We booked a two night stay which we changed at short notice. Julie was amazing in reception, nothing was too much trouble. The room was at the front of the hotel and parking was limited but we managed to get a space. On the second night we had fabulous room service fish and chips. Yes, the hotel is tired but the bedrooms are spotless and the staff so helpful.

The Comfort Inn is fabulous in every way except units are so tight together. When you sit on your very small, allocated area outside your door, the next door neighbour is right there! There is also not a patio table and chairs for each unit.

We did have an "executive" room, so it was apparently better in some way. It is a motel remember... and I am only rating it on that basis... our room (even though a dated building) was right up in the 90th percentile with no complaints about anything. The breakfast was not included and is $35 for two and was quite adequate. The room was serviced to a high standard each day too. (unlike many in country WA). I must say, the internet wifi here was great... No dropouts, constant slowness, or complete loss... unlike virtually every other motel/hotel I have been to in country WA where i have given up on their rubbish service and had to use my mobile as a hotspot). Not here....no a single issue with wifi....very rare indeed for country WA. The whole foreshore area in Esperance appears to have had a lot of money spent on it, so the locale is good.

Situated right on the promenade for a lovely evening walk to the pier to watch the sunset! We had a great stay at Esperance!

There was no breakfast service at weekends, not explained on website, restaurant fully booked on our arrival .however room service available also rooms only had towels replaced at weekends. This said staff friendly informative, the room was clean with plenty of power points, fridge , shampoo etc provided. Its ideal location for exploring by foot or car.
