Our third time at this property and we chose for the location. The reception is as busy as I remember but hardly any seating and empty space which could easily take on more seats. No cushions on outside furniture by pool. Check in was easy and assistance with bag storage was easy.

Sometimes busy and noisy hotel. Great breakfast bar and awesome pool and sauna. Multiple occasions guests smoke in their room, hotel cannot get the unruly guests obey the no smoking rule. Easy walk to the metro. Multiple great restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious. They use eco-friendly utensils and toiletries. They empty the trash daily. There were some fruits and a note card which add to the welcoming atmosphere. It has good amenities like gym, spa, and swimming pool although the pool was closed for winter season. The buffet breakfast has good Chinese and International selections. The location of the hotel is convenient because it’s close to the bus stop. Also there are shops like 7-11, restaurants, etc that make staying there very convenient. Thumbs up!

スタッフがとても親切。尖沙咀への無料シャトルバスが快適で便利でありがたい。グランドフロアのコンビニ(セブンイレブン)と地下のイオンで必要な物は大体揃う。イオンでお惣菜を買ったら無料で割り箸をもらえた！階下のパンダプレイスにはスタバやケンタッキー、丸亀製麺等の行き慣れたお店の他、奇華餅家やSASA等の有名なご当地ショップがあって、どこにも出かけなくても食事や買い物に困る事はなさそう。ホテルから少し歩けば、下町感のある街並みも見られるし、公園もあるし、ローカルなお粥のお店や、庶民派スーパーマーケットでお土産選びも楽しい。何より、ホテルの前のパン屋さんが安くて美味しくて最高！困った事は、ロビー階とグランドフロアを結ぶエレベーターが大体いつも混んでいて、なかなか乗れなかったりする事ぐらいかな。

There are many dining options near the hotel, either in the mall below it or surrounding the hotel itself. What we did not appreciate was discovering that some rooms are not as well maintained as the others. Our third room on the 29th floor was the best as it looked almost newly renovated. The first two rooms were average at most. The hotel is walking distance to 2 MTR stations on the red line (Tsuen Wan line), and it’s a straight train down towards more central locations like Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. There is also a hospital located nearby. The walk is not the most straightforward, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service for hotel guests to Mongkok and TST, so that was a nice option that we used almost daily to save us travel time and paying for public transport. Not my first choice for accommodation, but if you do not mind traveling to the central areas daily, then it might be worth considering.

The rooms and hallways did not meet the standards suggested by the photos. While the hotel has an attractive lobby, the quality did not carry through to the guestrooms. The rooms were fine a little tired. However, the bathroom was grim. Mouldy, poorly patched up repairs and needed renovating. There was a constant smell of damp and mould in the bathroom and the rooms even with two purifiers in there. The purifiers didn’t seem to do enough but made a constant noise which was louder than the a/c. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. It is no fault of their own that they work in a hotel that needs an overhaul.

Very dated place. Have to run dehumidifier constantly. Strong damp smells in the hallways. Bathtub was cracked. Mould under rubber bath mat that was provided (before we even used it). But they did with what they could. Outside of the bathroom it was decent enough for the price. Size of rooms were very good. Could open up both suitcases on the floor comfortably. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Good location. Airport bus stop is just a few steps away. Shopping and eating are easy. The only shortfall is the room is not as clean as it should be. Apply new caulking around the bathtub and the sink might help to reduce the disgusting appearance of mildew.

Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff was unhelpful and rude, particularly Kitty from reservations. She showed no professionalism or willingness to assist. Due to severe weather, both my United Airlines flight and train were canceled, and I submitted full documentation. Despite this, Kitty refused to make any exceptions or even offer partial assistance, citing the nonrefundable policy with no empathy for the circumstances. I understand policies, but when genuine emergencies happen, hotels that value their guests show some flexibility. Unfortunately, this property chose not to. I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

Very disappointment for our stay for this so called 4-star hotel. I would rate it 2-star at most. The late night receptionist was very rude. I was asking about potential room upgrade and he got impatient & impolite. Date time receptionists are a bit friendly. The hotel was old, dated and not clean. Some wall paper of hotel room hallway was peeled off. The room is not clean. Found hair on comforter. Bathroom wall old & dirty with dark spots. Water drain was rusty. The flush button of Toilet water sink was old & peeled. No power outlet for hair dryer in bathroom. AC was loud and no AC. Adjusted AC temperature to 14 celsius, no cold air but loud fan only. Requested to change room next day, new room is a bit better, AC worked but very loud, the room was dated. I would recommend to avoid this place if possible.

Originally I was booked for 6 nights of stay, unfortunately we had to change the flight due to the typhoon problems that the hotel extended two more nights for the same room for us without any question. The shops and public transportation around the hotel are very convenient. Such as MTR station, coach to Macau or China as well as shopping malls. The staff services are excellent and polite. I definitely will book them again on my next visit.

荃湾にあるということで繁華街との距離を気にしていたのですが、このホテルの周りに色々とあって楽しめました。尖沙咀などにもホテルからシャトルバスが定期運行していて、移動は全く困りません。ホテル自体は多少年季は感じるものの、快適に過ごせました。朝食は美味しいですが、あまりメニューが変わらないため連泊だと飽きるかもしれません。4日はちょっとつらかったです。

お風呂のシャワーが固定だったのとカランが壊れていてお風呂にお湯を溜めようとするとシャワーも一緒に出てきてしまうというお粗末さはありました。ベッドサイドにUSB充電のできるところもあったのでモバイル的には便利でしたが、ヘアセットする為のコンセントが洗面台にないので、間接照明のコンセントを抜いてちょっと暗くなった部屋の鏡の前でヘアアイロンなどを使わないといけなかったのが少し不便でした。冷蔵庫も小さくて500mlのペットボトルを寝かせて冷やす感じで、冷蔵庫を収納している棚のドアを開けておかないと棚の中に熱がこもって冷えません。 …と色々不便な点はありましたが、同じ建物の地下にはAEONもあるし、1階にはセブンイレブン、スタバもありました。歩いて1分くらいの所には安くて美味しいパン屋さんもあるので朝ごはんはリーズナブルに済ませる事が出来ました。バス停はホテルの目の前だし、駅も歩いて10分くらいと交通の便はとっても良かったです。我が家はホテルでのんびり過ごすと言うよりは、本当に寝るだけに使う感じなのでお値段がリーズナブルなのと、交通の便とお買い物が便利だったので使いやすかったと思います。

The hotel was very busy, it seems like a tour group hotel for families going to HK Disneyland. Lobby on 3rd floor, lots of good food restaurants in Lobby, 2nd and 1sr floor, groceries store in Basement…..Nice restaurant on 30th floor with a view.
