Staff was really friendly. We stayed dor two weeks and they even told us there is a self service laundry room on their 20th floor which makes our stay even better. I will definitely go back and stay on my next trip to Hong Kong.

旺角の駅・バスの走るネイザンロードから、至近ではないが歩ける距離。至近ではないからごちゃごちゃしすぎなくて良い。バスタブの部屋に初めて泊まった。度々泊まっていたが価格が上がったのでご無沙汰していたけど、やはり便利。帰りの荷物が重くなったが、フロントに秤があるので確認できた。（他のホテルにもあるのかもだが初めて利用）香港の法律の影響を受けてだと思うが置いてある歯ブラシがたぶん木製、自分で持っていくのが無難

Good location.Near night markets, bus and MTR stations. Central location. On the not so good side. Rooms are small and we had to keep luggage closed. Hotel information about it's facilities are non existent. Staff are friendly.

Nice clean room. Complimentary slippers, toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton swabs. There is a complimentary breakfast buffet on the M floor. Nice spread of continental breakfast items such as yogurt, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, tea. There's also rotating buffet style items like congee, oatmeal, eggs, hash browns, sausage, ham, sweet potatoes, baos, noodles, veggies, salads, fruit, and white rice. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room we booked was Urban. I don't recommand this room type for long stay. The shower is ridiculously small, you literally need to squeeze yourself in and out of the shower. If you are a coffee drinker, you will be horrified to find that the 2 cups provided were not coffee mug size, more like a tea cup. I needed to make 3 times to compensate. Not even long life milk. Lastly the hairdrer has a specfific plug hole that only fit their own hairdryer. I bought an international plug but needed to plug into the socket on the wall where you made tea/coffee. If you choose this room, don't expect too much. Somtimes the lift can take a bit longer as the non smoking rooms are level 10 and above. Clearly make the smoking guests more convenience

Staff were nice, room was clean, bathroom felt fresh and nice each day. Interior is a little dated but didn't effect the stay. It was very cold in the room, as temperatures outside were around 12 degrees Celsius but the temperature control even when on maximum heat still had cold air blowing out from the vent. Reception provided an electric heater

Our 16th floor window didn’t seal properly so it was a bit noisy with Metro trains passing by every couple of minutes. Room was small but had everything we needed.

Very nice staff. One suggestion for improvement though: The "smart" TV is actually not quite smart. It cannot access YouTube directly. Even the older technology of "casting your own device to the TV" is not supported. It only has an option of connecting your device to the TV using the USB socket, but it does not work with modern phones or tablets. Smart TVs are very cheap these days. Upgrading every room with a modern smart TV will not cost much, but the stay will be much more enjoyable.

Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable with decent room size. However, front desk staffs weren’t very friendly and welcome. No greeting at all when we saw each other on hallway. No smile with cool looking on their face, well, probably that’s the HK culture and how they usually treat the guest and tourists.

The hotel is located near ladies market and within walking of MTR transportation. Small restaurants located nearby to get a bit to eat. The staff spoke English and helped explain to the taxi driver where we wanted to go.

Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us with enough space to fit our luggage I definitely will be back again when I come to Hong Kong again and strongly recommend to all my friends because of excellent service of Mr Simon and the hotel facility looks clean and the air condition is really strong for the hot weather I will give them 10 point

Generally good hotel, and the breakfast is good. Surroundings are a bit noisy but various restraunts are around the hotel. From the hotel, it takes about 10 min walk to the subway station, but it is difficult to reach the station.

We have stayed in this Mong Kok hotel a few times over the years. It is convenient stop over for us for a few days, shopping, dining, close to the MTR and reasonably priced. However, the room (twin room) is small but functional and the breakfast is a simple buffet and same basic menu every day but sufficient. Lots of eateries and cafes and restaurants around though. Staff very helpful and friendly and everyone in the front desk speaks English.

Good location, right in the middle of Mongkok shopping area. Lots of food within walking distance. New, clean and comfortable hotel room. Efficient front desk staff with good service, and very helpful room service staff too. Would recommend this hotel. However the B1 restaurant is not good. Food not nice, and service staff too busy to take care of us, almost no service.

Stayed in HK for five nights during 2 month travels. Lovely room - excellent bed, very quiet, blackout curtains, excellent aircon. Great bathroom with good quality shampoo, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush. Fridge in room. Only downside is not much hanging space but it was enough for us. The breakfast wasn't great but I'm a bit fussy and vegetarian. There is a place called More Yoghurt a few doors down that sell amazing shakes and yoghurt cups with fresh fruit if you prefer a change some mornings. There was a musty smell in the breakfast room but it was bearable. Very close to Nathan Road - restaurants, shopping, transport. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean hotel with excellent transport links to explore HK.
