Spa area (gym and sauna) are in terrible shape.went down to the gym at scheduled time, and it was just not open. They decided to close it for the day without notice. Management was changed that week and no one is helping in addressing the issue

Everything was very nice. The pool and workout facilities are superior. The price provides good value. Oddly enough my biggest problem was checking bag for the day. I was first one in and came back at noon to have 100 bags jammed in front of mine and no one to help.

Very nice hotel. Looks like an older but renovated property. The views are amazing. Bed is comfortable and there is a nice business lounge. Breakfast is amazing. Just at the entrance of central Jerusalem with parking. The balconies are amazing for watching the stunning Jerusalem views. Front desk was very nice and threw in free parking

This is most certainly a hotel I will happily return to and recommend to others. A really first class hotel. The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. The facilities are fabulous, including the pool, fitness room, sauna and business lounge. The breakfast is amazing. Huge range and choice. Rooms are beautiful and large. The bathrooms slightly smaller in comparison but no real issues. The area around the hotel is clearly up and coming. In future years there will be lots more facilities around but there is a nearby supermarket, the light railway and main train station are close by and there is the cinema city complex close by.

The hotel is very clean. Service is very good. BUT u must pay 60 NIS for 1 day even youre a guest of the hotel. Also the prices at the pool are HUGE. We enjoyed pampering gym. The stairs was locked at the spa and the wet sauna didnt work. Breakfast was ok The hotel located in the center of Jerusalem. U can go and after 15 min walk to visit Mahneyuda center. After all I liked this vocation and maybe we will come back❤️

Jolie chambre mais meme si l'hôtel a été rénové il y a toujours des defauts ou des tâches. On sent la présence de ceux qui ont dormi avant nous et c'est pas tres agréable. Lit confortable. Tres tres tres mauvaise isolation sonore. Les portes qui claquent le matin m'ont beaucoup dérangée. Et mauvaise isolation de la fenêtre. J entendais le vent siffler et rentrer par la fenêtre. Il n'y a pas de produits de toilette ni de bonnets de bains ils faut en demander. La clim était soit trop chaude soit trop faible. Les serviettes sont changées mais parfois des grandes parfois des petites... ce n'est pas perfectionniste. Le personel au petit déjeuner est désagréable. On a envie le matin de voir des sourires et on est face à des jeunes qui n'ont aucun plaisir à travailler. Le personnel parle arabe entre eux et jai trouvé ca irrespectueux de parler une langue étrangère devant les clients. Sinon petit dejeuner excellent ( il manquait juste à mon goût des pancakes et des fruits frais) . Pas de smartTV. Wi-Fi médiocre. C'est cher pour les services proposés.

The reception was great! The hotel itself is old and needs maintenance, pillowcases are not clean, so is an extra blanket in the closet. The food was very mediocre. Old and unpleasant areas in the hotel. They hold parties in the hotel's pool, so there is no silence, it's not pleasant and the pool is very dirty. Too bad there is potential... we didn't enjoy the stay.

Vert Jerusalem was a fabulous hotel. We had an incredible view from the 20th floor and our room was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was within walking distance to the shuk and Old City.

Room in good condition but the balcony only had room to stand. When there the weather was cool,, and the air conditioning was on, and when requested to turn it off they ccouldn't do it. There was no shampoo or hand soap in the bathroom so had to call for it, but they did bring up some. The staff who signed us in was terrific, the rest discourteous. The breakfast while an additional $18 which i felt was a bit too much was abundant and delicious.While i was swimming it was raining outside and the roof of the pool was leaking cold rainwater on me. I chose the hotel because of the proximity to my conference. Unsure if i would go back if it was purely for leasure.

An excellent stay. Location was perfect and the rooms were nice size with a balcony. Excellent pool area. One negative is that there’s no mini bar in room and at 1am when I needed water, the front desk had no way of getting me a bottle because the bar was closed.

On adore et on y retourne régulièrement. Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver dans notre chambre en revenant d’une balade : une bouteille de vin avec 2 verres, un tire bouchon, un gâteau et des couverts. Ils ont pensé à tout. Merci au Staff.

the hotel was amazing I would be back, but the man at the front desk (Ahmed) was terrible, we asked for 2 beds and after 3 times going up to the 10th floor and finding a one bed we got a the room with 2 beds.
