Lo bueno Todo el personal fue muy atento, el desayuno buffet muy completo, las habitaciones cómodas y bien limpias, la piscina amplia y ofrecen chalecos salvavidas y bebidas refrescantes al llegar a recepción, lo malo Llegamos sábado alrededor de las 5 no había suficientes estacionamientos y nos parqueamos cerca a la entrada, siendo el ingreso a las 3pm no tenían una de las 2 habitaciones q reservamos lista, nos alojaron en habitaciones muy separadas, la señalización del Google maps te envía por un camino de trocha por donde no hay acceso y el ingreso si vienes de Lima esta unos 200 metros más adelante, la playa es de piedras entonces los niños no tendrán arena para jugar, habían moscas en el comedor, esto al tener las ventanas abiertas

The staff seems to be trying but the amenities miss the mark. And I struggled more with the language barrier than other properties I stayed at in Peru. It is not walking distance to anything of interest but it’s a 10 min taxi ride to the little township. There’s a beautiful bar with high end coffee maker in lobby that is hardly ever staffed. The balcony of our room is a 3.5’ solid concrete wall with no chairs. And if you did sit you would no longer have a view of the ocean. No coffee maker in room. On weekends it seems that local families come here for vacation so you have to reserve your breakfast buffet time slot the night before as it can become a feeding frenzy. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but at dinner time it’s lit up like a high school cafeteria making for a harsh ambiance. We had dinner at the poolside grill instead. There’s a peaceful sandy area between the pool and beach. But if you want to get to the water you have cross the rocks which make up the actual beach. You can’t walk the beach here. Pluses: they offer kayaks and paddle boards. The pisco sours are delicious. The wood fire pizza oven at the pool grill is great. The beds are super comfortable. The property is clean.

Traveling north returning to Lima, i searched for an overnight stay in Paracas. Parking was a priority due to having a rental car. Hotel rates were high, but opted for Casa Andina based on my past experiences. Arriving a bit late, pulled up in front to check in and drop my bag. Guy would not allow me one of the two open handicap parking places to a 63 year old guy with a bum leg. Rental car of course does not have adequate markings. So get sent over to the goat pasture lot. Make the long trek back with my remaining things. Guy wants to help me with my bag… that’s not what i needed. I needed one of the remaining parking spots. Not sure who those were saved for…? Next morning, i get a coffee from near the check in desk on way back to room from breakfast. Then come back a bit later, now 10:10am with my cup, and no coffee, ask about it. Pot is sitting nearby at the bar, “oh no with a smile, that’s over”. Ok, well thats an approach that can be taken, same as the parking. After paying a high premium price, I’m done, that’s for Casa Andina. I fly and travel a lot for business, 50-100 hotel rooms per year. Casa Andina has moved way down the list of preferred locations unfortunately. Especially due to the premium price paid.

I had a suite and the room itself was fine. The food served poolside was horrible! The burger was not cooked well and had a strange taste. It was also served with simply the hamburger patty, no bun, and no option to put cheese on it. The seafood chifa left a lot to be desired as well. This food was overpriced for the quality and amount we received. Pool should also be heated for the somewhat cooler days and nights.

A nice hotel for a short stay. Employees are very kind. Food is good although expensive and the service slow. There is private access to the beach but with rocks so almost not possible to swim. The facilities are very clean and the pool with the sea and sky view is very nice.

Well the pool is cold, and no much to enjoy at this hotel other than the bar, but the manager of this hotel limited guests like us to enjoy a beer. No recommended for family with kids or to enjoy with family.

The staff at the reception area was friendly but it took a long time to do the check in. I called the receptionist because the bathroom wasn’t clean but they never answered. The pool area wasn’t clean, ants all over my drink’s table. I was waiting for ever to get a towel for me and my family. The check out process was long, there were a lot of people. Very disappointed.

This stay was a total disappointment. First of all, at check in, the receptionist refused to give me the 20% voucher for food that my status from this site allows, despite showing the proof of eligibility. This is the first time this has happened. Upon reaching out to this site's customer care, they eventually relented but we already felt awkward by then as we were sat in the restaurant. Next, the rooms are SO DIRTY! Ours stank of old stale feet and the bathroom was mouldy (see photos) and the balcony chairs also dirty. The hotel is far from the centre of town and as there isn't Uber it's costly (Peruvian standards) to get taxis to and from. There is however a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel pool is great for summertime. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It's just not a 4 star hotel by any means from our experience.

Hasta este momento no me han entregado mi factura contable. La he pedido en varias oportunidades y no logro me la hagan llegar. Comienzo a pensar que no me la van a entregar. No tienen pack & play ni cunas en el Hotel, casi todas las familias tienen niños y es una vergüenza que un hotel tan grande tenga SÓLO UN PACK & PLAY. En el comedor tienen muchas moscas, mala atención en el counter, pedí nos ayuden con las maletas y me dejaron en espera por media hora, tuvimos que hacer esa gestión sin ellos.

Service was great, property clean and quiet. This was a gift for my brother and he was very pleased with the service and property. He did mentioned however, water temperature in the shower was not constant as it keeps getting very hot and cold during his showers. Besides that inconvenience, he did enjoy his time and will come back again.

Overall the rooms were in good condition and lots of space. I thought the breakfast was a little bit lacking in quality, more so on Monday than on the weekend. The views of the ocean are great from the balcony! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The property is located next to the shoreline and it has a great view of the Paracas Bay. The rooms were spacious, were well equiped and the bed had very comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was included in the hotel fare and all the personnel was very attentive and friendly. In general, I would go back to this hotel in the future. I had already been to another Casa Andina property in Arequipa and I already knew of the quality of their hotel services.
The property is located next to the shoreline and it has a great view of the Paracas Bay. The rooms were spacious, were well equiped and the bed had very comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was included in the hotel fare and all the personnel was very attentive and friendly. In general, I would go back to this hotel in the future. Overall the rooms were in good condition and lots of space. I thought the breakfast was a little bit lacking in quality, more so on Monday than on the weekend. The views of the ocean are great from the balcony! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff at the reception area was friendly but it took a long time to do the check in. I called the receptionist because the bathroom wasn’t clean but they never answered. The pool area wasn’t clean, ants all over my drink’s table. I was waiting for ever to get a towel for me and my family. The check out process was long, there were a lot of people. Very disappointed.

Hasta este momento no me han entregado mi factura contable. La he pedido en varias oportunidades y no logro me la hagan llegar. Comienzo a pensar que no me la van a entregar. No tienen pack & play ni cunas en el Hotel, casi todas las familias tienen niños y es una vergüenza que un hotel tan grande tenga SÓLO UN PACK & PLAY. En el comedor tienen muchas moscas, mala atención en el counter, pedí nos ayuden con las maletas y me dejaron en espera por media hora, tuvimos que hacer esa gestión sin ellos.

A nice hotel for a short stay. Employees are very kind. Food is good although expensive and the service slow. There is private access to the beach but with rocks so almost not possible to swim. The facilities are very clean and the pool with the sea and sky view is very nice.

Awful staff in the restaurant area!!! Impossible to have a nice breakfast. They took about 20 minutes to bring us 2 fried eggs. We would never go back to that place!!!

This stay was a total disappointment. First of all, at check in, the receptionist refused to give me the 20% voucher for food that my status from this site allows, despite showing the proof of eligibility. This is the first time this has happened. Upon reaching out to this site's customer care, they eventually relented but we already felt awkward by then as we were sat in the restaurant. Next, the rooms are SO DIRTY! Ours stank of old stale feet and the bathroom was mouldy (see photos) and the balcony chairs also dirty. The hotel is far from the centre of town and as there isn't Uber it's costly (Peruvian standards) to get taxis to and from. There is however a very nice restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel pool is great for summertime. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. It's just not a 4 star hotel by any means from our experience.

The property is located next to the shoreline and it has a great view of the Paracas Bay. The rooms were spacious, were well equiped and the bed had very comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was included in the hotel fare and all the personnel was very attentive and friendly. In general, I would go back to this hotel in the future. The staff seems to be trying but the amenities miss the mark. And I struggled more with the language barrier than other properties I stayed at in Peru. It is not walking distance to anything of interest but it’s a 10 min taxi ride to the little township. There’s a beautiful bar with high end coffee maker in lobby that is hardly ever staffed. The balcony of our room is a 3.5’ solid concrete wall with no chairs. And if you did sit you would no longer have a view of the ocean. No coffee maker in room. On weekends it seems that local families come here for vacation so you have to reserve your breakfast buffet time slot the night before as it can become a feeding frenzy. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but at dinner time it’s lit up like a high school cafeteria making for a harsh ambiance. We had dinner at the poolside grill instead. There’s a peaceful sandy area between the pool and beach. But if you want to get to the water you have cross the rocks which make up the actual beach. You can’t walk the beach here. Pluses: they offer kayaks and paddle boards. The pisco sours are delicious. The wood fire pizza oven at the pool grill is great. The beds are super comfortable. The property is clean.

I waited two hours for my room, it was ok . The breakfast was buffet style. It was bad, cold and very basic. Eggs were watery and the waffles uncooked. Really disappointed for the amount of money i paid.

I had a suite and the room itself was fine. The food served poolside was horrible! The burger was not cooked well and had a strange taste. It was also served with simply the hamburger patty, no bun, and no option to put cheese on it. The seafood chifa left a lot to be desired as well. This food was overpriced for the quality and amount we received. Pool should also be heated for the somewhat cooler days and nights.
