I thought it was strange that there was coffee in the room but no water. There wasn't even a refrigerator. Although there was a free parking space nearby, we were directed to the hotel parking lot for 30 euros per day. I was disturbed by this approach. The breakfast was very good.

Kamers waren netjes en schoon. Veel te weinig ruimte voor gasten bij ontbijt. Moesten ergens buiten de ontbijtzaal eten. Savonds erg lang wachten in de rij voor een drankje. Daarnaast ook nog €60,- aan parkeerkosten in de garage onder het hotel. Vrder was de parkeergelegenheid vol en erg klein

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber bis auf ein großer Fleck auf dem Teppich. Sehr wenig Parkmöglichkeiten für so ein großes Hotel. Das Parkhaus ist einfach zu teuer 30€ pro Tag.

It was a basic hotel, with no restaurant on site for the evening meal. Very crowded. Parking is minimal. Friday night, we had to park far away from the hotel as there was no Parking available. The rooms are ok. It wouldn’t be my choice, though.

- Frühstück erste Klasse! Nichts auszusetzen. - Personal SUPER freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Toilettenpapier darf auch in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel gerne 3lagig sein. Nicht OK. - Waschtisch für die Hände leider absolut miserabel positioniert. Zu dicht an der Wand unterm Spiegel. Es kann dahinter nicht effektiv geputzt werden. Dort, und an der Silikonabdichtung der Duschkabine ist schwarzer Schimmel. Geht gar nicht!!! - Bettwäsche sauber. Werde es trotzdem wieder buchen.

Eine etwas schwierige Bewertung… Lage absolut Mega, Check in etwas chaotisch, wenn die Dame die falsche Zimmernummer aufschreibt … Aber gut kann passieren. So, dann kamen wir ins Zimmer. Echt schön. Gute Grösse aber der Teppich in einem unsäglichen Zustand also ohne Badelatschen oder Schlappen nicht zu betreten ! Dazu hatten wir, glaube ich das lauteste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel zur Straßenbahn und zur Straße… Aber okay, es ist ein Wochenendtrip, und die paar Stunden ist man dann eh müde… Was ich aber nicht in Ordnung finde, wenn man am nächsten Morgen das Zimmermädchen fragt, ob man eventuell zwei neue Handtücher haben kann und eine Rolle Klopapier dann sagt sie, da müsste ich mich an die Rezeption wenden…. Wieviele Sterne hat das Hotel noch mal? Frühstück etwas wusselig , aber wirklich gut. Für mich insgesamt eine vier also ausreichend, aber definitiv nicht mehr.

Mooie nette hotel met goede voorziening. Alleen was parkeer een probleem. In de omgeving beperkte pakeerplaatsen. En het hotel brengt €30 aan parkeerkosten voor één dag. Voor de rest was bij het ontbijt zo druk dat je moet wachten op een zitplaats. Daarnaast geen airo in kamer. Bij een temperatuur van 29 graden buiten was het best benauwd.

Overall the hotel was good. Very nearby the subway. However there was nothing in the area around there so no good options for food. Also our room had 2 large stains on the carpet so that was very off putting. Also the air conditioning never seemed to cool the room. Luckily this time of year we could open the window but my husbands allergies were terrible with us doing that. Otherwise the room seemed clean and we slept well.

Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht oder auch nicht. Safe, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wasserkocher mit Instant Cafe und Tee, Zucker und Milch. Flachbildfernseher mit Fernbedienung, was ansich nichts besonderes ist. Aber an dem Zustand der Fernbedienung, bzw. der Sauberkeit lässt sich schon erkennen inwieweit das Reinigungspersonal auch auf kleine Dinge achtet. Es gibt nichts schlimmeres als eine abgegriffene und dreckige Fernbedienung in den Händen zu halten. In diesem Hotel gibt es nach mehrmaligem Aufenthalt nichts zu bemängeln. Insgesamt ist zu sagen, dass die Zimmer und das Bad einen neuwertigen und sauberen Zustand aufweisen. Als einzig zu bemängeln ist lediglich das es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung gibt.

Property was as good as new. Staff friendly and even managed to get an early check in. 5-10 minutes walk from train station and 20 minutes from the main shopping and eating area. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting nd Düsseldorf to give this a try.

Francesco in reception was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean as were the eating and relaxing areas. Really good choice at breakfast. Really nice clean and tidy hotel and convenient for train station but in quite a remote area but think it must be up and coming with two big new hotels near each other. Also it could do with an area outside with tables and chairs to enjoy a coffee outside. That would be perfect.

A very good stay. Unfortunately we had a broken kettle for the full stay of 10 nights. We informed reception who understood the problem, and it was never replaced or fixed in our entire stay. The cleaner was a friendly guy.

From walking in to check in to check out, the staff was friendly, and most anxious to help in anyway. It is ideal for walking to the train station or to Old Town in Dusseldorf. Clean, well lit, and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended

Kept taxi services available. Several Check-in desk guys had no professional courtesy and appeared to really not care to be working there. Cigarettes filled the entrance and cigarette butts were spread across the grounds extending too the streets. The hotel workers across the street was more receptive helpful and I wasn’t staying there.

Didnt feel that safe at night around the area. A lot of homelessness in the area. A lovely hotel though with lovely staff. Nice big comfortable room, although TV should have an option to stream (chromecast) for us non speaking German people. 5 minute walk to the train station which was good. Excellent choice for breakfast with hot option of eggs and sausages. The continental breakfast was amazing. Just not enough seating for breakfast at times.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde auf einen Sitzplatz warten und die Getränke, wie z.B. O-Saft wurden in einer Stunde nicht nachgefüllt. Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Wir haben schon in unterschiedlichen Städten in einem Holiday Inn Express übernachtet. Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden. Bei dieser Unterkunft in Düsseldorf ist aber folgendes zu erwähnen: 1. Für die Nutzung der Tiefgarage wurden pro Nacht 30,- Euro berechnet. 2. Der Teppichboden war sehr stark abgenutzt. 3. Der Frühstücksraum war für die Menge an Besuchern zu klein. Zu wenig Sitzplätze. Es dauerte sehr lange bis z.B. Kaffeebecher verfügbar waren. Ansonsten waren wir wieder vollkommen zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Most importantly, the room was very clean and quiet and smelled fresh. I liked the breakfast a lot. The downside was that the indoor parking was full and I was given advise as to where to park my car. Unfortunately, the public parking house where I drove had already closed (at 20.30). I finally parked my car at the parking house of the railway station but it was quite far from the hotel. Also I expected there to be more choice for dinner at the hotel restaurant: only pizzas and salads were on offer.

Gute Lage für alle Aktivitäten in der Innenstadt. Zimmergröße hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Staff very helpful and many of them which is unusual. Breakfast well presented and replenished often. I like the idea of having a free drink if your room is not cleaned.
