A nice hotel. EUR10 for the shuttle to the airport. Free from the airport. Ju52 bar is excellent with superb staff. Limited but good menu at bar. My hotel of choice for overnight stays at Frankfurt Airport.

Close to the airport, so that was convenient, but parking was very expensive (I didn't know parking was extra and I definitely wasn't expecting it to cost 25€ a night). They have a sauna and when we checked in, we asked how late it is open. We were told it doesn't close per se, you just tell them when you want to use it and they turn it on for you (it takes 30 minutes for it to be ready). When we went back and asked to turn on the sauna, a different worker was there and he told us it was closed and was rather rude. The hallway going to our room smelled pretty bad, but the room itself was fine.

We were very pleased to stay at this hotel. It is very modern, close to the airport I(with shuttle available), has a lovely bar to relax in and a great restaurant. We had dinner which was delicious and an included breakfast, again very tasty. The room was spacious, clean, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Would definitely stay again if we were in Frankfurt

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber. Fingerabdrücke an der Zimmertür innen. Im Bad noch „Ränder“ auf der Ablage vom Vorgänger. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; ich habe 8 Mücken in der Nacht erlegt. Am Morgen habe ich für einen dünnen Cappuccino aus dem Automat 5€ bezahlt….

The Hotel was clean but there was hardly any toilet paper in our room or a second room I booked for my mom, and the third room only had 1 towel for 2 people and one single comforter for a queen sized bed and for 2 people.

Close to airport, very close to new terminal 3 opening soon. Parking outside good. Breakfast goodbut very busy. Good selection! Large room, good work desk, kettle for coffe or tea. Fridhe but no mini bar. Bed ok, no charging outlet by bed. Price high but exhibition time.

This was the only hotel I stayed at in Germany that had an adjustable in-room AC unit, and I absolutely loved that! Hotel was very easy to reach by bus and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was okay; some of the food was a bit cold but otherwise it was tasty. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, I'd eat there again in a heartbeat! The only thing the hotel didn't have (at least in my room) were charging outlets next to the bed. I had to use an outlet on the other side of the room to charge my phone, whereas most hotels have one next to the nightstand. I obviously was able to charge my phone, but that was a little annoying. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would probably stay here again if I find myself flying via Frankfurt Airport!

Automated check in was nice. A/C was dripping and carpet was wet. Duvet was too small for bed. Otherwise, room was good, quite large actually. Restaurant was buffet only, not really worth the price. Breakfast was expensive so I declined. Shuttle service was convenient, wish I'd known it went from the airport as well...

The staff were excellent - everyone was kind and switched to English when they saw me struggling in German. The room was spacious and clean. I loved how close it is to the airport and the availability of the shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was not as accommodating as one would hope. Wifi password had to be asked for. Sign said make reservations for shuttle, but staff says not necessary. Hard to get to from the train as there was construction on the bus route. We took an Uber from the train station. Which just so happened to be cheaper than the shuttle from the hotel the next morning. Fifteen per person vs.10 for the Uber. Breakfast was 20 p/p but there was coffee in the room. Would recommend staying at the Intercity in town rather than this remote hotel.

Hotel staff fruendly enough. The family room was actually two rooms, perfect for our family of 4. The location felt isolated, though it is very close to the airport and nearest bus stop. The restaurant has limited options (didnt eat there so cant say how the food was). The bartender was not friendly to us at all and he seemed angry that we were even there. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Overall would recommend especially if you dont have picky eaters.

Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Zimmer recht gut ausgestattet, obwohl die Schiebetür zum Bad gequietscht hat. Die Mitarbeiter im Pub waren leider langsam, unhöflich und sichtbar genervt. Dafür waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt völlig ok.

A very clean and comfortable hotel and room. The lady at front desk was fabulous I thought I lost my purse but had checked out with my purse left in the room. She helped with getting it quick and my shuttle. Excellent service and friendly staff.

A 8 minutes shuttle ride away from Frankfurt Airport - shuttle bus is free to ride from the airport to the hotel but chargeable at a steep EUR10 per person from hotel to the airport. Hotel is absolutely not walkable from the airport if you're wondering. Room is clean, has a nice radiator/heater working during the winter. Nice view of the flight landing path and the airport from some rooms. Pillows too soft for my comfort but that's just me. Most annoying part - their shower foam and hand soap bottles are both empty and not filled up. Vending machine at the lobby - exorbitantly priced but great for an urgent fill of the tummy. Other than that, pretty good stay.

Everything about the hotel itself was fine! Navigation to the hotel was a huge problem, there was no signage, and the car's navigation system never would have gotten us there. Even though the hotel was in plain sight, it was not at all obvious how to get to it!

Convenient and close to the airport with a restaurant and a Ju-52 themed bar. A short 10 minute walk from the hotel is the 1948-49 Frankfurt Berlin airbridge historical park, complete with a couple of the planes involved in the airlift. Next to it is a purpose built viewing area where you can watch the flights arriving and departing from the airport. The hotel has a payable shuttle bus to the airport, however, you can also take the frequent public service bus that stop in front of the hotel.

Whilst works to build T3 are on going I would NOT stay at this hotel. To get to it physically took me 1 hour despite being able to see it there are new roads not on sat nav and no signs because aparently the airport wont allow this as the hotel is on the periphery of the airport land. When I explained the issue at check in I was told everyone has same problem. Don't get me wrong staff were good and room great.
