We stayed at Wyndham Hannover Atrium in a Junior Suite, but unfortunately the room was far below the standard we expected. The carpet was very dirty, the kitchen area had not been cleaned properly, and there were several food stains around the room. The refrigerator was especially unpleasant, with visible dirt, residue and what appeared to be bacterial or mould-like growth inside. There was also no cutlery, despite the room having kitchen facilities. Overall, the room felt old, worn and poorly maintained. When we complained at reception, the receptionist’s attitude felt defensive, dismissive and at times ironic. She gave us the impression that we were exaggerating and that the room was perfectly fine. She called out to a housekeeping employee from a distance instead of going over to speak with her directly. The housekeeping employee did not hear her, so my husband eventually went and brought her to reception himself. The receptionist explained the situation to the housekeeping employee, and then passed on her explanation to us. The housekeeping lady was kind, professional and helpful. They suggested another room with laminate flooring, which was much cleaner and more comfortable. We also received free breakfast as compensation. We appreciated the help from housekeeping, but the original room and the receptionist’s attitude made the overall experience disappointing.

I spent a week at Wyndham Atrium Hannover. I was there with a colleague. The hotel is located in a strategic position. In few minutes you can reach the Hannover Messe Exhibition Centre. The restaurant offer is, in my opinion, quite poor. They offer very often a buffet , I do not reccomand. The breakfast is fine but I would suggest them to offer more pastries. The reception staff, at least, the people I talked were not too friendly. If they do not like their job they could find another ones.

Very tired and dated hotel. The staff don’t do much to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is awful - with important things missing (such as milk). Uncomfortable beds, awful showers. The gym wasn’t even a gym.

It was clean but very basic. Especially for the price. It was over a week where there was an exhibition at the Messe so i expect inflated prices but it just felt the staff didn't want people there. Also the gym has no weights at all just cardio. Can't really call it a gym
