El hotel esta a dos estaciones de metro de la estacion central, en un barrio lindo , tranquilo, tiene parking. el desayuno es muy completo , la verdad es recomendable para aquellos que necesiten un precio razonable . lo unico es que desde que llegamos funcionaba un solo asensor y vimos a los tecnicos pero no fue reparado , para la cantidad de habitaciones y con asensor no inteligente , es un caos subir o bajar de los pisos altos. nos quejamos pero , sin exito.

Das Hotel ist in der Halle sehr schick und modern, ein kleiner Convenient Store ist auch vorhanden und es gibt kostenlos Wasser. Der Empfang war soweit angenehm. Das Parken fanden wir sehr teuer, ist halt bei einem öffentlichen Anbieter. Da hat uns etwas Beratung gefehlt, wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Im Zimmer gab es zwar Teebeutel, aber sehe wenige und z.B. nur einen schwarzen Tee. Außerdem keine Bodylotion und keine Watte/Q-Tips, ansonsten aber schöne Rituals–Produkte. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, für fünf Sterne fehlt es aber an besonderen Merkmalen.

Gutes Hotel mit fairen Preisen und sehr gutem Frühstück. Leider hat es keine eigenen Parkplätze sodass man entweder in dem benachbarten öffentlichen Parkhaus für 30€ (!) pro Nacht parken muss, oder sich draußen an der Straße etwas suchen muss.

Das Hotel ist immer wieder eine sehr gute Wahl ! Wir waren schon öfter hier. Was uns dieses Mal aber besonders gut gefallen hat, war das vielfältige Frühstück. Wobei man es schon gar nicht mehr frühstücken nennen kann. Brunchen würde es eher treffen. Was auch beim Parken gut ist, dass es nicht mehr als 10 Euro pro Tag werden können.

Das Hotel ist immer wieder eine sehr gute Wahl ! Wir waren schon öfter hier. Was uns dieses Mal aber besonders gut gefallen hat, war das vielfältige Frühstück. Wobei man es schon gar nicht mehr frühstücken nennen kann. Brunchen würde es eher treffen. Was auch beim Parken gut ist, dass es nicht mehr als 10 Euro pro Tag werden können.

This hotel was easy to get to, underground parking is available but pretty pricey. Hotel staff and hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed during our European roadtrip. It was clean enough, bathroom floors could use a better mopping. The hotel is walking distance to the touristy areas but not a nice walk. We walked to town late and night and it didnt feel 100% safe. Didn't try thw breakfast because found it was overpriced. Instead we walked to Extrablatt. It was a buffet breakfast and super cheap.

The hotel advertises there's a gym. But it didn't have electric power, and when I asked the reception he said it will automatically start at 7:00 AM. I asked why? he said "for your safety"! I am not sure how 7:00 AM is not safe, but 7:01 is safe... Anyways the other smarter receptionist said they can't start it until 7:00 AM because the gym is located between the rooms. So this is a Hotel Design flaw. Lastly, if my working day starts at 8:00 AM, then this gym is practically useless.

Obwohl mitten in der Nacht plötzlich der Kühlschank angefangen hat wie wild zu flackern ist das Novotel mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Tolle Lage in List. Nur parken sollte man nicht in der Hotelgarage. 30€ sind ein Brett im Vergleich zu 0€ auf der Straße gegenüber vom Hotel.

In a pretty convenient location but nothing around it. 3 minutes walk to the underground with 3 stops to city center. no swimming pool, there is a small gym. hotel room is a bit of a let down. executive room which is more expensive than standard, was just a bigger room, bare and boring with cheap furniture. nothing much in the room to use but you can buy necessity at the small stall by reception opening 24/24.

It was quiet and clean. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But in the shower there were black marks... mould? We mentioned this to reception. It was agreed that the problem would be sorted.

Das Zimmer war augenscheinlich sauber, allerdings war auf der Kopfumrandung Staub, auch der Bereich des Wasserkochers war sehr staubig oder hat diesen magisch angezogen. Kaffee war zweimal vorhanden, die diversen Teesorten nur einmal, bei unseren Mitreisenden gab es gar keinen schwarzen Tee. Diesen haben wir erst nach Anfrage in der Lobby bekommen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 3 Personen. Aber nur 2 Tassen und 2 Wassergläser. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber sollten in einem 4 Sterne Haus nicht passieren. Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber aber abgenutzt (Rand aus gefranst oder viele Fäden gezogen. Die Flasche in der Dusche mit dem Duschgel hing auf halb acht. Ich habe jedes Mal Angst gehabt, ich reiße sie aus der Halterung. Die Duscharmatur verdient auf jeden Fall einen Designerpreis! Praktisch ist etwas anderes. Die Einstellung für kaltes oder warmes Wasser war nicht mehr zu erkennen. Und mit nassen und glitschigen Händen nur sehr schwer zu bedienen. Mein Kind konnte den Wasserhahn alleine gar nicht bedienen. Das Hotel besitzt KEIN eigenes Parkhaus und Preise für das angrenzende Parkhaus (30€ pro Nacht) sind sehr überzogen! Positiv: Eine große Auswahl an Speisen beim Frühstück. Auch frisches Obst war vorhanden.

As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available.

Plasseringen av hotellet er veldig bra. Selv om det ligger litt utenfor mest sentrale delen av byen, går det veldig raskt med U-Bahn, og hotellet ligger rett ved den ene utgangen. Rommet var veldig behagelig og rent og fint. Flott badstu i kjelleren. Innsjekk tok utrolig lang tid, selv om det ikke var kø. Personalet i resepsjonen var heller ikke spesielt hyggelig.

Plasseringen av hotellet er veldig bra. Selv om det ligger litt utenfor mest sentrale delen av byen, går det veldig raskt med U-Bahn, og hotellet ligger rett ved den ene utgangen. Vi blev tjekket ind af en receptionist som ikke spurgte til hvilket sprog vi skulle tale selvom hun kunne høre vi ikke talte tysk sammen. Morgenmaden var som forventet kedelig, trods vi kom før klokken vi var buffeten næsten tom. Vi er ellers glade for Novotel generelt og det i Hannover er vores faste pitstop når vi rejser længere sydpå

Empfang so lala. Hotel bei Ankunft zu bezahlen ist Pflicht, aber Rechnung kann erst am nächsten Tag ausgestellt werden, trotz frühem auschecken. Frage beim Personal bis wann ich essen kann im Restaurant, Katastrophe. Wasserkocher im Zimmer eine Zumutung. Eventuell habe ich einen falschen Tag erwischt. Ansonsten macht das Hotel eine guten Eindruck. Zimmer sind modern und alles in allem würde ich hier erneut übernachten.

The personnel were professional and friendly, especially the employees in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Fried eggs and waffles are available to order as part of the buffet. Our room was adequate and comfortable for our needs since we only stayed for 4 nights.

Plasseringen av hotellet er veldig bra. Selv om det ligger litt utenfor mest sentrale delen av byen, går det veldig raskt med U-Bahn, og hotellet ligger rett ved den ene utgangen. Rommet var veldig behagelig og rent og fint. Flott badstu i kjelleren. Innsjekk tok utrolig lang tid, selv om det ikke var kø. Personalet i resepsjonen var heller ikke spesielt hyggelig.

This hotel was easy to get to, underground parking is available but pretty pricey. Hotel staff and hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed during our European roadtrip. It was clean enough, bathroom floors could use a better mopping. The hotel is walking distance to the touristy areas but not a nice walk. We walked to town late and night and it didnt feel 100% safe. Didn't try thw breakfast because found it was overpriced. Instead we walked to Extrablatt. It was a buffet breakfast and super cheap.

Obwohl mitten in der Nacht plötzlich der Kühlschank angefangen hat wie wild zu flackern ist das Novotel mit einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Tolle Lage in List. Nur parken sollte man nicht in der Hotelgarage. 30€ sind ein Brett im Vergleich zu 0€ auf der Straße gegenüber vom Hotel.

In a pretty convenient location but nothing around it. 3 minutes walk to the underground with 3 stops to city center. no swimming pool, there is a small gym. hotel room is a bit of a let down. executive room which is more expensive than standard, was just a bigger room, bare and boring with cheap furniture. nothing much in the room to use but you can buy necessity at the small stall by reception opening 24/24.

super clean room, comfy bed, and good location. The bathroom is really really small. I booked a deluxe twin room and paid extra, in the picture of the room it showed a bigger bathroom with double sinks but the room I got was smaller, and a single sink and a tiny shower that I could barely stand in there. The room was clearly for one person and not for two. When I asked why the room was smaller the front desk said that is the correct deluxe room, which is strange because why is a deluxe room smaller than regular rooms? Also, I checked in very late at night because of a flight delay and there was no soap in the room. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and if you ask they can also bring you complete-I only tried it once because the other egg option did not look fresh. It is nice if the staff would check in by coming to your table if you need anything or offer to bring coffee to the table in a pot. There was only one machine to get coffee from and the quality was poor. During peak hours there was plenty of staff around but none offered to bring coffee even they saw a line. I skipped the coffee machine after the first day.

Es war ein super entspannter Tag in Hannover und ich habe wirklich super geschlafen. Ich fand es nur sehr schade dass das Parken im Parkhaus regulär zu zahlen war, dass das einchecken sehr lange gedauert hat weil nur ein Schalter besetzt war, und dass ich beim frühstück kaum Auswahl an pflanzlichen Dingen gefunden habe. Am Ende hat es gereicht um satt zu werden, aber für das was ich gegessen habe, war mir der Preis eigentlich deutlich zu teuer …

Das Zimmer war augenscheinlich sauber, allerdings war auf der Kopfumrandung Staub, auch der Bereich des Wasserkochers war sehr staubig oder hat diesen magisch angezogen. Kaffee war zweimal vorhanden, die diversen Teesorten nur einmal, bei unseren Mitreisenden gab es gar keinen schwarzen Tee. Diesen haben wir erst nach Anfrage in der Lobby bekommen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 3 Personen. Aber nur 2 Tassen und 2 Wassergläser. Das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber sollten in einem 4 Sterne Haus nicht passieren. Die Handtücher waren zwar sauber aber abgenutzt (Rand aus gefranst oder viele Fäden gezogen. Die Flasche in der Dusche mit dem Duschgel hing auf halb acht. Ich habe jedes Mal Angst gehabt, ich reiße sie aus der Halterung. Die Duscharmatur verdient auf jeden Fall einen Designerpreis! Praktisch ist etwas anderes. Die Einstellung für kaltes oder warmes Wasser war nicht mehr zu erkennen. Und mit nassen und glitschigen Händen nur sehr schwer zu bedienen. Mein Kind konnte den Wasserhahn alleine gar nicht bedienen. Das Hotel besitzt KEIN eigenes Parkhaus und Preise für das angrenzende Parkhaus (30€ pro Nacht) sind sehr überzogen! Positiv: Eine große Auswahl an Speisen beim Frühstück. Auch frisches Obst war vorhanden.

Vi blev tjekket ind af en receptionist som ikke spurgte til hvilket sprog vi skulle tale selvom hun kunne høre vi ikke talte tysk sammen. Morgenmaden var som forventet kedelig, trods vi kom før klokken vi var buffeten næsten tom. Vi er ellers glade for Novotel generelt og det i Hannover er vores faste pitstop når vi rejser længere sydpå

It’s just one of those places that just delivers bangs for the bucks! It’s. Its not a place you go to stay for a week with kids, but as a 1-2 day stop it’s excellent! We have been to the place 10+ time traveling through Europe!

Very practical placement with Podbi Parking (a bit expensive) and the Subway very close. Hotel had some renovation going on. Breakfast was good (again a bit expensive). Staff was very friendly, great check in experience with a child as they offered a gift to the child.

Hotel is clean and service is ok. But worst part os that we heared at least 15 different police, fire engine or ambulance durinf the night. So no sleep at all. Asked the restaurant if we can get the fork and knife, instead of providing that, they told us to move everything and food we had into the table with knife and fork. That is not a good service.
