Good hotel wifi works, clean and spacious room. The only thing I did not like is that they charge you ectrabif you want yo have access to the kitchen (included in the room but locked with a steel courtain) you have to pay extra. Also you have to pay extra to have your room serviced by housekeeping. I was there for 2 nights only, so no big deal for me.

Loved the location, close to amenities and transport. Staff were exceedingly helpful and kind. Unfortunately the lift was out of order so five floors of stairs wasnt fun but staff offered to help with luggage. We enjoyed our stay, the unit was spacious and very comfortable

No parking, although advertised, no alternative parking on arrival offered and had to leave my car on a insecure street 5 min walk away. Manager was rude and unhelpful.

Bon hotel, point se chute bien situe pour acces aux transport en commun. Trouvez un parking gratuit ou mettre votre voiture pour ensuite vous deplacer sans car l'hôtel a un parking mais 15 euros par jour... pareil vous pouvez avoir acces a une kitchenztte dans la chambre mais 25 euros par jours. Petit dejeuner a 15 euros par personne mais tres bon par contrz. Bref, au prix de la chambre ... sachant que le menage est bof, moquette tachee, tete de lit tachée aussi, moquette qui mériterait un bon coup d'aspirateur. Obligé de fermer la porte de la salle de bains sinon on entend l'aération qui ne s'arrête pratiquement jamais. Et on sens les odeurs des autres dans le couloir de la chambre (cigarette, bouffe...) Voila...

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious room and open view to garden was pleasant and relaxing. Parking was €15 which was a bit surprise as it should be mentioned in the booking instead of just writing parking available. Location was good too.staff was friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

Die Lage ist ok, weil Metro und Bushaltestelle in der Naehe, Zimmer geraeumig, aber nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend was Kueche mit Mikrowelle, Kochnische etc. anbetrifft. Diese Teil war abgesperrt und nicht zugaenglich (siehe Bild). Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber optisch nicht gemuetlich und den Erwartungen entsprechend. Ansonsten hinterlaesst das Hotel einen recht schmuddeligen Eindruck, wie das Bild vom Teppich zeig.

Hotel muito bom. Está mais afastado do centro, porém tem estação de metrô logo atravessando a rua. Tem estacionamento por €15 a diária. A recepção não é 24h, precisa verificar antes da chegada o horário pra não ter inconvenientes. Quarto grande, confortável e limpo. Banheiro bom, água quente (único detalhe que a água do banheiro escorria um pouco fora e molhava o banheiro). Café da manhã muito bom! Funcionários simpáticos!

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!

La moquette est très sale le mobilier est vieillot et il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles. En prenant la douche l’eau ne s’évacuait pas. J’ai tiré sur la bonde et une grosse poignée de cheveux est sorti du tuyau d’évacuation. Pas de service de chambre sur la semaine passée. Très décevant au niveau propreté

La posizione è comoda per i trasporti, anche se è abbastanza lontana dal centro, ma vicina al parco del cinquantenario. Le stanze sono abbastanza ampie. il bagno scomodo per la vasca da bagno difficilmente accessibile, ostruita dal lavantino e dalla cabina doccia, oltre ad essere eccessivamente alta. La pulizia inesistente.

Don't choose this hotel! The room was dirty at our arrive, and the staff has said to us that the clean of the room they do it only after four days of staying in the hotel...it is a shame! Hair in the shower, food in the floor... furtermore, the wc in the toilet was broken, the door of the toilet was broken and the bed and the cushions were very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep here! The staff doesn't help us!

The Diamant Suites is not within easy walking distance of downtown. About half a block away there's a below-ground train station (not part of the metro line) with a connection to the North Station. It's on a busy eight-lane highway so in the rooms facing the street you can hear the traffic noise despite the modern windows. There are no tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are large and bright. They include a bathtub, an iron and ironing board, an electric kettle. Buffet breakfast available for 15 euros. Only one hanger in my closet in room 103.

Website is misleading, you have to pay to use the "kitchen" - Microwave is all we really needed. "Double" rooms mean bed plus kitchen, I took it as 2 beds. The lights don\'t work in bathroom at the sink. Only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 1/2 days and gave us 1 water bottle. No kleenex or paper towels to use. AC was not working, it blew out some air but did not chill the room down. The water ran out of the bathroom when taking a shower, we had no extra towels to clean it up, we put a dish cloth down so we didn\'t step in it. Staff was very nice. Garage hallway reeked. For the short time, we made it work as we were not there much.

There were only three channels on the TV that were in English. None in German either. I wish I could have checked in earlier without fee but I had to wait until 1 pm. This is exactly what the check-in time was, so it's not like I expected earlier. Plus, they gave me free cappuchino.

Nice place and location. Very clean. We had two rooms, but the AC only worked in one. Otherwise it would have bean a great experience. I would stay again but verify the AC is fixed.

La chambre spacieuse, confortable, bien équipée. Dans la salle de bain l'évacuation de baignoire ne marché pas bien, faut de entretien. Il y'a des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas et de petites détails que on doit réparer rapidement car sa peut faire mauvaise impression. Mais nous avons passé une agréable séjours et c'est le plus important.

Ansich ein schönes Hotel, mit großen Zimmern und ausreichend Platz. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man auch bei der Einrichtung, da einige Gegenstände recht abgenutzt sind. Auch hat die Klimaanlage und 2 Deckenlampen nicht funktioniert sowie der Mülleimerdeckel und ein Lampenschirm waren kaputt. Trotzdem war das Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Die Lage war gut, da man zu Fuß viele Dinge erreichen kann. Auch sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu nutzen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage, ist es allerdings recht laut, da das Hotel an einer stärker befahrenen Straße liegt.

Negatives - Location - Property is outside central brussels. 30/40 min travel to grand place. - Service - More like airb&b with even less accountability. only managed partially with reduced services. - Parking advised but not available as very limited but can only do once you arrive or on the day. Lots of streets around with different zoning restrictions and tow away signs! residents around not happy with visitors to this place.Parking app not available to UK residents. Even if use property parking, you may find yourself blocked when you try to exit! - Room - Faulty lights, Broken shower, Broken bed. Double bed option booked for 2 days but provided twin with bad mattresses. - Entertainment - none for english/other language. No internet on tv so no apps - WIFI - free but very poor speed. Asked for change for bed/mattress setting after terrible first night on day 1 and ignored. Raised complaint on day 2 and ignored. Ended up with terrible backpain rather than rest on vacation. Needed to visit doctor to get painkillers during stay + continued problems. Management washed away its hands stating its housekeeping problem. Awaiting expedia response. Positives -None except staff can speak english. Its a different matter that they don't do anything. Neutral -Breakfast option at 15 Euro per person. Fill in all the check-in details online yet still need to show passport, c card etc. No benefit to check-in online Also, room provided was not made up - still a total mess inside. Needed to go back to reception to change room. This was at 7pm so well after latest check-out time.

Everything at this hotel was good except...we were told that we could access the buffet breakfast earlier than the scheduled time due to a train we had to catch. We were told to go at 7:00, knock on the door, and we could eat what was available at that time as they were setting up. Based on this agreement, we paid the 15 euros each. Unfortunately, when we went down to breakfast, we heard people, but the door was locked, so we knocked on the door (as did another patron). After a couple tries, and no response, we had to leave without eating. If we hadn't paid for it, then fine, but we did. When I emailed to explain this to the reception desk, they tried to tell me it was unlocked and that I was told to just walk in. IT WAS NOT UNLOCKED. I was basically told I was out of luck and that they could not refund the 30 euros we had paid. I emailed the reception desk back reiterating that the door was not unlocked and that we had tried to knock, but I never heard from them again. To me, that was not good customer service. It was easily verifiable with the workers that we did not come in to eat before the 7:30 am breakfast time!

It's on a busy eight-lane highway so in the rooms facing the street you can hear the traffic noise despite the modern windows. There are no tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are large and bright. They include a bathtub, an iron and ironing board, an electric kettle. Buffet breakfast available for 15 euros. Only one hanger in my closet in room 103.

In quiet residential neighborhood, I stayed in a studio suite for a week doing business in Brussels. Relatively easy to get around with nearby tram/bus stop so a transport ticket is a must. The condition of the room was good but hallway rugs a little dirty. Friendly staff, no problems at all.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Metro ist nah und die Tiefgarage war ein positives Kriterium der Auswahl. Ansonsten waren wir eher enttäuscht über den Zustand des Zimmers. Nach einem Tausch war es etwas erträglicher. Die Gardinen hingen außerhalb der Schienen, die Tischlampe (der Ständer) wackelt extrem , ein Licht im Bad funktionierte nicht, die Küchenarbeitsplatte hatte Löcher, der DVD Player fehlte, der Schrank dafür hatte ebenfalls Löcher, die Zimmertüren schlossen nur oben unten hatte man das Gefühl sie ist offen, in der Küche war eine Blende lose und hing herab, im Flur vor den Zimmern fehlten die Fußleisten und daher wirkte es unfertig, dem Zimmer und Speiseraum fehlte es an Atmosphäre, alles war sehr lieblos. Im Speiseraum standen drei Stabkerzen schief in den Haltern, den Pflanzen fehlten zT Übertöpfe und Preisschilder waren daran. Das Buffett war lieblos und sehr übersichtlich, meistens gab es nur eine Sorte Wurstaufschnitt (nur rohen Schinken). An Käse waren es immerhin zwei Sorten. Der Saft wirkte selbstgerecht und der Joghurt (sogar mit Chiasamen) war gut. Schön, dass es Natas gab. Das Frühstück würde besser wirken, wenn es liebevoller gestaltet wäre, denn eigentlich war es ganz gut.

The room was dirty with hair all over, in the bathroom and on the sheets. Reserved the room for two people and check in as such but they gave only one bath-towel. The kitchenette was closed off. There was stain of food and other unidentifiable substances on the walls and curtains. On the plus side, the facility is far from downtown but easily accessible through public transportation. The breakfast is OK for the price but could been better. The fried eggs were cold. The breakfast host lady who was working there is super nice and extremely helpful despite language barrier issues. The reception was basic business transaction. The receptionists (two male who are there only at certain hours) were barricaded behind glass windows makes it feel like a high security facility! Carpets in the hallway were dirty also. The whole building looks like it needs some refreshing!
