Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Check-in war erst um 16:45 Uhr möglich, wir konnten gratis einen Cappuccino trinken, während wir warteten. Wellness-Nutzung kostet pro Aufenthalt 35€, Kinder dürfen nur von 14-16 Uhr in den Pool, was die Nutzung bei einer Übernachtung und Check-in ab 16 Uhr für Erwachsene sehr teuer und für Kinder unmöglich macht. Unser Zimmer war im 3. OG direkt unter dem Fitnessbereich, wo wohl bis 22 Uhr trainiert wurde. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Je kan heel mooi wandelen. Restaurant en spa moet je vantevoren reserveren, we zagen heel wat teleurgestelde mensen. De sfeer, het eten en service was prima. Ook al had je niet echt veel keuze waar je uit kon kiezen ( 2 voorgerechten, 2 hoofdgerechten, 1 dessert) vreemd...het bed was top, heerlijk geslapen. Heel stil in hotel ook al was er een bruiloft gaande. Ontbijt ook prima.

Everything was great! Service nice, great spa, good food! We will come back! If we want to be picky. There was a difference in the quality of cooking between meat and fish. But the 4 service was good! The room temperature was hot and hard to manage.

In my opinion this is not a true 5 star hotel., 4 star is more appropriate for it. The rooms are average, the breakfast is nice. There is a spa in the hotel, but it's not included and it's only an Extra. Description says free parking- they mean you should look for a parking near the hotel. The hotel has no designated parking. The shower in the tub is not holding itself in place, you have to hold it. Everyday had to go back to reception to get the key card coded again. Many small things are not working properly!!! This is why they don't deserve to be 5 star hotel.

Quiet scenic location. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. Who knew blueberry juice was so good? Not as kid friendly as other hotels we normally stay in. Access to pool was expensive and limited for kids.

Great setting and nice environment. Main building, old castle is nice and worth a 5 star. Breakfast has lots of options and is very good. Room was of good size, bathroom too small overall and small shower and I'm a thin person. There was heavy noise late in the evening because of the stairs next to our room. The spa seems nice on pictures, but it is tiny and windows can use a some cleaning. The hallways in the extension of the castle where the rooms are, can use better finishing or a refresh. It does not meet 5 stars at all.

Morgenmaden var stort set tømt og lignede noget efter et overfald - selv om der vat over en time til at morgenmaden var slut. Uhøffeligt personale, der på ingen måder var interesseret i at yde nogen form for service .. på ingen måder 5 stjernet, hold dig væk!

Je voulais voir de mes propres yeux ce que j’avais entendu de bon et surtout de mauvais quant à cet hôtel… la claque est sévère; pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles quand on compare justement avec d’autres hôtels similaires en Belgique. Juste un 4 étoiles basique. Petit déjeuner moyen, chambre verte grande mais basique qui manque de confort (literie très limitée), isolation phonique moyenne avec vue sur la route. Un bon coup de rénovation serait le bienvenue. Personnel néanmoins très attentif et agréable. Parties communes agréables.

Das Hotel liegt an einem See und somit war die Lage einfach traumhaft! Allerdings würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mit fünf Sternen bewerten. Der fünfte Stern geht sicherlich auf die Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gewesen! Zimmerservice top! Fitnessstudio top! Frühstück war gut. Der Wellnessbereich entsprach keinem 5 SterneHaus. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, dass nicht alle Bereiche des Hotels für Hotelgäste zu gängig waren. Nur für Besitzer! Zum Beispiel die Parkanlage gegenüber des Hotel durfte nicht benutzt werden. Dabei wollten wir uns nur auf eine Bank setzen. In einem sehr unfreundlichem Ton wurden wir hingewiesen, dass die Anlage nicht für Hotelgäste sei! In so einem Fall muss m.M.n ein Hinweis / Schild angebracht werden.

Chambre standard....propre dans l'ensemble, mais trous dans la moquette, qui est usée, montant de la porte de la salle de bien a pris l'humidité.....pour un 5***** étoiles, ce n'est pas normal! (chambre 139) le restaurant est agréable et la cuisine est raffinée.

L'endroit et le châteaux était beau mais au niveaux de propreté était pas suffisant et en plus c'était prévu que la chambre qui donne partiellement vu sur la lac mais malheureusement on s'est trouver au Red chaussée qui donne au endroit négligeable

With our stay we had some issues with our airconditioning in our rooms. I went to an employe named guillaume. I adressed the issue to him and without question he wanted to help. He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect! The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good! Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la beauté et le conforme de cette hôtel. Le personnel tres attentif et soigné. La chambre tres spacieux. Cest un endroit de charme qui séduira a tous. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et detente au spa. Le petit-déjeuner un 10/10 incroyable. Je reviendrai prochainement et je recommande vivement cette hotel. Mercii au personnel pour leur professionnalisme et surtout les femmes de chambres discrète et respectueux. Merci pour l'accueil

Séjour d’une nuit avec petit déjeuner. La chambre standard est confortable bien que certaines menuiseries devraient être revues. L’acoustique de la chambre est sensible (ne parlez pas trop fort 😜). Le petit déjeuner fait office de brunch et je le recommande vivement. L’état général ne reflète pas un 5 star hôtel mais un bon 4 étoiles. Les abords près du lac sont agréable pour une promenade

Friday to Monday stay. Room very comfortable and exceptionally large. Lovely hotel and situ is 5*. Beskidt, ingen adgang til pool uden at betale 35 euro pr. Person. Huller i sengetøjet og små sorte dyr i sengen. With our stay we had some issues with our airconditioning in our rooms. I went to an employe named guillaume. I adressed the issue to him and without question he wanted to help. He even upgraded our room! He gave us such a nice room and was so friendly he really made our stay perfect! The location was amazing and the breakfast was really good! Once again I want to thank guillaume for an amazing service. I will deffenitly come back!

1. Despite full payment made in advance except £0.53 the total advised that no payment was received and demanded EUR111.xx. 2. The USB sockets did not work requiring the hotel to supply an adaptor as an interim measure. 3. The mini bar consisted of just 2 coffee capsules and two small bottles of water. 4. The front desk rejected my Visa Debit card because it is not a credit card, he then placed it in his machine and it worked. 5. No hot water in the shower, the staff came and made adjustments to correct the malfunction. 6. The normal procedures found in a 5 star hotel were lacking and the room can be considered a 4 star rating. 7. At check-out a city tax charge was levied which was never notified to the customer by Hotels.com, at any time.

Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Je kan heel mooi wandelen. Restaurant en spa moet je vantevoren reserveren, we zagen heel wat teleurgestelde mensen. De sfeer, het eten en service was prima. Klein minpuntje: in de bar vroegen we de vrijdagavond een Negroni (niet op de kaart, maar ze waren wel flexibel en dus verkrijgbaar) en werd 12 euro aangerekend (wat de doorsnee prijs was van een cocktail) en de zaterdag 22 euro…maar na tussenkomst is dit aangepast. Dus toch best de rekening controleren indien je iets los van de (bar)kaart vraagt.

Location and common dining areas were good.Giving it an Average rating - could have been excellent f the hallway carpets did not look dated. Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not bother showing it to the staff - what would they do besides apologise.

It was our honeymoon/family moon as we have a young child. I had messaged the hotel prior to the visit to tell them and ask if there was anything extra I could do for my partner. How do i start this….. The hotel was at the end big hill so if you’re carrying your luggage keep that in mind. The staff was not at all helpful. They didn’t tell you when stuff opened in the hotel or where stuff was. They were not good at English. Some of the staff was just straight up rude and mean. You pay extra for a dog because they make it nice for it, but all there was in the room was a way too big feeding bowl. The room wasn’t the nicest and they forgot to give new toilet paper. They say that the rooms are sound proof, THEY ARE NOT AT ALL. It was so noisy all most all the time. The breakfast was pretty boring and not the best. And so was the dinner. And for some reason the outside smells really wired, And there where dead animals in the water, ass well as dog poop every where I would never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend it
