Worst hotel ever .. Who and how have they rate this a 5 star….. and on what basis do you charge this kid of money … Room was extremely hot . They couldn’t provide a fan as well . When asked they said their system of air conditioning cooling is automatic and during winters only the heaters work . They furniture was worn out … the bathroom and room did not have blinds . The carpets were stained . I don’t know what more to mention … Movenpick is a good brand but I don’t know this hotel is managed by who . It’s hard to believe I stayed in a movenpick .

Everything was excellent, location of this hotel was perfect for our stay. My only black point was the lack of a tour desk or concierge advise for tourist information. I wanted a last minute reservation for a tour, front desk staff wanted to help me and offered me a 250 euros tour per person, I went outside and on travel & tour agency got a 110 euros per person, same tour and maybe more vip than expected in the hotel. Please try to be more helpful and defend tourist from scammers. Also taxis are rude and non trustful.
