Self check in was easy, if a little time consuming. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lounge. We never met any staff - they weren't there in the morning, and no sign of a breakfast option. It was a convenient stopover hotel.

Horrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phones and staff is unprofessional. Rather sleep in my car.
