Die Check-in Erfahrung war leider nicht gut - ein Check-in vor 15 Uhr war überhaupt nicht möglich und als wir gegen 19 Uhr erneut einchecken wollten dauerte es über 30min - pro Kunde dauerte der Check-in ca. mehr als 5 Minuten, auch wenn Online gebucht war und damit alle Daten schon vorliegen sollten. Abgesehen davon hat das Hotel geräumige und klassisch ausgestattete Zimmer sowie einen schönen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Dampfbad & Sauna. der Fitnessbereich ist mit einigen Geräten ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas veraltet und eher ungemütlich eingerichtet.

Nice hotel , quiet and clean. Heating was too high and had to sleep with the window opened. Pillows are too soft. But overall it was a nice stay. Negative thing is TV Chanels are majorly in German language and few news channels in English.

Poor service - we arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready but was advised I would need to pay an extra 39 euro to get in my room prior to 3 PM. This makes no sense. I then asked if I’d get a discount if I checked out early but was told no. I don’t really expect to pay less if I check out early but feel the extra charge to get in a room that is available is taking advantage of the customer. Also, most restaurants in the hotel were closed during my stay - very inconvenient.

This hotel is all business. Located perfectly convenient to the airport and train station, but not much else. Dining options and gym are fine for an overnight stay. But I wouldn’t want to be stuck here for days and days. Overall it’s a fantastic property… clean, well kept, modernly appointed, and surprisingly quiet for being at the airport. When I have early flights, this is my go to. But if I have some extra time in the morning, I would rather stay in the city.

This hotel had everything I'm looking for in an airport hotel: modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, and most importantly connected via a walkway to the airport. The walkway connects on the departures level. Easy even with a fairly heavy rolling bag. There is a grocery store inside the airport close to the hotel, on the arrivals level, which makes it easy to get some food or beer for an inexpensive price. The airport also has an S-Bahn station so you can also get into the city easily and inexpensively.

Excellent hotel for our trip to surprise our daughter doing her first Emirates flight. Location to airport is perfect - just a short walk across a covered walkway. Being at airport meant we were ~20 min from the city but fine with an Uber or Bolt. Strange that over the weekend only 1/5 bars/restaurants were open. Aside to this, rooms were spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds and good shower. Hotel is well maintained and spotless. Shame about the restaurant/bar situation though.
