I choose hotels for their pool size. Apart from Taj's pool to be super big and thus perfect, the rest of the hotel is also excellent. Didn't have breakfast so can't say anything about that. Staff is very good.

The stay and hospitality was exceptional If at all the only drawback was the swimming pool.it needs maintenance as the tiles are coming off the pool floor. Nonetheless the pool area per say is really very relaxing especially the heated jacuzzi my son absolutely loved it Spl mention : Ms Megha and Mr Sourav were really very warm and friendly

Stayed at Taj Krishna as a wedding was taking place in the hotel. Staff are friendly and assist you where possible. Special mention to the restaurant staff at the hotel as they looked after us during the stay. Only minor thing was that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we had to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel, Taj Deccan. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to stay at the hotel.

We have stayed at the Taj several times now over the last 14 years. It is still a great place to stay with great service and facilities. Breakfast spread had many tasty options and pool/steam room are always worth a visit. Service from checkin to checkout is efficient, courteous and helpful. Concierge service for local transport booking also helpful. Plan to visit again many times. Would be good if they would offer a good discount to returning guests. Am member of Taj Inner Circle and Taj Neupass but better rates can be found on Expedia.

Great hotel situated in the heart of the city, with friendly and courteous staff. There were several cuisine options and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel also had several other onsite amenities like swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym, garden etc. The only downside was that there are no rooms that sleep more than 3 people. They helped us around it by providing a roll out bed. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Taj Krishna to others.

If this hotel is 5* I dont want to know what 3* or 4* hotels are in India. Old property, we had terrible room with old furnitures, old bathroom. Bathtub was so dirty that it felt disgusting to use it. Hairdryer not working, iron not working. Room was very dusty. There was a terrible smell at our floor and poor ventilation at the restaurant which served breakfast. Every time i left restaurant clothes smelled with food. Very limited options for breakfast if you don’t enjoy Indian food.

I stayed for four nights in the hotel. Hotel location was very convenient. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Air conditioning of my room was not cooling enough, however, Mr. Mirnal provided me a pedastal fan which rectified my issue of cooling up to some extent. Room cleaning service guys were excellent. Restaurant swervice was good, Dominic. Pathak and Sushant was very helpul and provided good services at the restaurant. There were several flies in the dining area of the restaurant which looks dirty and unhygenic conditions. At my floor, I passed thru the hallways, I always felt smell of cigarette smoke which was disgusting and unhealthy. It is supposed to be a non smoking zone. Towels were not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Mirnal is a excellent guy and very courteous.

The carpets inside the room and in the corridor were dirty, stained. There was drilling work going on in the 4th floor we were staying. The corridors had some unidentified odour some times of the day. The mattress was stained too but was covered up with protector and bedsheets. Staff did the best they could do with the old property they were handed over. It is overpriced for the current condition.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, Taj eben, auch wenn ich wegen der Anreise nach Mitternacht und der Abreise am gleichen Tag nur das Zimmer nutzen konnte. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig und die Dame im Nachbarzimmer, die schon frühmorgens begann stundenlang zu telefonieren war optimal zu hören und hat mich um den Schlaf gebracht. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

Few staff had very bad attitude towards us. Second thing missing lot of communication for any service requests to lobby or front desk I had to call them twice or thrice. They won’t listen calls I made completely, before I could conclude they would hang phone on me. I have one more stay coming up with taj group hotels, I am not confident to take my family there. Also breakfast section servers are very hesitant to work and ignore guests calling them for ordering dosas. I hope those are simple fixes you can offer guests that I would gladly appreciate as a guest to have.

Staff were excellent! MEGHA MONDAL at the reception, was especially superb and highly professional in helping me with all my several check-ins/check-outs. She was really outstanding and highly helpful with various late check-ins during my local travels. I found her exceptional and easy to communicate and glad that Taj Krishna has such superb staff with warm professional skills. On my second business trip to India, I stayed at this hotel for the first time. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helped me use the service comfortably. I had a very special experience at this hotel. I was busy with my last schedule and left my passport on the plane, and I experienced an amazing service in which the hotel contacted the airline to retrieve the passport directly and deliver it to the hotel. Our stay was wonderful. My wife and I would like to extend our special thanks to Rakshit at the front desk for making us welcome to Taj , Hyderabad. Rakshit went beyond his job description to help us checkin early and offered to help with our luggage as we travelled briefly out of Hyderabad. The breakfast bar was excellent and we enjoyed the fresh fruits, and savory Indian items such as masala dosa. We would like to thank Prakash at the breakfast place for making us feel at home.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. Special thanks to all the staff in the restaurant Encounters especially Dominic. Only problem was no one picks up phones whether we are calling butler service or emergency. This was there throughout our trip. Please address this. Even when I was calling from Delhi to book our rooms noone was picking up the calls.

All were great except the staff at the entrance didn’t greet when we came but were enthusiastic when they figured we are leaving And opened the car door for tips. That’s a bit pretentious. If they have greeted with same enthusiasm when we arrived and showed same courteous behavior, we would happy tip them. Showing courtesy just to receive tips is not expected from Taj franchise.

I like the courteous service provided. Staff is very polite and helpful. One of the manager on duty March 10th, 2024 was rude and impolite , didnt care for what I had to say. He completely ignored me. But for that one individual rude person I cannot discredit the rest of the staff who go out of their way to provide services that are needed. I liked my stay at Taj Krishna, Banjara Hills. Location is very convenient for shopping etc. Very close to High Tech City. Would love to stay again

Experienced the best hospitality. Staff goes way and beyond to help. The check in was fast and welcoming. Loved the welcome drink. The restaurants at Taj were very good specially Firdous. The manager Mr. Kenneth Reddy was very curious towards the kids and my elderly parents. Breakfast Buffet- Excellent. They were considerate to even pack the food for kids as they could not manage to finish. The room amenities were thoughtful. Only disappointment- The pool was under renovation so could not use.

Wife and I stayed Taj Krishna for 7 days in April 2024. We believe that it was the staff that made our stay extra special and memorable. We had our breakfast and dinner in the Encounters Restaurant and our interaction with the staff made the stay memorable. Supervisors Prakash, Ravi, and Dominic, and their service staff Amul, Angad, Frahad Pathak, Janvi, Manish, all were very attentive to our needs and very courteous. We would highly recommend 'Mud Fish' curry dish prepared by chef Bala and his kitchen staff. We will stay again at Taj Krishna on our next visit to Hyderabad.

Overall Stay was good but while checking in, Lady at Reception who was helping me check in was trying her best to upgrade and charge additional charges. Though I was at hotel post 2.00 pm, she said room wasn’t ready. Hence, take higher grade room and pay. When I insisted that I wouldn’t pay, then she gave Club Room without charge. I can big departure from earlier to now customer service.
