Property was very crowded and lifts always full/ slow

Great breakfast, air-conditioning did not work.

建物は古いですが、メンテナンスがしっかりできていて、快適に過ごすことができました。 シャワーやトイレの不具合がないことはもちろん、共用部も清潔に保たれていました。 空港バスのアクセス、地下鉄へのアクセスも便利です。香港の中では、都会の雰囲気よりは、少しローカルな雰囲気の立地なので、その点が気にならない人には、とてもよいホテルだと思います。

Noisy, need more lifts

Staff are nice and helpful. The only thing I don’t like is I need to walk up to the13 th floor.

全体的にそこまで気になるところはありませんでしたが、13階な部屋に宿泊で12階からは階段しかなかった為、エレベーターで直通できなかったところが少し大変でした。笑　 キャリーを自分で持ちながら運びました。 駅からも近くてよかったです。

Got upgraded. all amenities clean and tidy. Lobby were packed with people.

Very noisy, walls are paper thin and hear people slamming doors and talking loud all night. Constant smell of cigarette smoke and slow elevators. Better off staying elsewhere.

宿泊施設はとても綺麗で立地もよく、空港からのアクセスもよくて、この施設の周りだけでも観光楽しかったし、よかった、 客室も綺麗で．スタッフさんも優しく、快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Very dirty the carpet

The rooms I had were spotless, everything looked new, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was incredible

The bathroom was very stinky with lots of mildew stains everywhere. The bedsheets were old and yellow. All I could think about being glad my stay was only 2 nights.

Housekeeping very friendly and they clean your room and supplied with complimentary items. However, I believe there are bugs in the carpet because my daughter and I got bit multipne times.

Shower room was not cleaned tidy. I found a couple of long hair.

Disappointed for this time if compare years ago which i frequently stays when inam in HK. I believe this Hotel can do better Smoking smell is strong

Room needs a refresh, carpets in the hallway and room have seen better days, fridge while working are old and cannot fit any kind of bottle be it water or a variety of flavored drinks and space to put anything is limited. Staff are professional and courteous with english speaking personnel on staff.

Overall experience was a bit above average. WiFi was very slow during evening peak hours. Cleaning this is acceptable layout of one of the beds facing the door is weird and not comfortable.

The room a little small

Shower temperature difficult to adjust. Bed is comfortable and clean.

The only concern is the WiFi connection is not effective.

The room is a bit old and it's time to renovate

Everything was great for the price. Easy to reach and friendly service. Storing my luggage before and after checkout was also possible. The only thing that annoyed me was the wifi, which was not really working in the room.

Excellent location, steps from all transit options and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and a generous size. No street noise. Friendly staff, dinner buffet was great. Lobby coffee shop was perfect for morning coffee and staffed by a lovely lady. For the price point an excellent place to stay! Would definitely book again.

部屋は香港にしては広く、そして大変綺麗だった。 エレベーターから近い部屋だったからか　少しうるさかった。近くの部屋の扉の開閉音もうるさいのが気になったが、全体的には清潔で快適な滞在だった。 また、寝に帰るだけなので、連泊中　清掃を頼まなかったが、清掃のスタッフの方が「バスタオルは大丈夫か？ゴミ箱のゴミだけ捨てようか？コーヒー補充しようか？」と身振り手振りで一生懸命伝えてくれた。ありがたい。

早朝にホテルに着いたので、荷物を預かっていただきました。その際、ホテルの名刺を渡していただき、親切だと思いました。 ホテルから最寄りの駅の太子駅は歩いてすぐですし、空港からA21のバスで6番目のバス停がホテル前なので立地がいいです！ お部屋も基本的に綺麗ですが、バスマットを広げたら、どなたかのつけまつげが絡まっていましたΣ（ﾟдﾟlll）

I was so pleased I chose Metropark Hotel Mongkok. I had read mixed reviews but decided to trust my gut instincts. I'm glad I did because this hotel is excellent. The check-in was fast and smooth, I was given the key cards to our room within 5 minutes. They even upgraded us to a superior twin room, and just as I had requested when I made the booking, on a higher floor. My likes: 1. Smooth and fast check-in 2. Friendly and efficient staff 3. Our room seems to be newly refurbished 4. Reasonably-sized room. I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong. As a TV presenter with my own travel show, Hong Kong Tourism Board has put me up in really swanky 5-star hotels in Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. Metropark Hotel Mongkok didn't disappoint. 5. Very convenient location. A Hong Kong Tourism staff at Chek Lap Kok recommended we take the bus because it stops right in front of Metropark Mongkok. How very convenient is that! 6. Location - next to Prince Edward MTR station and only one stop to Ladies Market. Nathan Road is just around the corner. 7. Room amenities up to standard. Comfortable beds. I requested, and was given, a twin-bedded room. Good sized bathroom with a large glassed-in shower cubicle. Balmain shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. And nice plush towels. What more can you ask for? Dislike: Absolutely none I intend to stay at the Metropark Hotel Mongkok, again, on my next visit. I think I've found my go-to favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

when I checked in with a free upgrade to a nicer room and overall experience are very good, compared few years before stay in this hotel , check in counter staff are friendly and feel welcome me to stay at this time, especially after a long flight after arrived in Hong Kong , very good customer experience at this time.

Great location！ It is right off the _Taishi subway station, exit C2, and easy to get around. The hotel restaurant [Haigang Restaurant ] was recommended by a friend who lives in the area as delicious. We were not able to get a reservation, so you may need to book early.

空港からのバスがホテルの目の前に着くので大変便利です。ショッピングモールやレストランは近隣にあり、地下鉄を使えばどこにでも行ける便利な場所です。

Easy access to Nathan Road and vincinity.

Room is clean but the bed is not comfortable as one side was sunken due to wear and tear. However the hotel location is good. Public bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel.

Convenient,airport bus A21 stops right in front of hotel.Prince Edward MRT station walkable 5minutes . Walking distance to Nathan road. Welcome supermarket across the road walking 5minutes.

割安だし交通アクセスの便も良いです。香港国際空港から発着のバスもホテルの目の前で停留してくれるので便利でした！

Great location, and great restaurant on 2nd floor. Easy to get to subway as well. Room was fine and great bathroom space. Overall great experience

Everything from the staff to the service and buffet were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was incredible, and everyone was so polite and helpful. On several occassions, the front desk helped with my ipad and navigating the MTR and buslines. The coffee was beyond belief, and I felt more at home at Metro Park than anywhere else in the world

Good location nice staff and good breakfast and lunch prices is fair I will recommend coming next time

Restaurant service: dinner is good . One big drawback is no toilet availability before you get your room ! You have to walk to a Mcdonald about 7 minutes away to find one if and even though you have early check-in but rooms not yet ready !
