Sødt og venligt personale. Udmærket morgenmadsbuffet, deres pandekage maskine var især populær hos den mindste. Vi rejste med hund og det fungerede perfekt, man fik skilt til døren og vi følte os trygge ved at lade den blive på værelset. Der var flere grønne områder rundt om hotellet og det var et roligt område. Parkeringskælderen var perfekt beliggende under hotellet med elevator. Der var en metrostation lige ved hotellet som gjorde det nemt at rejse til shopping og seværdigheder.

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie bestehend aus 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, haben kurzfristig einen Zwischenstopp in Hamburg gehabt. Also haben wir kurzfristig ein Angebot für ein Superior Zimmer wahrgenommen. Das Zimmer war, trotz großem Zusatzbett noch bequem 'begehbar'. Im Preis war auch die Minibar inbegriffen. Für eine spontane Buchung war es echt nicht teuer. Gutes, sauberes Bad. Es gibt zwischen WC und Bad einen Raumtrenner. Man muss sich nicht gegenseitig zugucken. Manchmal gewinnt man(n) manchmal verliert man(n). Auch der Spa Bereich war einfach, aber ausreichend groß. Gute Trockensauna und auch ein Dampfbad gibt es, aber ich war nur in der Sauna. Es gibt genug Duschen und Badetücher. Zwei Punkte waren nicht so super, aber dafür kann keiner was. Das Navi (Google Maps) führt einen, zumindest uns, auf die falsche Straßenseite und leider gab es am Sonntag Probleme mit den Aufzügen. p.s.: Direkt vor der Tür verlaufen die U1 & U3. Man ist also innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem ÖPNV an den Landungsbrücken.

Ausreichend Platz in der Tiefgarage. Lademöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage leider noch nicht fertiggestellt. Dafür gegenüber des Hotels Schnellader am Porsche-Zentrum.

Novotel ligger tæt på mange af Hamborgs seværdigheder og tæt på Ubahn. Fint hotel med det man forventer, dog var der i wellness lidt mangler idet sauna og dampbad ikke var tændt og rengøringen af wellness foregik om morgenen hvor man netop gerne vil bruge facaliteterne. I baren om aftenen kunne de ikke lave månedens drink da nogle af råvarerne manglede, i det hele taget var servicen i baren om aftenen ustruktureret om man måtte bestille det samme to gange for at få det man ønskede. Men ellers et flot hotel med lækker morgen buffet. Parkering i kælderen for 27 euro er for dyrt. Mvh Jens

Die Lage mit einer daneben gelegenen U-Bahn Stadion war super.Man konnte sehr schnell sein Wunschziel erreichen. Der Service in dem Zimmer war mittelmäßig.Leere Flaschen aus der Minibar wurden nicht täglich mitgenommen.Toilettenpapier und Seifenspender nicht gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Der Frühstückspreis war ein Horror.Bei Fragen an der Rezeption kennt sich scheinbar so manche Mitarbeiterin nicht aus.

Lage an einer sehr lebhaften Straße, mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht hörbar. U-Bahn in direkter Nähe. Teppich im Zimmer macht schmuddeligen Eindruck. Toilette war am Anreisetag nicht ganz sauber. Handseife wurde nicht nachgefüllt und war vom ersten Tag an leer. Frühstück war ok - Warteschlangen die sich wegen der Platzzuweisung gebildet haben kannte ich so bisher noch nicht, machte den Eindruck der schlechten Organisation. Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 5 and when I checked in they gave us 1 room in the first floor and the second one in the 4 th floor which was very inconvenient. The room was very small and had no desk or makeup table and when I booked I thought the room will have an extra bed for tgd 3 rd person that I was charged extra for but it turned that they just opened the sofa to make it a bed for the 3 rd adult so there was no sitting area either

This hotel was a mixed bag. First, the bad: unreliable/inconsistent wifi, mediocre room that had no desk or work space and very little room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It didn't have a fridge and there was barely any horizontal area in the bathroom to even set clothes down while showering. Lights require a room key to operate which was annoying, the kids hated the sofa bed, and the location is LOUD with nights full of screaming police sirens because it is on the corner of two busy streets and it is relatively close to central station (the epicenter of drugs and addicts in Hamburg). All was not terrible though: the staff was great, the property is well-kept and nice, and the breakfast was fantastic. Even though it is near central station, it seemed like a nice area that felt safe (if busy).

Es war alles super, bis auf die Bedienung im Hotel Restaurant am Abend. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis nur schon mal die Bestellungen aufgenommen wurden und das Wasser kam dann auch erst nach einer Weile, während die Kinder ihr Wasser gar nicht bekamen. Das Essen war gut aber kam auch wieder erst nach einer langen Zeit.

Es war alles super, bis auf die Bedienung im Hotel Restaurant am Abend. Indtjekning virkede meget usikker og personen måtte spørge sin kollager om hjælp til indtjekning et par gange. Det gav ikke den bedste start på opholdet. Udtjekningen var derimod helt perfekt. Morgenmad og servicen ved morgenmaden var perfekt.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Lübecker Str. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir sind mit zwei Kindern gereist. Dafür Preis-/Leistung top! Gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Platz in der Tiefgarage. Lademöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage leider noch nicht fertiggestellt. Dafür gegenüber des Hotels Schnellader am Porsche-Zentrum.

We had some problems (for the renovation of the hall, the steam bad was already cooled, the room was really small for 3 adults), but the problems were resolved in a very helpful way and finally we were happy. The breakfast is good but not worth the high price. We were disappointed for the missing recycling!

Väldigt trevligt hotell, rent och fräscht. Ligger bra till, 2 - 3 stationer med tunnelbanan så är man mitt i centrum. Ett litet minus är att det är lite hög ljudvolym vid frukosten.

Breakfast very mediocre. Not much selection on pastries, bread, fresh fruits. Only croissant!!! Where are the danishes, muffins, pancake, peanut butter, fresh juices, yogurts, limited choice on bread and Cereals. After breakfast no possibility to have a free coffee at any time of the day unless it is a paid one. For the price the room is paid, is it hard to believe this service and will think better at my next booking. Breakfast was paid and not free.

Definitely not spotless. Felt cleaned for good looks. Stains on the sofa. Gunk at the bathroom. Bed was clean enough. If the rooms got an occasional deeper cleaning i think I would have been much more satisfied.
