Very good hotel. Nice rooms in a good location with nice bay and park views. They have a very nice rooftop bar and restaurants but it is practically not available to hotel guests. Hotel guests do not have any priority to get it and it is mostly used by locals who are not hotel guest. Very disappointing because we booked this hotel hoping to enjoy the rooftop. We complained to management and eventually they gave us access to the rooftop only one night. They need to find a way to give priority to hotel guests to use the rooftop facilities.

This hotel is dead in the centre of the bustling Causeway Bay area. Extremely walkable with massive shopping opportunities and many restaurants nearby. As this hotel was built 50 years ago, their rooms are quite spacious but there is no swimming pool. However, there is a roof-top bar/restaurant which offers a spectacular view of Hong Kong.

i changed my reservation to higher levels for renovated room when check-in, bc the staff’s recommendation. it’s bigger, brighter and the layout is great too! also don’t forget the rooftop bar with the magnificent skyline of HK. this hotel is located in the center of Causeway Bay. super convenient.

Our stay at the Park Lane Hotel HK from April 9 to 13 exceeded all expectations. The level of service was exceptional, especially from Florence Li at the front desk, who ensured the check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. The room was nice and clean, nothing triggered my allergies. There was a tap for filtered drinking water which I liked. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The only issue I had which is still a big issue were the beds. They were not sunken, tilted to one side, or broken anymore but still extremely uncomfortable, like lying on a slab of rock. The pillows were of no help either, also uncomfortable. Woke up with back and neck pain. If the beds could be improved, this hotel would instantly be 5 stars for me but until then it's just 3 stars.

The room is small as not expected. View is good. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful in upgrading our rooms. Unfortunately, we got free upgrade only on one room only. We booked 2 rooms. The reason for upgrade is original rooms booked are old and outdated in decor. Not exactly as the same as shown in pictures in Expedia.ca.Air ventilation is not good that my daughter has skin irritation due to poor air ventilation. Not happy with it.

Amenities were fine, nice location, but all four experiences with the reception staff were off-putting. Fairly hard upsell at check-in to get a more expensive room (when I already paid for a better room). Had a question about the reservation, both people I spoke with were condescending. Tried to check out 7:45 AM on a Friday morning, there was one person working the check-out desk and six people in line waiting to check out - on a business morning.

Was asked to pay extra to upgrade our room so ended up paying extra. Customer service seems to hv dropped significantly since Dec last yr (we stayed there during our Xmas holiday to Hk too). Staff not as welcoming; smiles wild b nice, they seem to look like they didn’t want to be there. We got a room on the 8th floor considering we had paid a substantial amount. For what we ended up being charged we could hv stayed at Rosewood or something! The room itself was average, its old n worn. The bathroom sink had a chip. The toilets were old looking. This is like hell compared to the heaven on the higher level on which we stayed last time in Dec. What gets me most is the bed, we got bitten every night by dust mites/fleas. Had to put on anti itch every day! The floors were sticky too from day one. The female manager/supervisor of the housekeeping was very unprofessional too. She told off the poor housekeeping lady right in front of hotel guests. If she was to lecture, do it behind closed doors n not in front of hotel guests. The manager/supervisor was also very rude to us demanding us to swipe our room card to proof identity before letting us into our room. I mean it’s fine we understand it’s for security purposes but in future please ask in a nice n professional tone/manner. We r guests not crooks! We had chosen to stay at this hotel for our wedding anniversary due to past positive experiences. But this stay overall was the worse stay this time! Very disappointed.

Service was generally very good, breakfasts very comprehensive and rooms good too. Small improvements could be made to a faster check-in; the toilet seat was very hard, poorly fitted and very narrow. There was no 3rd bed in our room. The egg chef on the first day cooked my poached eggs to hard boiled and was not very friendly. We could not get peppermint tea on a number of occasions despite requesting them.

The location of this property is very convenience. There is a Victoria Park across the street, and a shopping mall with various restaurants across the street as well. A MRT subway station a block away, and a supermarket is within the block. In addition, it is very close to the tram, buses, and minibus. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, and their buffet restaurant offers a wide varieties of intentional dishes during breakfast hours (we only tried their breakfast buffet). Room are spacious and clean as well. House keeping services are offered daily.

I liked the l9cation of this hotel. Other rhan that i didnt like anything. Its super expensive for room rate, food & breakfast. Plus the room was very basic for the price I paid. There was no basic bar menu, no toiletories given (only gave soap & shampoo thats all), all under name of Eco friendly hotel. Shower cap, tooth beush was available on demand. There was no comb, body lotion, cotton buds etc nothing. No snacks or drinks in the fridge, i felt like i came to a budget hotel. In room dining menu was super expensive- $60 for a salad!!?? Saving grace was the location - starbucks, 7/11, restaurants around. But yeah for hotel price, the whole experience was very average. Will not stay there again

The facility seems to be partially renovated in certain room/ floors. Given we did not book directly with Marriott we were assigned a room that had not been renovated. It was ok, but dated. For the price we paid per night we were disappointed not getting the newer room we expected , with a harbour city view; just a dated room with a view of the parking garage and large old office bldg . The hotel is convenient to the MTR and shopping , restaurants however.
