Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Toilet kept running after flush in middle of night. Called front desk and maintenance stopped the water. Next morning toilet would not flush. Spa opened late and did not return my text as the front desk said. Woman at spa desk surly and rude. No appts available. At check out some confusion on payment as I had never used this app before. Settled. My error but could have been handled better by hotel staff.

Superb service and facilities. The only negative is a parking is not super convenient.

Famous hotel , but time for a refurbish of rooms etc , they are not bad just very outdated incl where the breakfast hall was very outdated … pool area nice

Digne d'un grand palace avec son histoire. Cet Hotel propose tout les services er le personnels gentils et serviable. De l'arrive au départ tout été parfait. Pour moi le plus beau hotel de Jerusalem. La piscine un vraie paradis au milieu d'une verdure et des transat très espacée

I had a wonderful stay at the King David Hotel. The hotel is a perfect mix of classic elegance and modern comfort. The pool area is a true highlight—beautifully landscaped, with plenty of loungers and a crystal-clear pool that’s hard to leave.

Historic backdrop and location is a given. Garden Room with view of old city walls was nice. Room amenities were very poor. A small outdated LG TV with poor connection and limited channels. Small old refrigerator that did not cool well. Limited electric sockets in room and none in bathroom. Free mini bar was insulting. Check-in was chaotic, time consuming. We had come to property a day prior March 18, 2023, to confirm an early check in for March 19th as it was our wedding day at 5:30 pm on March 19th. . Reception confirmed early check in for 2:00 pm. however the room was not read until after 3:00 pm. I the bride had no time to shower nor do my hair in time for wedding photos, videography; In fact, we were late for our own wedding!. There were many employees but no attention was given to the fact that we are newlyweds. We were offered water or grapefruit juice only. Breakfast was way below expectations in comparison to other 3-4 star hotels in Jerusalem with hovering wait staff. Room service average and food was below expectations. The gym was an afterthought. In short, we wasted four nights, 20,000 NIS and honeymoon days that we can never get back. Overall oppression environment. I will never recommend the king David hotel in Jerusalem. Glad to have relocated our honeymoon at a true luxury Resort Hotel in the south of Israel.

Beautiful , historic hotel. Excellent food and amenities

This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard. Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff. I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service. A wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks.

I hate leaving a bad review, but if you are sabbath observant, look elsewhere. The staff turned off the lights in our room, despite the Shabbat sign on the door. This ruined a nice evening when I had to go back down the stair and locate a someone to fix the problem. I never received an apology from the management, This is not the quality one expects from a "5-Star" hotel. try the Orient or the Citadel instead.

One week stay in the king David was a pleasurable experience. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The hotel has old world charm and an unbelievable history. Just walking though the halls shows the history of Israel and the different diplomats that stayed throughout the years. Would definitely stay there again!

I have been to hotels with more amenities, but I have never experienced the type of first class service this hotel offers from the time you get out of your vehicle to the time you leave.

There is an extremely outrageous thing going on in Israel . Non citizens Tourists don’t pay taxes but if they meet an israelie girl and she sleep in the same room , now you have to pay the taxes. Many hotels ignore the Israelis to avoid the outrageous TAX but king David receptionist insisted to charge me th VAT That’s almost theft . The PR guy came and saves the situation .

Fantastic, very helpful service, is centric in Jerusalén

This is the best hotel in Israel! The service from the staff is superb, and the hotel itself is an historical attraction (I highly recommend the tour with Ron!). The hotel lies very central, and even though it is downtown Jerusalem, it is quiet. It is just a short walk to the Old City, and many of the museums lies in walking distance to the hotel. I also recommend eating dinner in the hotel restaurant, with the Old City in the background.

Et av de beste hotell i Israel. Og vi har bodd på mange her. Fantastisk service og hyggelig betjening. Det eneste vi kunne ønske oss er litt bedre utvalg til frokost og i restaurantene. Men dette er Israel, og maten er annnerledes her
