We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great. The location was excellent. The courtesy airport shuttle was super convenient. But the room design and condition left much to be desired for a hotel of this calibre. It was dated, had a terrible washroom area layout, and smelled moldy.

We had a one night stay en route from Australia to England. The hotel is very clean and modern and our room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well set out. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our breakfast was great, with many choices at the buffet and the hotel shuttle bus was very convenient. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

The hotel is 20 years old but feels much older - there is a slight damp smell but they implemented air purifiers in each room. They have 2 types of rooms - one with a traditional bathroom and one with 'open bathroom' with glass walls. We are travelling with children but was given a an 'open bathroom' - not very considerate. The shower also ran out of shower gel, and we had to call housekeeping to have it topped up - not attentive service. The breakfast buffet is okay but the selection is limited - 2 types of pastries, bacon and sausage, some salad, congee, 2 types of dim sum etc. They could do with a wider menu. the coffee machines are old and keep running out of either coffee beans or milk (this was literally what the staff said to her colleague). There was a blunder as well - the front-of-house waved us in to the restaurant and asked us to take any empty table, but as it turned out one of those had been assigned to another family - he should have assigned us to a specific table instead. Slight embarrassment, quickly resolved between us and that family, but not a great start to the day. However the gym and the swimming pools are great - well maintained, airy, wide selection of apparatus. The locaction could not be faulted - 3 minutes' walk from the MTR station through air-conditioned shopping centre. Lots of outlets shops and restaurants, a large supermarket.
