bij aankomst bleek de gereserveerde kamer niet de kamer te zijn in hun systeem. netjes een drankje aangeboden gekregen, omdat we moesten wachten. in het hotel vonden werkzaamheden plaats ( boren om 08:00, luide werklui in de gang) speelhal en sauna waren dicht. een vermelding hiervan was prettig geweest. personeel erg vriendelijk, maar dit was een duur weekend in de herrie.

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wij hadden de luxekamer met zeezicht, een must voor ons☺️ De kamer is ruim en heeft een zalig groot bed en een mooie badkamer met apart toilet. Er is veel kastruimte voorzien met ook plaats voor de valiezen. Er is ook nog een zetel en enkele losse zitelementen met een klein salontafeltje. De kamer heeft een groot schuifraam met buiten een smal terras waar je enkel kan opstaan. Bij het ontbijt heb ik niets gemist en de eetruimte straalt luxe uit met mooi zicht op de zee. De welnessruimte is ook mooi, soms wel wat druk maar de moeite waard om van te genieten. Het onthaal heeft heel vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd omdat het een heel beperkte kaart heeft. Kortom, we hebben ervan genoten en dit hotel is wel een aanrader😊

Hotel right on the walkway/beach in Blankenberge. The room was very clear but very sparsely decorated with no chargers. The shower was just ok because it's in the tub with one of those half-door partitions. Pressure was good and there was ample soap. Since the weather was bad we used their indoor pool. It's a bit small but very clean. We also enjoyed the kid's playing areas. I definitely recommend upgrading to the breakfast buffet. It had a lot of choices in pastries, breads and coldcuts as well as bacon and eggs.

Nous avons séjourné le temps d’une nuit et nous avons passé un super moment, reposant et agréable. L’accès au spa/piscine était vraiment relaxant. Une salle de bain avec un beau standing et une chambre très spacieuse le tout faisant preuve d’un nettoyage de qualité.

Es stank nach Vogelpaest, wenn man den Fenster aufmachte. Da gab es auch biele Vogelpest. Spinnenweben und Staub drinne waren ersichtlich. Es gab kein Abendessen inkludiert. Gab auch kein Platz dafür.

Wir hatten zwar ein sehr kleines Zimmer, ( anders als auf dem Foto erkennbar ) aber das war soweit alles gut. Was mir fehlte, es gab in dem Badezimmer keine möglichkeit Handtücher/ Badetücher aufzuhängen und kein Platz für ein Necessaire abzustellen. Auch im Zimmer selber fand ich keinen Haken oder Kleiderbügel für z.B. Jacken. Ansonsten alles wunderbar, wie oben schon beschrieben.

The hotel was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool area was very nice. I stayed in the smallest room and it was indeed very small and hard to get around. But otherwise it was also very nice, with all the necessities you need, and more.

The hotel is splendid and the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We enjoyed our time in there and recommend it for everyone.

Très bel hôtel, service excellent, très bon petit déjeuner. Un bémol tout de même: nous avions une chambre avec vue sur une cour intérieure. La fenêtre du bâtiment en face était tout près, pas jolie comme vue et un peu claustrophobigène.

The room was absolutely appalling and the hotel responses to complaints a breach of European law. No sleep, knee injuries trying to move around bed, 4 times having to request loo rolls, towels for 2 people. Room 445 squashed between back of lift and fire escape. The notice about 20 euro fine for removing any of the poor quality breakfast from the dining room was shocking. After all this, hotel fined me 25 euros for checking out at 12.45.

Une de mes pires expériences hôtelières… Accueil froid et désagréable, chambre de 11m2 donnant sur une « cour intérieure ».. (des escaliers de secours…) : 269€ pour une nuit SANS petit déjeuner... Attention à la surprise au Check out : 25€ supplémentaires pour avoir dépassé l’heure du Check out (aucun appel en chambre, ni rien). Très déçus par l’attitude de la réceptionniste, nous n’avons pas profité des « installations » de l’hôtel. Plus jamais au BEACH PALACE HÔTEL.

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience during our short stay (3 nights). Staff is very friendly and helpful, any issues were solved bery fast. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices for everyone’s taste. Did not have a chance to try out wellness facilities but it looked nice.

The hotel is splendid and the staff is kind and friendly. The hotel is in front of the beach and the view from the room was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We enjoyed our time in there and recommend it for everyone.

The view was incredible! The hotel is currently being remodeled on the floor I stayed so it was a bit strange. The room inside was just gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and the breakfast bar was to die for! So good!

Wij hadden de luxekamer met zeezicht, een must voor ons☺️ De kamer is ruim en heeft een zalig groot bed en een mooie badkamer met apart toilet. Er is veel kastruimte voorzien met ook plaats voor de valiezen. Er is ook nog een zetel en enkele losse zitelementen met een klein salontafeltje. De kamer heeft een groot schuifraam met buiten een smal terras waar je enkel kan opstaan. Bij het ontbijt heb ik niets gemist en de eetruimte straalt luxe uit met mooi zicht op de zee. De welnessruimte is ook mooi, soms wel wat druk maar de moeite waard om van te genieten. Het onthaal heeft heel vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd omdat het een heel beperkte kaart heeft. Kortom, we hebben ervan genoten en dit hotel is wel een aanrader😊

We hadden de comfort kamer. Die zijn nog niet gerenoveerd de overige kamers wel. Ontbijt is ok maar van 4 sterren verwacht ik meer. Je loopt vanuit hotel zo het strand op.

We had a lot of luggage and it was quite difficult just getting it to reception at the beach end of the hotel as I was unable to get my car to the front of the building. The parking at the hotel is expensive and almost impossible to use as it is so tight of space. Don’t be on floor 9 as the water tanks are noisy and constantly being refilled. The decor is quite dated but clean and functional. The staff are very friendly and it is in an excellent position for the town and restaurants etc.

This is not a 5-star hotel. It’s ok. Its on the beach and the personell was great. Beds and pillows were perfect. Good rooms but a bit worn out. Tight hallways and be careful in the parking garage if you have anything bigger than a mini. :) Overall great experience. Location 10/10 Personell 10/10 Rooms 7/10 Cleanliness 8/10 Nearby restaurants 9/10 Recommended!

Unclear communication about pets made us book the wrong room. We were informed after we paid that our dog would not be allowed and we had no good options. We were only offered a room for an additional of 80 Euros. We decided to book another hotel and lost our money. Really dissapointed…
