Nhow hotel 100 of 10. It's a beutiful, clean and unique place for stay. My family and I enjoyed 3 nights. The view of our room was beautiful with the botanic garden. Awesome view. The gym had a complete machines for workout. The breakfast was good. It was a complete buffet and the decoration of the restaurant fun and pretty. The staff was kindly, including the personnel of the restaurant.This place is a few steps of the train station. I would like to return to Brussels and stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in room 808, it had a movable partition between the bedroom and a small living area so our child could go to bed and we could stay up and enjoy a nice beer. There is an espresso machine and fridge in the room which is good for a short stay. Was reasonably quiet with very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay in this quirky stylish hotel again as it's a 20 minutes walk into the city centre and across the road from an underground station so very easy to get to the main tourist attractions. The bag drop was really useful for the period surrounding th check in/out period. Only negatives was that breakfast was very expensive (so we skipped this and bought from the supermarket across the road) and there is an eye sore building you walk past to the underground.

Rooms were very pretty and huge.. the theme of the hotel is unique. Reception area had a pleasant fragrance.. Customer service was fantastic. We were on a cross country road trip and Electric chargers were one of the reasons i picked this hotel but we were told they were not working after we got to the hotel, which was a huge disappointment and we had to locate another charger in the city which increased our travel time by 2 hrs..

Very nice Hotel, with a great view. Perfect gym!

The interior of the hotel is unique from the communal areas to your bedroom. The bedroom size is amazing and actually feels more like a studio apartment with the different areas which is great for longer stays. Nothing seemed too much for requests with staff. You log in (very easy) through their website and can make requests and staff are very quick to action. We didn’t feel like we needed our room cleaning daily, and the hotel compensated/ rewarded this with free drinks! The hotel also has a self service 24 hour shop which is so useful as our flight came in late! Staff were helpful when we needed a late checkout and provided this to us. The centre is just a short walk away, with a corner shop opposite for convenience also. Definitely the place to stay in Brussels!

Close to metro direct to Eurostar. 20 min walk to old town. Hotel fun, loved the free drinks if u skip a room clean. Food in restaurant was amazing.

Mooie locatie en unieke uitstraling. Heerlijk ontbijt met onder andere verse wafels. Let op de hoogte van de kamers en gangen is laag. Gasten tot 190cm kunnen prima terecht. De gym is perfect met uitzicht. Parkeergarage is perfect met voldoende oplaadpunten

Quirky hotel on the Rue Royale. Metro station a 100 yds away. Also on tram routes. Staff excellent - very friendly and welcoming. Rooms very spacious with very comfortable bed. Bathroom with excellent shower. Not sure about the sink though! Large bar area but drinks expensive. I always stay here when in Brussels. Highly recommended

Fun hotel , lots of quirky features , breakfast was not great value , restaurant food and service overpriced but not great - but lack of restaurants in walking distance gave no option. Car park expensive too.

Great hotel, great bedroom, very comfortable bed and shower, very nice fitness center, amazing restaurant and bar. Although Brussels is not a very safe city to be walking around, the hotel is well located, but walking around at night is a little scaring.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, gerade in den Ecken. Die Einrichtung war auch schon teilweise nicht mehr so schön. Tisch war total zerkratzt, das Fenster ließ sich nur mit etwas Schwung öffnen/schließen & ging auch nicht sehr weit auf. Das Frühstück war auch nicht das eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Das Rührei war jeden Morgen (3x also) kalt. Die Rohkost sah jeden Morgen vertrocknet aus und der Käse ebenfalls. Es gab keine frischen Semmeln. Die, die es gab, habe ich mir im Toaster warm gemacht, damit sie wenigstens ein bisschen schmecken. Habe dann noch die Cornflakes probiert. War auch keine gute Idee. Standen ebenfalls schon länger. Den einen Morgen machte sich eine Servicekraft vom Frühstück noch 2 Behälter schön voll mit verschiedenen Speisen des Frühstückbuffets. Sauberkeit & Frühstück waren definitiv nicht gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett & freundlich.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and clean. We had 2 actual king beds (not 2 twin beds shoved together). The bathroom had an actual bathtub. The air conditioning was excellent. The nHow app was very good and useful. The surrounding area was sketchy but the hotel is a very short walk to the tram stop so it’s easy to get around Brussels

The property was great, room were large and spacious and generally okay in cleanliness but maybe not perfectly clean to some of our standards. I would say it was a short 20 mins to walk to Grand Place and the Central station which was nice but if you centured near the noeth station it wasnt safe and perhaps staff should notify guests of that. Othetwise the complaints are so minor.

Lovely and fashionable hotel a short walk from the centre of Brussels. The room was massive and clean, with a comfy extra large bed.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Metrostation Botanique/Kruidtuin, fußläufig ist aber auch der Bahnhof Gare Du Nord / Noordstation zu erreichen, die von der Flughafenlinie angefahren wird. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Einrichtungen. Die berühmte Altstadt ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel macht einen sehr modernen Eindruck, das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eines der Highlights war das Frühstücksbuffet - das lohnt sich wirklich! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Wir hatten ein Panoramazimmer von dem wir auch das weltberühmte Atomium sehen konnten. An manchen Stellen könnte die Sauberkeit verbessert werden (Flecken an den Vorhängen, Stockflecken im Nassbereich, staubige Ecken) aber das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wir haten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

My room was on the top floor and near the elevators, which make a humming noise every few seconds as they are used often. Thankfully people generally don’t use the elevator in the middle of the night. The room décor is cute, the bathroom is large, and there is a large desk. If you are traveling with someone you will probably appreciate the curtain that separates the area with the bed from the area with the bathroom.

It’s quirky, it’s fun, it’s always spotlessly clean, it has a fantastic breakfast, and it’s in a great location. Far enough to be away from the hustle of the city, but close enough to be easily walkable for drinks and dinner, the hotel is in a perfect location. In twenty minutes you can walk to Leopold district and be in the EU area with thirty minutes. The botanical gardens are just next door, so you can take your morning coffee there and enjoy some fresh air. The metro is close by, and there is a Carrefour convenience store opposite that sells nearly everything you might need. Don’t miss the waffle station, or the secret room with the sweets and selfie chair! The rooms are a great size and the bed and linen are high quality. Most importantly, the shower is powerful and the water always hot! I love the coffee machine in the room - and I had a handwritten welcome note from Cristina to welcome me. Don’t change your towels and you get a free drink in the bar! Just don’t forget to leave there’s on your door by midnight! Brussels Bloom is like being on the film set of Alice in Wonderland, and is my go-to location to stay in the city. If you want a break from the corporate sterility of the hotels in the city, but still enjoy exceptional service, then this is the hotel for you.

Funky hotel, but that’s it. We booked the junior suite and although the room is gigantic, there are only two plugs in the whole room - one near the bed and the other in a wall close to the window. There’s no full size mirror in the room. Bathroom is so dark, it’s difficult to see and put on makeup. Even though the bathroom is also big, there’s no space for your toiletries.

A good hotel let down by poor soundproofing- so even on the 5th floor the noise of the tram could be clearly heard in the room I would stay again but ask for a room not overlooking the street

I had a lovely experience at nhow in Brussels. I loved first and foremost how accommodating and attentive they were to me. I really liked the virtual stay assistance. In today’s world where technology is truly taking over a lot of things, it’s great to see an innovative way of communicating with staff. When I first made a request for bathrobes and slippers, I was truly not expecting anyone to see it and was giving time before I would go down there. To my surprise someone appeared at the door with everything I requested in a quick manner. Like I said, a very nice feature with more options than a usual in suite room. I loved how colorful the room was. Room 607 I believe. I eventually found out that each floor was a different vibe, but the floor we were on was just perfect for our personality. I liked how it was a queen sized bed but made of Individual twins and had separate bedding. I especially loved the robes and the towels. The robes were amazingggg! One food for thought, it would have been lovely if you all had a section on the virtual stay page where I could purchase the bathrobe because I really wanted one of my own. It was so colorful and vivacious. Even the bath towels were great! They were a decent size and of great absorbency. But that robe was lovely. I think I even fell asleep in it one night. The heater I received could have been better because as I was cold I felt like I could only feel the heat if I was standing right near it. The environmental door tag was a

We returned to our room and the door was open. They compensated us with a little gift.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time while it was raining, and requested early check-in. As a Gold member through Expedia, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not recognize Expedia status, even though a room was available. I ended up waiting nearly five hours before they finally allowed me to check in after I asked again. Unfortunately, the staff were quite unfriendly throughout the experience, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Because of this, I won’t be returning on my next visit. While the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a unique, artsy theme, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night.

Upon our arrival on Saturday at 2:30 PM, neither of the two room key cards was functioning. A technician was supposed to intervene within 5 minutes… but never came despite our repeated follow-ups on Saturday afternoon, in the evening, and again on Sunday morning. The most incomprehensible part is the total lack of follow-up: no one is actually taking ownership of the problem, and it is consistently up to us to chase for updates. Throughout the entire stay, we have been dependent on reception to open our room, repeatedly waiting in front of the door. It has been impossible to move around freely or to properly enjoy the hotel’s facilities. For an establishment of this standing, this is unacceptable. The commercial gesture offered (parking OR breakfast) is highly insufficient, especially as we were told this was because we booked via Hotels.com with a discount. A promotion in no way justifies degraded service. Our weekend has clearly been impacted. We expected a much higher level of service.

The stay was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond and helped with everything from travel information and food recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here and I would be coming back. A huge thank you to Mark and Widad who were outstanding with their service and support. Thank you so much!

The hotel was so lovely. We couldn’t fault it, we had a brilliant stay. The staff were amazing - particularly those in the restaurant who took great care of us and our young daughter. We ate there every night and really enjoyed it. While the hotel was perfect - unfortunately the area it is in, was not. We felt very unsafe at times - throughout the day, not just at night. We saw people taking drugs, urinating (and worse) right beside the hotel. This is not the hotel’s fault, and they can’t change their location, but we wouldn’t stay again due to the area.

The hotel is in a great location, about 15 mins walk to the shops and attractions. The nearest train stop is Brussels Nord, the walk from station to hotel is through a dodgy area, but fine in daytime. The room is really large and comfortable and a very funky design. We had the breakfast and there is a large choice, the make your own waffles cart is fun. Overall we had a fantastic stay, loved Brussels and we would recommend this hotel. As an aside definitely take a trip to Bruges, it is beautiful and only an hour by train.

This was a great place to stay, & we would stay here again. Check in was swift& easy. The walk from Noord station to the hotel we done twice was a bit daunting, seemed a bit rough& we wandered through a red light district without a clue it was there. The hotel was great, area around is nothing to do with the hotel itself. Loved the stay there!

Really good value, a really funky hotel, nice spacious room with a view of Botanique and comfortable bar. We didn’t use the breakfast but looked popular. A good 20 mins walk to grand palace etc but Good access to Brussel Nord station about 10 minute walk (although this is via a red light area) for day trips and a metro right opposite the hotel. Remember you are in a big city so it can be noisy at night with siren's etc

This stay was fantastic from start to finish. Our room was so fun with every part of it furnished to a very high standard. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast offering was exceptional! The waffle machine was a personal highlight. My only suggestion is for some of the savoury items to be labelled just to make it easier to choose between options.

Great hotel. The family room was massive reasonably priced and very clean. Breakfast is prohibitively expensive and if you venture towards the north station from the hotel (don't) you'll find yourself in a very sketchy area, but overall I really liked the hotel and would recommend it as a place to stay in Brussels.

This hotel was located just outside of the popular tourist areas but was walking distance from the Brussels Nord train station. Its definitely a vibe of fun and art. I ate at the hotel for dinner and had the best service from the staff, so friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to several grocery stores and pharmacies. The park was close by. Everything was very nice

Fantastisch verblijf gehad bedankt bij Nhow Brussel! Zeer goed personeel, vriendelijk en voor Kamal zorgde voor een stralend begin van de dag bij het ontbijt. Het ontbijt was geweldig, zo veel keuze en alles lekker en vers, chapeau!!

Hotel relativamente bem situado, a cerca de 20 minutos a pé da Grand Place, mas numa zona algo degradada, perto da Gare do Norte. Atendimento excelente, quarto familiar com ótimas condições, mas com fraca insonorização. Bom ginásio, no último piso, com uma boa panorâmica da cidade. Pequeno-almoço muito bom e variado.
