Hotel Best Western City Centre

L’hôtel est inaccessible pour cause de travaux. Il ne possède pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué (le seul parking à proximité est à plus de 500 mètres) et l’hôtel se trouve dans un quartier plus que malfamé. Honteux! Dans la rue juste derrière il y a des prostituées dans des vitrines. Nous sommes arrivés devant l’hôtel et sommes immédiatement reparti! Résultat nous avons perdu le prix de la chambre et avons été forcé de prendre la route tard dans la nuit. Inadmissible! Ne réservez surtout pas cet hôtel! Scandaleux! Je suis extrêmement en colère. Ce n’est absolument pas un quartier sûr, ni même traversable. Quelle honte!

There are some under construction the time I went, so we had to go around.

C’est un bon rapport qualité prix. Il y a juste des travaux autour donc difficile de trouver.

Parking nearby in closed lot. Was able to walk to nearby attractions, shopping and dining.

The entrance of the hotel has 4 stairs and had time getting the bags. No parking and the closest parking was 8 mins walk. It was raining and we had very tough time. front service wasn't very informative. Room was dirty with stained bed sheet. I had to request them to change the sheet and blanket. The extra pillow we took smelled like used. Disappointed overealll.

Need Security at front door!!! Too many panhandlers and petty criminals. Had one failed pick-pocket of my wallet right in front of the hotel doors. When mentioned to the receptionist, she mentioned that they were “Harmless!!” Parking was too far away and there was no advance notice that there was too much construction all around the property, therefore it was hard for car services to gain fast access and one had to pay extra as they maneuvered the various detours. Hotel next door had a “Two Star” outside the building, but it should have been a “Minus 10 !!” Hence, the attraction to for the criminal element. We had a fire alarm in mid-morning that lasted at least 20 minutes and the receptionist was frantically pushing a bunch of buttons trying to figure out how to stop it while on the phone for some guidance.

Lo intentamos y no funcionó. - La cama solo tenía cubre colchón y colcha ( no sábanas) - El cobertor muy sucio y mal olor. - Dejaron 2 almohadas pequeñas sucias y mal estado. - En el desayuno con costo extra no cumplió nuestras expectativas. Muy frío todo y el servicio al cliente muy mala atención por parte del servicio del hotel. - En menos de 20 min “hicieron limpieza de la habitación” - No aspiraron - No lavaron baño - Dejaron toallas sucias en piso - No dejaron toallas limpias en su lugar. - Dejaron basura en todos los sitios - La cama solo aventaron la colcha no acomodaron nada. - Y la habitación seguía con muy mal aroma. Es nuestro día 2 en el hotel muy desagradable la experiencia. Adjunto fotos de la habitación del hotel. - ⁠tercer día tampoco retiraron toallas ni dejaron toallas limpias en el baño ni papel de baño. - ⁠El trato en el desayuno del hotel fue muy desagradable la persona muy grosera. - ⁠en todos los días que estuvimos hospedados no solucionaron el estancamiento de agua de la tina de baño. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers, freundlichkeit des Personals und mit dem Frühstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß erreichbar und das Hotel ist leicht zu finden, wenn man bei der Nordstation in Brüssel umsteigt. Weiter empfehlen!

Cheguei e o vaso sanitário estava sujo com fezes, parecia que algum hóspede tinha recém saído e a limpeza não foi bem feita. A recepção não liga para avisar que a comida chegou. A região do hotel é muito barulhenta, suja, íngreme e feia, sendo longe dos principais pontos turísticos.

Das Personal war zwar nett, aber die Hygiene lässt wünschen. An den Fenstern war überall Schimmel Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin. Es ist draußen nachts sehr laut gewesen. Der ganze Geräuschpegel ist für empfindliche nichts Andere Familienmitglieder hatten Zimmer zum „Innenhof“. Sie haben von den Lärm draußen nicht bekommen

Nicht gefallen:keine Seife am Waschbecken. Flecken an die Wänden in die Badezimmer auch Schimmel. Leider, es ist meine erster schlechte Bewertung.

Room is a litter small for 3 men.

The room was ok, quite spacious, but the location on the lower floor which was not that good. No mini bar in the room, but they gave us early check in so it compensates everything 😁

TV didn't work in my room but was told it was a simple fix. Problem is there is no phone to call the desk.

The hotel is generally run down and poorly kept. The shower didn't work properly, and was fitted perpendicular to the bath, it would change temperature as you were showing so you would get scolded then immediately freeze and if you are taller than the shower spluttered. The tap for the sink was loose and too close to the edge so you couldn't wash your hands easily or fill a water bottle. The coverage of the WiFi in the rooms was poor, you had little or no connection.

Lots of noise from people on the streets well after midnight. They were right under under our windows with loud arguments .

La chambre était correcte. La literie confortable. Le problème est la mauvaise isolation de la chambre. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, on a l'impression de dorir dehors et le quartier n'est pas le plus tranquille de Bruxelles.

The AC didn’t work. There was so much noise until 4 am almost every night and you could hear the sirens all night long. I wouldn’t stay again.

To start, I wouldn’t call this hotel ‘city centre’. The hotel was a 7 minute walk from Brussels North train station. If you have mobility issues, the hotel is located up a hill. The biggest negative was that the hotel was located in a very dirty area next to the red light district. I arrived at 22:45 and I felt unsafe. Once I arrived at the hotel, they had already charged my credit card but I usually pay using my card in euros when I arrive at the hotel. This is the first hotel that’s pre-charged my card before arrival. (Other than the ‘holding’ deposit). There are no ‘decent’ or fast food restaurants open after 22:00. The receptionist said ‘this is Belgium with a shrug’. My room was clean and it appeared that it had been upgraded recently. However, the hallways and main lobby looked aged. There was no safe or mini fridge in the room. My room faced the main street and it was noisy even with double glazed windows. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Struttura in ottima posizione. Camera ampia e spaziosa anche se un po’ sporca. Personale davvero gentile.

Dame a l’accueil désagréable, l’hôtel donne des chambres qui ne doivent pas loué ! Grosse fuite au niveau du robinet et on nous dit d’utiliser la baignoire pour se laver les mains , les dents.. Problème déjà connu du service technique. Propose un changement de chambre, au retour de notre petit déjeuner nous dis qu’à 12h30 c’est plus possible car la chambre a été donné à quelqu’un d’autre. La personne se permet des réflexions très déplacer et refuse de communiquer son identité afin que réclamation soit faites et refuse de contacter un responsable. Chambre mal isolé , le vent passe . Nous n’étions pas les seul a nous plaindre.

Small but well organized room. The staff was always helpful and it was convenient to the train station.

The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. The room on the 6th floor was quiet most of the time. There were no English channels on the TV but we did manage to find some sport which was handy (my husband likes his telly!). Also the sound was very erratic and the signal jumped in and out. WiFi was good but maybe put the passcode on the check in key card. If we hadn't used the lift we would never have found it. We had breakfast one morning. It was fine but, as all hotels, pretty much overpriced at 17 euros each. The bathroom was very odd, with the toilet being so high on the wall that my legs dangled, so I assume it was designed by a tall man. Same for the towel rails above the shower, I couldn't reach them and I'm not especially small. The shower needs to be sorted out. It was alternatively freezing and scalding and it took such a long time to wash my hair trying to wait for the water to be okay to stand under. Two different times of day as well, so it wasn't just because the kitchen was busy downstairs. The shower gel and handwash were in plastic squeeze bottles on the wall, and because of my arthritis I couldn't get the soap out of them easily! Small, first world problems, I'm sure, but it would improve the experience in the hotel if these things were sorted out. The room and hotel were fairly clean but could do with a crub around the edges.

Atendimento da recepcionista deixou a desejar. Quarto sem aquecimento. A recepcionista (mulher) ignorou a nossa reclamação. Café da manhã com produtos não frescos. Fraco. Um hotel que não recomendo.

This is the worst hotel in world. Dirty room, faulty aircondition, hot like oven, very rude and uncaring staff. Aircondition was not cooling room properly. They even refused to help. Not provided fan instead. No tissues in bathroom. Empty bottles of toiletries. Very rude and aggressive behaviour of staff. I would never ever recommend any body to stay in Best westren City Centre Brussels.

3 star hotel but would have all the requisites to reach 4 stars, very convenient location. Halfway between the European Parliament and the city centre, very close to the Brussels-North station, recommended.

It is located few squares from a dirty side of Gare du Nord station. If you walk from the station to the hotel you must pay attention to your belongings and yourself. Staff at hotel so nice and room was clean. Hotel need some refurbishes.

Nome ingannevole (il centro è lontano), ma la cosa più importante è che il quartiere è davvero malfrequentato, si vedono solo brutte facce. La sera è pericoloso ritirarsi.

Location is really close to Brussel-Noord. About 30minuntes walk from the main tourist locations such as 'the grand place'.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro è vicino alla fermata dei bus e metro e stazione. A pochi metri, purtroppo, zona molto degradata e sporca

es un hotel muy centrico, hay una estacion de metro que llegas caminando muy cerca y un centro comercial,, el personal muy accesible, el desayuno estaba rico

The hotelroom was not clean and the furniture was not in the best condition. Breakfast was to expensive for the limited selection. The air conditioner did not work proberly. The total price of 160€ for a double bedroom per night was to high.

Sejour sympathique dans cet hotel proche du centre-ville de Bruxelles. Le personnel est tres accueillant et la chambre tres confortable. Petits bemols: trace de moisisure dans la salle de bain et manque de variété au petit-déjeuner

The breakfast hours are very good since they serve till 10.30 so you can really relax. The near train station maybe could be seen as unsafe but it is ok with hot nightlife .
