The property is absolutely beautiful and historic. Three beautiful bedrooms and en-suites in all. Although we didn’t cook, everything that we would needed was available in a fantastic kitchen and an outside grill. We absolutely loved the outdoor room in the renovated garage. A pool table, darts, bar, tv and comfortable seating was enclosed in the space. We will definitely be back and will find an excuse to rent again. Thank you!

What a great house and host. Convenient location and nice and quiet. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Kitchen and living room were great for hanging out and relaxing. Garage game room was a lot of fun!

This home exceeded all expectations! All of the rooms were large and comfortable. There was more than enough room for 6 people. All appliances had a like new quality to them. For as old as the house is, everything felt modern and updated. We walked to downtown Louisville within minutes. We cooked an Easter meal and the house had everything needed to do so. Our teens loved the pool table/entertainment area in the garage. The only downside was that we left a half a pizza out on the counter overnight and some ants made a visit. So don’t leave any food out overnight. Overall this is an amazing property, in a great location, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Gregory Clarke was a hands on property manager. We were able to check in an hour earlier and get settled in from our long trip. My family of six was very comfortable in their own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We enjoyed the outside recreation area in the garage. The house is in a beautiful location, steps away from a short walk into downtown.

This is a stunning, luxurious property with added benefit of pool table and dartboard in the garage. It was a fabulous place for a family weekend and although it is a little bit pricey, we felt it was completely worth the expense. Within walking distance of two restaurant brewpubs. The owner was extremely helpful and accessible. The driveway is negotiable by an SUV, but would suggest parking on the street because it is precarious. The bedrooms were exquisitely comfortable the bathrooms gigantic the entire house was divine.

We held our family gathering in Gregory's beautiful house. The house had anything you could think of. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and had a great time in the garage "man cave". Gregory communication with our party was excellent. He gave us several restaurant recommendations along with ideas of things to do in the area. We would love to come back and stay again.

The property was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the lovely indoor decor and all of the available kitchen items. Gregory allowed us to check in a few hours early which was so helpful to our schedule. The driveway was our only challenge. When we parked in the back of the house the turnaround was difficult. But there is an option of street parking .

I can honestly say this was the best VRBO experience that I've had. The house outweighed our expectations. The house was much bigger than expected, and immaculate! So many amazing details, so much art and beautiful books and lots of character. It had everything we needed. We were a family of three with a baby, my mother-in-law, and cousin and her husband. We had plenty of space and everyone enjoyed their room and beautiful bathrooms. So close to downtown, just a couple of blocks away. Very accessible, walkable, very safe neighborhood not too loud at night. Would definitely say again. I absolutely love this place.

It is hard to put into words just how amazing this property is. My family and I travel all around the country each summer attending College Gymnastics camps. This summer was UK. Needless to say, we see rental properties of all shapes and sizes. This property was AMAZING! Gregory was an absolute joy to work with and the house was beautiful!! The house had every little detail taken care of, and the second you walk in, you feel like you are at home. The kitchen was beautiful and each bedroom had a stunning bathroom attached. We could not be happier. The house is close to the main strip downtown and even though we could have gone into the city for dinner each night, we found that all we wanted to do was sit on the huge front porch and have drinks. Thank you Gregory! The house exceeded all of our expectations! We will definitely be back!

Traveled with my husband and two older teenagers to the Lexington area. House was perfect. Beautifully decorated and kept. Gregory was a wonderful host and so helpful. It was walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.

This is our second year at this beautiful home in Lexington! It is in great location and walkable to downtown. It is a comfortable and inviting place to stay. Greg is a great host and very responsive. A great time at Keeneland, the Bourbon trail and shopping!

The Lexingtonian was a perfect home for a getaway weekend for 5 friends. What a treat to stay in a historic mansion! Gregory was very thoughtful in making sure the home was well-stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room (space heater provided), preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen and hanging out on the front porch during the evening. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a brewery and distillery where we took a fun tour. I would highly recommend this home!

This home is been more beautiful in person. Every room is put together very well and it is warm and inviting. Could not have been nicer Fantastic location as it is close to everything downtown. Gregory was great to work with and so accommodating. I can not recommend this home enough. We will come back every year when we visit.

The home was a great spot for 3 couples to stay over the weekend. It was convenient location to walk to downtown and enjoy entertainment, and a quick drive to bourbon and Keeneland. We have already recommended the spot to others for a future trip!

This is our second year at this beautiful home in Lexington! It is in great location and walkable to downtown. It is a comfortable and inviting place to stay. Greg is a great host and very responsive. A great time at Keeneland, the Bourbon trail and shopping!

We visited KY to enjoy bourbon and attend a football game at UK. We were 3 couples and the home was perfect for our stay. 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite baths made the stay comfortable for each person. Kitchen was great and big table for playing games while watching Saturday games. Location was great to restaurants and coffee shops with lots of recommendations from the host. We loved our stay!

My family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Plenty of space to spread out. Loads of cafes, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Nice touches like a triple head shower and a steamer for getting wrinkles out of suits and dresses.

This is our second time staying at this property. Again, we had the best experience. If you are traveling with multiple couples for an event downtown, this is the place for you. Ideal location, less than a five minute walk to downtown Lexington. Equipped with first class amenities throughout the home. You won't be disappointed!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the house was just lovely. It was very walkable to many restaurants and the downtown area. We would for sure stay here again without hesitation!!

Gregory was a great host! Clean, spacious and historic property with so much character. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed only being a 5 block walk from downtown. Highly recommend!

We rented this beautiful home to gather with our adult kids while visiting relatives in Lexington. It was lovely! There are so many places to go in this house - the carriage house, the sunny back porch, the lovely front porch with rocking chairs plus all the space in the home. It was walkable to downtown with many restaurants, bars and historical markers. It couldn't have been better - we thoroughly enjoyed and Gregory was a fantastic host!
