Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht. Durch Online Check-in hatten wir nach 2 Minuten die Schlüsselkarten und mussten nur noch did Beherbungssteuer der Stadt Hannover bezahlen, zum Glück deutlich weniger als bei Hotels.com angegeben. Fussläufig gibts verschiedene Restaurants und einen Lidl. Das Hotelrestaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Hotelkomplex ist etwas unübersichtlich aber die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und gepflegt mit Blick ins Grüne. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel.

Der Teppich war fleckig, sonst aber sauber. Die Sauna für so ein großes Hotel, mit 5 liegen zu klein. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit genügend Parkplätzen. 1 Kissen finde ich grundsätzlich zu wenig da man meist vom Bett aus auf den TV schaut. Ich konnte aber ein weiteres an der Rezeption auf Anfrage bekommen.

We stayed in a "Suite". The room keeps all the promises from the search engine description. It is spacious, clean and modern with a large TV and a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. There is a separate bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and modern too. The restaurant is nice and comfy and the breakfast super and plentiful. Parking is free and just outside the hotel. The area and the hotel makes for an easy stop, when you’re traveling on the German Autobahn. This hotel is truly pet friendly, we travel with two and felt welcomed. Pet fee is €10 per night per pet. All of the above made for a really pleasant stay and a good experience. One thing on our wish list, it would have been nice with an electric kettle.

Es ist eine Frechheit, für so ein runter gerocktes Hotel fasst 100 Euro die Nacht zu nehmen. Das Frühstück ist auf das minimalste reduziert. Im Restaurant sitzt man im Flur. Die Sauna ist arg klein. Der Parkplatz überfüllt. Für ein Monteurs Hotel ausreichend. mehr aber auch nicht.

Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Personal des Restaurants und Frühstück waren akzeptabel mit viel Luft nach oben. Gute Kommunikation und Service sieht anders aus. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal. Teppichboden und Türrahmen haben ihre Zeit langsam hinter sich. Ersatzkissen für seeehr flache Kissen wäre von Vorteil. Bad müsste noch etwas genauer gepflegt werden

Gut erreichbare Unterkunft, sowohl mit Bus und Bahn als auch mit dem Auto! MHH in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Innenstadt mit der Bahn etwa 20 Minuten. Zimmer sind solide ausgestattet und sauber.

Dejligt hotel med super fine og lydisolerede værelser. Sengene er dog meget hårde, så hvis man er vant til fx en blød topmadras, får man ikke en god nats søvn her.

Super netter Empfang, sehr gut auf meine Gruppe vorbereitet. Nette Anlage, auch draußen schön. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt bekamen wir ein upgrade - das war super nett und mein Wunsch nach Nähe zum Zimmer des Enkels wurde erfüllt. Einzig - die Freundlichkeit im Restaurant/Frühstücksbereich lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Da wurde mein (noch halbvoller) Teller schon abgeräumt, als ich nur einen Saft holen ging. Und ein freundliches Guten morgen wäre dort auch schön. Dafür an der Rezeption wirklich freundlich und kompetentes Personal. Sollte ich mit dem Auto nach Hannover kommen, dann immer wieder hierhin.

Veldig hyggelig personale i resepsjonen som var gode i engelsk. Rommene var rene og fine, gode senger. Minus at det ikke var aircondition. Vi skulle videre, så vi ønsket p spise så tidlig som mulig. Vi fikk info om at frokosten startet kl.06.00. Vi møtte opp kø 06.15 til frokost. Ingen var til stede i restauranten, men alt så klart ut, så vi forsynte oss med mat. Den var veldig god. Personalet kom etterhvert inn. En mann kjeftet og skrek til oss på tysk. Etterhvert kom det også en dame in som kjefte på oss. Vi ble kastet ut og måtte spise ferdig ute. Episoden var ubehagelig og personalet fremstod som lite fleksible, frekke og ufine. Vi forsøkte å forklare at vi sikkert hadde misforstått tidspunktet, men personalet ønsket ikke å lytte. Dette var er stort minus for oss.

Vi fikk info om at frokosten startet kl.06.00. Vi møtte opp kø 06.15 til frokost. Ingen var til stede i restauranten, men alt så klart ut, så vi forsynte oss med mat. Den var veldig god. Personalet kom etterhvert inn. En mann kjeftet og skrek til oss på tysk. Etterhvert kom det også en dame in som kjefte på oss. Vi ble kastet ut og måtte spise ferdig ute. Episoden var ubehagelig og personalet fremstod som lite fleksible, frekke og ufine. Vi forsøkte å forklare at vi sikkert hadde misforstått tidspunktet, men personalet ønsket ikke å lytte. Dette var er stort minus for oss.

Meget dårlig service personale var sure og ikke en eneste kun smile. Og vi blev nærmest bedt om at gå fra morgen bufet efter 15 min da de sagde der var mange på hotellet og det synes jeg er meget dårligt at man ikk la nå at spise og drikke kaffen færdig gør de står og rydder bordet Og baren lukker kl 23 er meget tidligt når man først er hjemme på hotellet ved 22 tiden. Så skuffet over service hele vejen igennem og til prisen så jeg kommer ikk tilbage dertil igen😞

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht. Durch Online Check-in hatten wir nach 2 Minuten die Schlüsselkarten und mussten nur noch did Beherbungssteuer der Stadt Hannover bezahlen, zum Glück deutlich weniger als bei Hotels.com angegeben. Fussläufig gibts verschiedene Restaurants und einen Lidl. Das Hotelrestaurant haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Hotelkomplex ist etwas unübersichtlich aber die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und gepflegt mit Blick ins Grüne. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel.

We stayed in a "Suite". The room keeps all the promises from the search engine description. It is spacious, clean and modern with a large TV and a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. There is a separate bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and modern too. The restaurant is nice and comfy and the breakfast super and plentiful. Parking is free and just outside the hotel. The area and the hotel makes for an easy stop, when you’re traveling on the German Autobahn. This hotel is truly pet friendly, we travel with two and felt welcomed. Pet fee is €10 per night per pet. All of the above made for a really pleasant stay and a good experience. One thing on our wish list, it would have been nice with an electric kettle.

Gut erreichbare Unterkunft, sowohl mit Bus und Bahn als auch mit dem Auto! MHH in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Innenstadt mit der Bahn etwa 20 Minuten. Zimmer sind solide ausgestattet und sauber.

Lite långt att gå ifrån parkeringen på gatan till boendet. Man hann liksom bli genomblöt i regnet. Väl inne så var rummet ok, men inte mer än så. Frukosten har jag sett bättre på flera ställen, där blev det minus. Trevlig personal både i incheckning samt vid utcheckning. Frukostpersonalen som hanterade oss hade verkligen behövt en charmkurs…

Nicht gerade preiswert. Aber immerhin war eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer und Seife/Duschgel waren vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Ich war nur eine Nacht dort und war zufrieden.

På genomresa, perfekt ställe att övernatta på. Hotellets burgare på kvällen perfekt att få i magen. Fyllde på dagen efter med en fantastiskt frukostbuffé. Trevlig personal så det här boendet rekommenderar jag.

Es ist eine Frechheit, für so ein runter gerocktes Hotel fasst 100 Euro die Nacht zu nehmen. Das Frühstück ist auf das minimalste reduziert. Im Restaurant sitzt man im Flur. Die Sauna ist arg klein. Der Parkplatz überfüllt. Für ein Monteurs Hotel ausreichend. mehr aber auch nicht.

Zimmer waren sauber, aber Teppich usw abgewohnt. Insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Preisleistungsverhätnis stehen Kosten und Leistungen nicht im Verhältnis.

Was expecting better with the brand from Sheraton. The hotel is locktest far away from anyrhing but a Lidl-shop. Small Room wirhout Sitcom and no fridge. I also Heras my neighbours activities and diskussions. A mediocre breakfast buffet with the same stuff every mormor for 5 days. Lot of corridors and bridges made it difficult to find the room and the breakfast room. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay- business trip. Really disappointed overall, but the reason for the review is the terrible service around breakfast. At check in, we confirmed that we wanted breakfast in the morning. At breakfast, we were told we hadn’t booked it- no problem, we will just pay! Only to then be treated like thieves for the rest of our breakfast and having the staff talk about us in German (one person in our group spoke German, even though we were speaking English). After paying for breakfast, I complained at reception and barely got an apology. Rooms were average- no coffee stations etc. overall, just a disappointing experience.
