Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche

I want to thank the Egyptian lady Fatima for giving us a free upgrade and smooth check in. The concierge staff and bell boys were very good too. The suite was nice and spacious, but the kitchen was very basic and looked very makeshift. No cutlery, plates or pans so none functional - the hotel services such a steam room, was not working properly, pool is open at strange times - 9-2 and then 4-6, jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough - towels provided smelt funny. Upstairs roof looks very cowboy built and has seen better days. Ramada just isn’t what it used to be, luckily they have very good staff to keep up their reputation but otherwise not up to a 4 star they claim

Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera executive, eravamo al 14º piano, camera davvero enorme, bagno enorme con una vasca/doccia e una doccia. Hotel non nuovissimo, però tutto sommato ben tenuto. Avevamo un ritardo di oltre sette ore e non c’è stato nessun problema con il check-in. Check out alle due di mattina e anche qui, nessun problema. Staff molto gentile, noi abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la colazione perché inizialmente ci hanno detto che non era inclusa mentre su Expedia c’era scritto che era inclusa… insistendo ci hanno detto che era inclusa solo per due persone (ma anche in questo caso solitamente su Expedia viene scritto che è per due persone e non c’era scritto), alla fine invece era inclusa per tutti… Noi comunque per vari motivi ne abbiamo usufruita una su quattro, quindi non ci è cambiato molto. Fermata del bus vicinissima, circa 15/20 minuti a piedi dall’Abu Dhabi Mall, per il resto non è una zona proprio turistica… difficile dire se la zona è comoda o meno, perché purtroppo le principali attrazioni di Abu Dhabi sono dislocate in punti molto distanti tra loro. Da qui per arrivare alle Etihad towers, emirates Palace, palazzo residenziale e Marina ci si impiega circa un’ora con il bus, 30 minuti per il Louvre, 1 ora per Yas Island e 1:20 per la moschea. Rooftop con piscina al penultimo piano molto carino.

Piscine en travaux pendant un mois hôtesse désagréable et hautaine nous a ricaner dessus quan on lui a demander de visiter l’hôtel afin de le découvrir le ménage à 9h du matin la sonnerie de la chambre qui réveil les morts . 0/10

Very clean, Good Location Near Corniche and city center. The Mnager "Nadrine" is very helpful and she brought my car by herself when we couldn't find the valet guy! But, the hotel facilities are not enough for this number of floors and rooms. They only have 2 elevators so you will keep waiting or using the stairs! Also parkings are not enough and they have very bad Valet service (Rarely to find them available and when they are available they spend very long time to bring it)

The room is perfect for us it’s spacious. They have gym but sadly I didn’t try it because i don’t have clothes with me so i did go to the swimming pool instead. It’s quite small but i enjoy it. The staff is nice,they're accommodating. It’s perfect like everything is near and convenient to drive. If you’re lazy to drive there are restaurant nearby and so you can go for a walk. I wanna say thank for Miss Lau and the Filipino staff they’re very accommodating when we go to eat our breakfast. We will definitely come back.

The woman at the reception is so unrespectful. The swimming pool is close but it is not specify on the website. Same for the steam.

Disappointing doesn’t sum it up. For the cost of AU$500 a night I would have expected better. While I respect there was an expo on, hence the full bookings, I was paying this, not my company. Only rooms available were smoking despite me booking non-smoking. The response was ‘this is the Gulf everyone smokes, nearly all our rooms are smoking’. I have never heard such a poor statement. I was shown one room where I couldn’t walk through the door due to overpowering smell. The second room hardly better, but I felt this wasn’t going to improve. Window doesn’t open, my eyes sting, everything now reeks of cigarette and no alternative was provided. Water dribbles from shower and is cold. Add to this, I was called 3 times to find out when I’d be checking out. Time is clear as 12 noon. Uncertain why I was called twice the day before and then after 11am. If you want to feel unwelcome, this is the place. The only redeeming qualities was the understanding manager and helpful staff at the main door. Pool was ok, but rundown around it. I’m genuinely upset by this whole situation. I have come here to visit a friend whose husband has passed I shared I would possibly extending my stay. Nope…this has been absolutely awful and I booked elsewhere.

Its a nice hotel for the price ..the location is perfect but the only inconvenience is that you have to pay for the parking!

I did very late check in Mr Nadeem at the reception very helpful in the process and quickly got my key. The only drawback in the hotel was the parking facility…. it was mentioned that they have self parking facility but you have to give for them to park.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. The hotel's condition needs renovation, with outdated premises, disrepair in rooms, and dirty carpets affecting aesthetics and hygiene. My stay was marred by issues like a blocked washroom sink, leaking air conditioning, unclean bed-sheets, and unhelpful reception staff. These issues collectively made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Additionally, I was disheartened by the lack of hospitality exhibited by the reception staff. They appeared indifferent to my concerns and failed to provide the level of service one would expect from a reputable hotel. To make matters worse, I had a concerning experience during the night when two individuals, presumably hotel staff, entered my room without my permission. This intrusion into my personal space was not only unsettling but also a violation of my privacy. I hope that my next visit to your hotel will be a more enjoyable and comfortable experience.

The room was dirty and smelled very very bad. I had to leave the hotel because I couldn’t take the fowl smell

The hotel needs renovation to stay for a day like I did, it's fine but the condition of the building is very old and the rooms need to be renovated and dirty carpets need to be changed or at least cleaned well,For what I paid, it's more than good, you have what you pay for.

Horrible. Cockroaches in the room, no water pressure on the bathroom and received a call from reception at 2am in the f*cking morning.

I called the hotel at 12pm to confirm my booking and my request for *connecting rooms* it's important because we are a family. They told me it is ready and that I could come. I arrived at 4pm for check-in, but they told me that my request for (connecting rooms) was not available and that they would give me rooms on separate floors. Moreover, the rooms were not at all the ones I had booked. I didn't accept this, but they were not cooperative at all. Only the employee Fatima Zahra tried to help and told us to wait an hour while she tried to arrange connecting rooms with the same requirements. After waiting, she indeed provided us with our rooms. Although it is standard in other hotels to get exactly what you booked, in this hotel, you have to come and create a problem with the staff to get your request fulfilled. This is completely unacceptable. This is my second time booking in same hotel Both times I had the exact same problem: a delay in check-in and not finding your exact rooms.

First night, I noticed the walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation next door. They were chatting till late but as I did not understand their language, it was just a background noise. Third night, next door guests were throwing a massive party, really loud till 2am. That was too much for me. I stayed in other Ramada hotels in different parts of the world before and I did not experience no issues, so it was rather disappointing.

Friendly staff - especially the helpful people at the reception. Room was big, comfortable. Liked the facilities. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely book again

Old property with no USB ports near the bed and the one on the desk connects to the tv, good thing I had a travel adapter. The curtains do not block out the morning sun coming off the ocean so the room is very bright early in the morning. Limited decent dining options close by

Pros: - very friendly staff all round - good breakfast - very nice rooms, bathrooms and decor - good location and price Cons: - at times very slow room service - very cramped and scary lifts, would often close very fast. Hit us more than once (sensor needs tuning).

das Personal in der Rezeption ist sowas von unfreundlich und inkompetent! Trotz rechtzeitige Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes und Information bei der Rezeption, riefen sie immer an und fragten nach Check-Out! das geht gar nicht!!! Despite extending the stay in a timely manner and informing reception, they always called and asked next day about check-out! that's impolite

They might be a USA brand, but they don't operate as USA hotel. The hotel itself is fine, but the crap they do is infuriating because it's a slow drip of stupid policies that build to me wanting to write this review. As others have stated, they don't respect the do not disturb. They also want you to take housing keeping everyday (I'm assuming so they can see if you consumed anything from the minibar). If you have the do not disturb illuminated, they will light you up on the phone between 4:30pm to 5pm. If you have children, like taking afternoon naps, etc. you are going to be called. If you disconnect the phone they will bang on the door. I've never received this many phone calls at a hotel. What is most irritating, and something the front desk will deny, is they will disable your room key if you don't take housekeeping. Long day walking? Not feeling good? You have to waste your time checking in with the front desk to get your room key reauthorized. Lastly, they signed me up for Wyndham Rewards and I was already a member. They put my room on the new number they setup without asking me if I wanted account. I'm 3 days into an e-mail dialog with Wyndham corporate trying to get the new account closed and the points moved to my existing account. I have no idea what e-mail they used so I can't pass Wyndham's "security" verification. If you can deal living under their iron fist of rules/policies then it's a fine hotel.

The service was impeccable. Was approached by pleasant staff members and warm welcome. Stay was exceptional however the concierge was reluctant to keep our luggage even after we were promised. They kept it for 4hours but damagedy cabin bags and childs backpack. My child left in tears. I would highly recommend this hotel but would be reluctant to leave my belongings with the concierge.

good location and good service

Polite staff. Cleaning everyday and an excellent neighborhood, easy walk to board walk and easy access to Adu dahbi mall . If you need taxi or bus, it's also available easily.

Uncomfortable room temp. No pressure in shower!! Horrible food.

Unfortunately, my experience with breakfast was extremely disappointing. I had booked breakfast, but the hotel insisted that I hadn’t paid for it. After a lengthy discussion, it turned out that I had indeed paid for breakfast. However, when I finally went to have breakfast, my name was not on the list once again, leading to further delays until it was cleared up over the phone. The breakfast itself was nowhere near worth the price, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at Ramada hotel by corniche in Abu Dhabi . From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made my stay unforgettable. First and foremost, the room was impeccable. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and soft linens ensured that I had a restful night's sleep every night. Additionally, the amenities provided, such as the coffee maker and tea,milk big bottle of water made me feel right at home. The staff at your hotel were exceptional. Specially Jalil and Panashe. They were always friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The concierge was particularly helpful, providing me with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my room was kept tidy and well-stocked. The location of your hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, as well as 10 min away walking from Abu Dhabi mall, and the surrounding area was safe and quiet. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my experience at your hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a value for money and welcoming place to stay. I was told I needed to pay extra for parking, which was not really a problem except it sure had to be disclosed somewhere. Also, you will have to pay for ice. The breakfast buffet was decent. When I asked for butter, the wait staff and chef said it was finished. And it looked like they had no intention of replenishing as it happened again the same day

The accomodation was a good price and suited our needs. The buffet breakfast and dinner where better than expected.
