Parkeer garage slecht te vinden en duur.

Personal war klasse. Der Fitnessraum sah aus wie eine Abstellkammer. Schade war auch dass die Sauna erst um 16uhr öffnete. Die Preise des Essens, welches ich mir aufs Zimmer hab liefern lassen waren total überzogen für das was man erhalten hat. 30 Euro für einen Burger mit Pommes (inklusive room Service Gebühr) ist Wahnsinn! Wenn die Qualität zumindest stimmen würde okay… aber der Burger selbst war keine 5 Euro wert und die Pommes viel zu klein. Daher würde ich das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen außer es ist für eine Übernachtung

Overall very nice hotel, but Spa was out of service and gym is quite small with limited equipment.

Metro close by, parking under the hotel, view over the city, modern looking. Cultural diverse location with good food.

Wir haben jedes Mal mehr als 145 Minuten auf den Aufzug gewartet - der ist so unglaublich schlecht Programmiert, eine Zumutung. Im Bad sind die Fugen schimmelig - aber ansonsten passt alles.

Sauna is very nice!

Der Empfang war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Zimmer war ok. In der Dusche hat es in der Ecke geschimmelt, die Belüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in der Küche gab es kein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Allerdings gab es belegte Brötchen und Croissants, sowie Kaffee und Saft kostenlos. Das war alles sehr gut, auch völlig ausreichend und sehr kulant vom Hotel. Allerdings schade, dass man direkt kurz nach 10 Uhr, nach Ende der Frühstückszeit, direkt den Teller abgedeckt bekommt und somit nicht gemütlich austrinken kann. Das Frühstückspersonal war genervt, wenn man sich noch schnell einen Kaffee oder Saft holen wollte. Schade.

Das Zimmer war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in einem sehr abgelebten Zutaten. Im Bad war Schimmelbildung und der Toilettensitz war locker.

Die Dusche war verkalkt und stellenweise wie rostig, der Abfluss des Waschbeckens hat nach Benutzung richtig laut rumort, jedesmal! Toilettenbrille war verschmutzt, sah man erst als man sie hochhob. Außerdem fand ich die Parkgebühr von 21€ pro Nacht sehr teuer und am letzten Abend war es so überfüllt, das man im roten Bereich nicht mal parken konnte

De havde sat en transportabel radiator op, men først efter 2 dage var værelset varmet acceptabelt op. Meget støj. Hverken dør eller vinduer var støjdæmpende. Gulv og håndvask var beskidt ved ankomst. Housekeeping rengjorde ikke værelset under opholdet.

Viele Haare im Bad. Reinigungskraft kam ins Zimmee trotz Schild "don't disturb" während ich beim Frühstück war

Staff were great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The towels were stained and had to be exchanged. There there was a stain on the carpet. Convenient location.

The rooms seem to be very antiquated. It would be also great to have TVs with the option for chromecast.

Loved our stay at NH Dusseldorf City. The hotel is perfectly located for walking or using public transport to get into the city centre. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. Staff were really friendly and our room was ready early which was a bonus! Our only issues were our shower was very weak, and the mini fridge wasn’t cold, but other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Dusseldorf.

Despite our late arrival, Kanno welcomed us warmly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. His friendly and professional demeanor set a great tone for our visit. The hotel’s sauna and gym facilities were impressive, providing a great way to unwind and stay active. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, which I truly appreciated. However, the rooms themselves are a bit outdated and quite basic. It would be great to have a kettle or a coffee machine for added convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service. With a few modern upgrades, it could be even better!

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich laute Geräusche aus dem Foyer zuhören

ホテルのWi-Fiがフロントでは繋がり部屋に入ると切断されてしまいを繰り返し。Wi-Fiが繋がらないと何も出来ないじゃあないかとフロントに訴えても I am sorry for your inconvenience. 実際、フロントとしては何も出来ないのでしょうが、全館無料Wi-Fiを売りにしているホテルのはずなので、評価を下げました。

Quick one night stay. Late check in and early check out. No problems, friendly and courteous staff.

Excellent breakfast, wide and healthy choice. Interesting architecture. Good initiative not to change towels daily but not promoted. Long waits for reception staff at times - are more staff needed?

When I arrived I was told that they did not have the room it had already been reserved and was unavailable and had to be changed from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor. The room was noisy and also I almost get electrocuted when trying to turn on a floor lamp!! The room was not cleaned or arranged after calling the front desk 3 times I left the room early morning and the housekeeping lady saw me when I left and did not clean When I got back around 4 pm the room was still not cleaned and called to report it I was told the cleaning person was on her way I left the premises came back at 5:45pm and STILL the room was NOT cleaned the bed was not made the bathroom was filthy and it was just all unacceptable for a “4” star hotel - I went downstairs and the reception girl made a call after I explained her what had been going on. She did not even blink her eyes, she just said that if I needed clean towels they would be happy to Provide me with some and that housekeeper department had already closed and gone for the day- Instead she provided me with a drink coupon for the bar and said it was with compliments from the hotel I also was under the impression I had paid for breakfast with the room rate but when I got the first morning to the restaurant was told not included and breakfast was gonna be over in 10 minutes at 10:00am 😳 Overall I would not stay there ever again- Very rude and cold people and awful customer service to say the least -

Die mehreren Reklamationen hinsichtlich der beiden „Superior-Zimmer“ wurden ausführlich mit den sehr freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Mitarbeitern der Rezeption besprochen.

Zu Fuss vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal. Late check in war kein Problem und auch ein late check our ohne Probleme mit dem Personal ermöglicht bekommen. Gerne wieder wenn wir in Düsseldorf übernachten.

Saturday afternoon, room is not ready, have to wait an additional hour, check in time terrible. Going to the room and the climate control is broken. If I would have gone to the reception again another hour would be gone. Below my bed was an empty glass of wine from the person who used the room before (or 2…or 3)

The Hotel is great value for money and rooms, bar and staff are all exemplary. The walk to the station doesn’t always feel the safest but there is a U Starion opposite for easy access into the old town.. which is a long walk. All in all an excellent place to base yourself, especially as we were using the train a lot to get around the region.

The hotel itself was modern and nice enough, but located a bit away from the central station (a 12 minute walk) or the old city, it was less convenient or fun as other hotels on the north side of the central station - the north side being in the hub of Japan town and near many great places to eat.

Lovely hotel with nice sized rooms. A handful of shops nearby and a pharmacy. A good amount of cafe/restaurants close by and 2 different tram stops within minutes of the hotel.

Schönes Businesshotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zum Bahnhof und in die Altstadt.

Godt hotel, store værelser, venligt personale. Kvarteret er ikke særligt interessant og føles ikke som meget behageligt om aftenen. Men U Bahn ligger LIGE ved siden af hotellet, så det er nemt at komme til og fra aktiviteter.

10 minutes walk from the main train station. Very modern, nice and clean hotel. Many choices of food for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Perfect location near the main Station, right next to an U-bahn which gives easy access to the old town too. Very hospitable staff.

Tolle Lage, Mitsubishi Hall oder Altstadt… beides sehr gut mit der U-Bahn (Station direkt nebenan) erreichbar. Zimmer sehr schön, Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu hart. Frühstück mit war OK. Für den Preis hätte man die eine oder andere Speise eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nachlegen können… Kleiner Wermutstropfen am Ende eines tollen Aufenthaltes.

Zonder ontbijt. Voor 2 personen is €50 te veel geld voor wat wij ‘s morgens nuttigen. Het personeel achter de desk was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze kamer 277 had mankementen, die ook gemeld hebben: van de pedaal emmer in de badkamer lag de deksel los, een bedlamp hing aan een draadje, het pijpje onder aan de badkamerdeur is amateuristisch aangebracht en mist een stootkussen. Geen vier sterren. Parkeren is geen probleem.

Het is een prima hotel voor 1 nachtje, dichtbij de metro en zo snel in het centrum. Verder vind ik het veel te duur voor de kwaliteit. Kamers waren schoon maar verouderd, schimmel in de badkamer een kabouter toilet, deze hing dus veel te laag. Het ontbijt was prima, heel rommelig en er waren zaken gewoon op, wat redelijk bijzonder is om 10.00, je kan tot 12.00 ontbijten. Ik zal niet meer snel kiezen voor dit Hotel.
