We really enjoyed this hotel. Close to the train, close to Migros, clean rooms and very helpful up front with discount passes for the area etc. They have a community room with fridge and coffee. It was nice to eat in the community room and watch the local school kids play at the school next-door, see the mom's out by the park close by and get a feel for the community and area. Really great location and breakfast was decent here too!

Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Unser Superior- Zimmer mit Balkon und Sitzecke war hell und gemütlich. Bequeme Betten. Genügend Steckdosen. Es gab auch eine Sonnenterasse und eine Lounge, wo man eigene Getränke und Essen in einen Kühlschrank stellen konnte. Kaffee und Tee wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück- Buffet hatte alles, was wir erwartet haben. Einziger Minuspunkt: es hat nicht genügend eigene Hotelparkplätze. Man muss an der Strasse parkieren und herausfinden, wie man zu einer Tageskarte kommt. Kostet so oder auf Hotelparkplatz gleich viel, je CHF 10.- Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast room is charming, and the hotel has a large lounge for guests to relax in. The rooms were clean as well. We would have stayed longer if we could. Just remember to bring a Swiss charger, or to ask for one at the front desk.

We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. They have a common area if you have your own food to eat and a fridge to store your food. Also, the lady at the front desk was very helpful regarding our train transportation questions. She took the time to check the schedule for us. We love this place would book again here when we come back. Merci!

Comfortable hotel with large room and nice amenities such as a dedicated lounge with dishes and a refrigerator where you can eat dinner. Nice sun deck too. Nice continental breakfast included. Very kind and happy staff - wonderfully friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the mountains. Walkable to Interlaken West station.

Nice hotel close to the train station. This was very convenient for our family to walk downtown to restaurants and shops. The rooms for a family are a little small but clean. They have a nice coffee area and patio plus a elevator.

The rooms were modern, sizable, and clean. Great AC, great views, good beds. Bathrooms were a little small but shower had great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was served well, hot eggs on request, coffee machine and all your typical European breakfast foods. Location is easy to get to interlaken west train and bus station. Not too far walk from food and shopping but off the beaten path enough to be private. Migros grocery is 2 minutes away too. Great common area and terrace as well! Laundry service out back was small but convenient. Service was largely good, a few small rude encounters but i think that’s mostly just a language and culture difference. Housekeepers were AMAZING, did a great job and were kind. The man guy for the breakfast was good too. Overall service was good enough, could maybe polish their politeness in English some but even the one or two people we had a slight issue with it wasn’t consistent so I think it was situational. The lady at the checkout sincerely cared about if we had a good time and asked what we liked, etc. Overall we stayed over a week and I would stay there again.

The hotel was eh. No receptionist to check in once you arrive - you need to use their landline phone to call someone to come down and give you your key. Additionally, you need to pay the 14CHF as a "city tax". We requested 2 beds and only were given one. The shower had hair on the sides of it, and overflowed as well. Free breakfast was just sliced bread. Room was a bit noisy at night because walls were thin. However, the hotel did its job....I guess. Other than poor amenities nothing technically bad about this hotel. 3 minute walk from Interlaken West. Not lavish at all but will accommodate you, especially if you plan to be out and about most of the day.

The staff were great but the room was very small. The bathroom was barely big enough to use and was smaller then the one in my camper. The bathroom also had black mold on the ceiling. The walls are very thin and you could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms. It was a convenient walk to town which was nice.

3 yıldızlı bir otelden beklenebilecek her şey mevcut. Mükemmel bir otel değil tabii ki, ancak 3 yıldızlı butik bir otelin vaadettiklerini karşılıyor. Çalışanların hepsi gerçekten mükemmel insanlar. Otel merkezi bir konumda. Odalar temiz. Yalnızca banyo biraz eski ve bakımsızdı, bu sebeple duş almak istemedim. Ancak yine de 1 yıldız kırıp bu otelin puanını düşürmek istemedim. Kışın giderseniz biraz üşüyeceğinizi de eklemek isterim. Ancak bu sanırım isviçredeki tüm oteller için geçerli, kaldığım 3 otelde de ısınamadım. Yalnızca ılıktı.

Historic Hotel but in beautiful condition. Our room was comfortable & had a spectacular view of the Alps & parasailers! Lovely breakfast included too. Very friendly servers. Special thanks to Anna Sophia, extra kind & helpful ❤️

Lovely place. Very good location. Pleasant neighborhood feel. Nice views from the room. Easy to get to and from transportation, Main Street and attractions. Room has all good basic needs. The bathroom is small and shower quite tight--could use floor grips for safe/secure feeling getting out of it. The road can be a bit busy so if room is on the street hear cars and voices. Very nice breakfast offered.

Overall service was good enough, could maybe polish their politeness in English some but even the one or two people we had a slight issue with it wasn’t consistent so I think it was situational. The lady at the checkout sincerely cared about if we had a good time and asked what we liked, etc. Overall we stayed over a week and I would stay there again.

The rooms were modern, sizable, and clean. Great AC, great views, good beds. Bathrooms were a little small but shower had great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was served well, hot eggs on request, coffee machine and all your typical European breakfast foods. Location is easy to get to interlaken west train and bus station. Not too far walk from food and shopping but off the beaten path enough to be private. Migros grocery is 2 minutes away too. Great common area and terrace as well! Laundry service out back was small but convenient. Service was largely good, a few small rude encounters but i think that’s mostly just a language and culture difference. Housekeepers were AMAZING, did a great job and were kind. The man guy for the breakfast was good too. Au check in la dame ne parlait pas français et difficilement l’anglais. Le déjeuner était inclus dans notre nuitée mais ne débutait qu’à 7:30. Lorsque nous avons quitté à 7h nous avons demandé s’il était possible d’avoir un yogourt pour emporter. Le déjeuner était déjà prêt dans la salle. Le monsieur ne voulait pas mais à force d’insister il a dit oui.

The hotel was eh. No receptionist to check in once you arrive - you need to use their landline phone to call someone to come down and give you your key. Additionally, you need to pay the 14CHF as a "city tax". We requested 2 beds and only were given one. The shower had hair on the sides of it, and overflowed as well. Free breakfast was just sliced bread. Room was a bit noisy at night because walls were thin. However, the hotel did its job....I guess. Other than poor amenities nothing technically bad about this hotel. 3 minute walk from Interlaken West. Not lavish at all but will accommodate you, especially if you plan to be out and about most of the day.

We were greeted by the Hotel manager Beat at the front desk, very friendly and helpful about our activities. He gave us tips and recommendations. The room was very clean, organized and the bed was very comfortable. Our room location had a nice view, you can see paragliders. Everything is close by, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was great with lots of selection. They have a common area if you have your own food to eat and a fridge to store your food. Also, the lady at the front desk was very helpful regarding our train transportation questions. She took the time to check the schedule for us. We love this place would book again here when we come back. Merci!

We so enjoyed this hotel. The owner was so helpful and gave us lots of good information. It was clean with a nice breakfast. We usually stay at Marriott and we weren’t sure what to expect. It’s very quaint and a two minute walk to the train station. Overall five stars.

Super quiet area. The staff was nice and the rooms were quite nice. We booked two different bedrooms and one of them was smaller but it was still comfortable. Breakfast was a plus (saved us time/money). It is a 5 min walk from interlaken west and 15 min walk to interlaken ost.

Adorable hotel. Loved the lounge area so our small group could meet. Great breakfast which was so helpful in the morning. Easy access to train station and the town.

The room itself was nice…..again pillows out here need to be fluffier 😭- (they also charge for extra pillows according to their welcome thing) no coffee maker or water heater in room :/ I like to have my tea every night before bed. They had one in the breakfast area and I asked if it was able to be used 24/7 and the guy said yes but they would lock the room every night! Also no refrigerator. They have one you can use but only have access to it if they are there which is till 8pm. For the price that we paid these should be included in the room. Other than that you have nice room with very basic amenities in your room and 8pm to use the communal ones. Sadly wouldn’t stay again. The best part was convenience to train station and breakfast was decent

The staff was so amazing and accommodating! Our room was very spacious but the bathroom was super tiny. Had great air conditioning for the summer heat. Breakfast was okay—nothing spectacular, but it was a free meal with our room, so no complaints. The hotel is super charming.
