Beautiful new hotel, staff very helpful. Very close to old city. Pool was quite cold. Hot tub was lovely. Spa not open yet.

The hotel felt like a safe haven after the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Great breakfast, great professional gym, great reaction to our request to change rooms. We enjoyed it.

The pool was closed, our shower was broken and the air conditioner wasn't completely working throughout the trip.

Wonderful stay, cozy renewed room at high floor with view, friendly staff when asked for late checkout, one of the best locations in Jerusalem. Easy parking and good restaurants nearby.

Dit Hotel is veel luxer als de foto's vermoeden. Alles is gerenoveerd en zit er zeer chique uit. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren in de parkeerkelder. Ligging nabij een prachtig park, waar je door heen loopt om in 10 minuten in het oude centrum te arriveren.

it was not clearly indicated the swimming pool was under construction, I chose this hotel for that, expedia did not make a commercial gesture, very disappointed by the expedia service which told me to manage it with the hotel

This is a typical “you get what you pay for” property. It is in a good location and the staff is helpful, but the property itself is tired, walls are super thin and there is not a ton of staff. They are doing some renovations but by bit, but seems like they need a complete overhaul to bring it into the modern era. Breakfast was good. For the price, it was fine.

Cassia Hotel was a pleaure to stay at from start to finish. Very welcoming and friendly staff made check in very efficient and fast and were readily able to answer any questions we had. The hotel rooms were spacious and cleaned very well every day. Meals available at the hotel were delicous. We highly recommend people to come stay here and we will certainly here when we return to Israel!

Clean room, lovely extras like

First the "not so good": We were a bit surprised that the side coffee area was not cleaned nor replenished but at least we had fresh towels every day. Now for the good part: Our twice daily visit to the DINING ROOM had to be one of the BEST PARTS OF OUR STAY. The selections and taste of the food, the cleanliness coupled with what seemed like the staff there could not do enough to help us really added to our good memories. The dinning room was the best part of each day of our trip especially ALLI (spelling?) who always made a point of making sure we were well cared for.

The stay was wonderful there. The breakfast was delicious and the property was very clean. Mary, who’s in housekeeping, did an excellent job and is very warm and hospitable. Ali in the dining room also does an excellent job.

I loved everything about the hotel - it's beautiful, clean, well-situated, and the staff is so friendly and lovely. I will stay at the Cassia next time I'm in Israel.

Clean, safe comfortable hotel that was within 10 minutes walk to main part of Jerusalem. Easily accessible to most religious sites. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and updated.

The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus . Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay . Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated. Baselle was also a very excellent Barman and I had a great experience with him . The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept us very comfortable as well! Mary was an excellent and efficient contributor to our wonderful stay . The hotel itself was beautiful with all of the intriguing art installations and the room with a view of the old city was extremely comfortable! The bed was fantastic and linens were top notch. I can’t say enough about this stellar group of people and the place we called home for a month! Thank you Maurits Van Den Berg for your hospitality and incredible leadership to make the Cassia what it is .

I confirmed a room with two queens and we told they were out. We got a king and pull out so the kids were awful. The AC wouldn’t get the room temp down enough so we slept poorly in addition to the bad bed accommodations. The hotel was clean and the food (breakfast) was excellent.

I honestly don't want to say too much because this hotel feels like a well kept secret. It is centrally located, has an attentive staff, a delicious buffet breakfast and is well priced. I will most definitely be back.

Hotel was excellent so was the manager he was very helpful

As a family of five, with three children under four years old, two of which with special needs and one baby, we looked for a location that would allow us to concentrate on tending to our children and allow us to rest and enjoy our short vacation with as less worries possible. When we arrived at 15:30 at the hotel, we checked-in and received a room with no elevator access. When we mentioned that this is not what was mentioned in the hotel’s description and due to the composition of our family it is not acceptable and not possible to stay in a room with no elevator access. They eventually managed to find us a room that fits our reservation with elevator access, but mentioned that there is no electricity in the room. being worried that my wife is also overwhelmed by tending alone to our children for the long duration of time elapsed during the events described above, I asked the reception manager to give me an update when the electricity problem is expected to be resolved. We waited on the streets, and we did so until after 19:00 with no resolution on the horizon. we arrived back at the hotel at 19:30 to ask for a refund and travel back home, luckily the electricity issue has been resolved and we could finally check in. Unfortunately, we soon discovered that our bed is broken and was impossible to sleep on. We decided to spare additional torture to our children in moving to another room and depriving them from sleep any longer and slept on the floor.

The location is within walking distance of many attractions and shops. The staff was excellent. Everything you expect from a hotel.

You didnt calculate the taxes in the price. Furthermore, i realized just at the check in that they calculate the submission in NIS and not in Dollars and in a very highy and exaggerated rate (more than 4 nis per $)! It was much more expensive than i thought. The receptionist didnt agree to give me the invoice that reflects what i bought - a very needed thing for my business trips.

Hotel bien placé. Belles vues sur la vieille ville. Bon état. Mais bien trop cher pour ce que c'est d'autant que pour le prix on pourrait s'attendre à un luxe que l'on ne trouve absolument pas (pas d'eau dans la chambre, pas de peignoire, de chausson...petit dej en supplément).

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Also amenities in the room were excellent ( they have everything you needed) I really like that deep sleeping kit. They upgraded our room to nice Jerusalem city view and late check out. And breakfast was great and so many choices. I definitely recommend this hotel.
