, and consistently maintained. The staff are courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any issues. However, my recent experience was less than ideal due to overcrowding at the pool, primarily from a large number of guests which made it nearly impossible to swim. There was noticeable arrogance from some parents, and their children caused quite a disturbance, making a peaceful swim impossible. Additionally, the behavior and attire of some guests did not align with my personal preferences, diminishing my overall enjoyment. I also observed that the pool entertainer showed a preference for certain guests, which affected the inclusive atmosphere. Regrettably, this experience has made me reconsider whether I would return to what was once my favorite place in Abu Dhabi.

The room was spotless, the staff were very accommodating, from the staff at the entrance including Saeed and another very helpful gentlemen whose name we didn’t get, to the cleaning staff including liakat they were all so attentive and always on hand. They made our stay seamless and that extra bit comfortable. We had a balcony sea view room which was lovely and spacious, an extra bed was also added without any issue for our child. Thank you Khālidīyah palace we had a fantastic stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il personale della reception è davvero gentile. Il nostro check-in è stato effettuato dalla signora Ismahene, che ci ha accolti con un grande sorriso e molta cortesia. Le camere sono pulite e molto spaziose, mentre la piscina è davvero bellissima e grande. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto un problema con la TV e abbiamo chiamato il tecnico. Dopo soli 5 minuti, sono venuti in camera con una TV nuova, un servizio che non ho mai trovato da nessuna parte. Ottimo hotel, ci tornerò sicuramente.

プールサイドはとても良かったです。またタクシー手配やフロント対応も気持ちよくして頂きました。ただ、室内の古さは否めないのとなんか暗いなと感じました。また部屋にはUSBコンセントがどこにもなく、変換器含めドバイのホテルに置いてきてしまいフロントで借りました。この時代に格安ホテルでもUSBはあるので残念でした。あと浴槽に毛が落ちていて結構ゾッとしました。

All the staff go out of there way to make a truly memorable holiday, there is so much choice for breakfast that always looks fresh and well maintained. Also the pool area is one of the best in that area, the room cleaning team are super polite and keep your room stocked with bottled water every day.

I wish it was better. We checked in and front desk asked what brought us to their hotel, we told them we were running the Marathon in the morning. They gave us an upgrade we did not ask for but appreciated. we later realized was right above a restaurant with live very loud music, the hotel did not help with ear plugs or offer us to move rooms and we were stuck listening to it until 11pm when the website says 930 it ends. our race started at 6am the next day. we received and apology the next morning and 20% discount on a future stay.

Food choices and the option to order food poolside was amazing! Huge variety for breakfast with lots of live stations. Disappointed with room. It was a little outdated and we had 6th floor above the restaurant so we could hear lots of noise and smell food in our room most of the time which wasn’t pleasant. A couple of days there was construction work happening across the island and it was very noisy we found it hard to relax by the pool/beach. Pictures need updating on websites as the beach is not the same anymore! It is very crowded and again no view because islands have been build around the hotel.

Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam – man merkt, dass hier Service großgeschrieben wird. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war top – geräumig, mit Pflegeprodukten und einer großen Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen: frisches Obst, regionale Spezialitäten, eine große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Great service delay at the check in because it was registered on a company and the name of the reservation didn’t match the name of the guest. However the manager sorted it out within 30 minutes claiming it’s due to security reasons of governmental quarters nearby. The location is great down distance from the centre but the beach and entire place is more quiet thanks to this. The food was very good, entire place very clean and service especially the room cleaning was excellent. A very enjoyable stay for me and my family.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The check-in turned into a bit of a process as I booked and paid through Hotels.com and they couldn't tell if I had paid already or not. Once they figured it out all was well, but that took much longer than I would have liked. The pool a beach are well maintained. Their on-site restaurant, Kamoon, has wonderful food. However, don't expect great service while dining there.

This hotel was very welcoming and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you and ensure you’re happy and have what you need. We felt very comfortable here. I was not a fan of the buffet dinner, however, they have another restaurant called Kamoon which serves the best Arabic food, all cooked from scratch. We went there every night! Our room cleaner Hasibul was great at ensuring we always had what we needed for our room. Would highly recommend.

Will recommend for a first time visitor to Abu Dhabi with Uber you can get almost everywhere and walk to Emirates Palace Mandarin and Qasr Al Watan. Great escape from the daily life. Beautiful hotel, nice structure, very cool pool area. Beach is small but cozy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. You feel welcome there. The only turn down would be the food/drink service at the pool. Not a lot of options, staff not really interested in getting your order. And last but not least, there’s not alcoholic drinks. The hotel is in a very nice location, close to the Corniche. And there’s a Careem bike station right in front of the hotel (very useful).
