Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ruhig, ungestörte Nachtruhe. Allerdings war das Hotel von außen eingerüstet, Bauarbeiten haben aber während des Aufenthaltes nicht stattgefunden! Begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen, jedoch Parkhaus in der Nähe und 10% Rabatt auf die Gebühren! Bis zur Stadtmitte etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg!

Very posh entrance…..our room was a bit dated but more than adequate for our two night stay. Great location to the town itself. 25 euros for parking each night a little steep.

Beim Check-in verlangte der eine Mitarbeiter, dass die Papiere für das zweite Zimmer von meiner Frau ausgefüllt werden (beide Zimmer wurden auf meinen Namen gebucht). Nachdem auch meine Frau an der Rezeption war und wir bei einer anderen Mitarbeiterin waren, hieß es, dass es reicht, nur eine Anmeldung auszufüllen. Es stand auf beiden ohnehin nur meine Angaben vorausgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sollten entsprechend geschult werden, welche Vorgehensweise die richtige ist. Dann hieß es, dass das Parkhaus voll wäre und unser Auto nicht in den Aufzug passt. Es wurde uns ein Parkhaus 6 Gehminuten entfernt empfohlen. Im strömenden Regen war das nicht gerade angenehm. Ein Hinweis, dass bestimmte Fahrzeuge nicht ins Parkhaus passen, war m.E. bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Das Hotel hat darüber hinaus ein großes Manko - es gibt keine Haltemöglichkeit davor, um das Gepäck zu entladen, ohne jemanden zu behindern. Man muss entweder direkt auf der Straße stehen oder gegenüber auf dem Bürgersteig, wo schon entsprechende Schilder angebracht sind, da sich dort wohl häufiger verzweifelte Hotelgäste hinstellen. Ansonsten war die Lage für uns perfekt und das Frühstück gut.

Very nice hotel, frendly staff at the reception, nice with green areas just outside if you need to walk a dog, street parking nearby, but only for 4 hours between 9 and 17 carpark is 20 euro, you can take your dog with you at the restaurent, and there is eating areas outside. It take only 10 min to walk to the city center.

Wir haben nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Frühstück war prima, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und großzügig. Die Busstation vor dem Hotel , nur 2 Stationen mit dem Bus zur Innenstadt , einfach toll.

The AC in room was old and worked but very noisy, if you opened the window then the noise of houses to the rear was bad. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise went on well past midnight, it was a Friday. So sleep not good added to that very poor pillows, despite bed being good it all meant a poor nights sleep.Dated decor meant felt worst hotel of the 5 nights we spent in Germany. Staff were all nice, a saving grace.

…im Zimmer ist es echt laut! Was am Belüftungssystem liegt, welches laut ist- und es zieht ( immer!). Das Farbkonzept ist ‚gruselig‘ ( Grau, beige, Petrol mit rosa Vorhang)… 50 shades of brown findet sich im Bad! Dieses ist soooo hell ausgeleuchtet, dass man gerne ne ‚trigger-Warnung‘ hätte ( grade als Migränepatient). S o r r y! Personal echt freundlich 👍

Super hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede locatie, loopafstand van centrum en bezienswaardigheden. Kamer was ruim. Nadeel was dat er geen airco was, de kamer was erg warm en dat in mei. Na klacht wel een ventilator op de kamer gekregen.

Der Service in diesen Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht schlecht und nicht kundenorientiert. Solche Mängel im Umgang mit einem Kunden, der Teil einer größeren Gruppe war, sind mir in den letzten 10 Jahren wissentlich nicht passiert. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Der Service in diesen Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht schlecht und nicht kundenorientiert. Solche Mängel im Umgang mit einem Kunden, der Teil einer größeren Gruppe war, sind mir in den letzten 10 Jahren wissentlich nicht passiert. Wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, fußläufig zum Maschsee, Landesmuseum, Stadion und Hauptbahnhof. Ausstattung war modern, gut und zweckmäßig, Betten sehr angenehm, Frühstückslokal und Auswahl top, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden es auch wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, fußläufig zum Maschsee, Landesmuseum, Stadion und Hauptbahnhof. Ausstattung war modern, gut und zweckmäßig, Betten sehr angenehm, Frühstückslokal und Auswahl top, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ruhig, ungestörte Nachtruhe. Allerdings war das Hotel von außen eingerüstet, Bauarbeiten haben aber während des Aufenthaltes nicht stattgefunden! Begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen, jedoch Parkhaus in der Nähe und 10% Rabatt auf die Gebühren! Bis zur Stadtmitte etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg!

Very posh entrance…..our room was a bit dated but more than adequate for our two night stay. Great location to the town itself. 25 euros for parking each night a little steep.

Excellent location for a city trip, 15 minutes walking through the centre to the train station or a short subway ride, close to city centre, subway, shops, park and lake and many restaurants, bars etc. The hotel's overall atmosphere was modern and clean, we didn't have breakfast or dinner in the restaurant but it looked very good. Our room on the 3rd floor was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, but the room's carpet and window insulation should be changed.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast with perfect service and exceptional options. We will be back for sure. We stayed in a family room. It was spacious with a foyer that had a door so that I could pack and organize while everyone was asleep. The pull out couch was not optimally comfortable but it was good enough for the kids. Breakfast was phenomenal. From make your own waffle (use the timer!), to fresh ginger for your tea, to smoked salmon and many cheeses, meats, yogurts and treats there was something for everyone. The staff were great. It’s hard to list off the many great treats, including vegan options and poultry meats. The kettle, tea and Nespresso pods and coffee machine in the room were wonderful and very appreciated. Expedia showed the hotel as having parking available. We arrived to be told that there was limited parking and that a parking elevator could not accommodate most SUVs. Our rental car did not fit and there was no way to reserve one of the very few ground floor spaces. Some advance warning would have been helpful as we could have rented a different car. The staff did not mention the abundant street parking that is available around the hotel but my cousin pointed out that on nearby streets between 8pm and 9am we could park for free.
