We had a nice stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, we payed for it. Would bee nice whit that included . Missing the A/C, the room is hot.

The hotels location is great wether you are arriving by ferry, train or car. It's located next to the main train station in Kiel and very close to the ferry terminals. You can park in Contipark Parkhaus CAP with direct access to the hotels second floor. The reception staff was very polite and helpfull. The room was clean, spacious and had the amenities you need. Safe in the room. The bed was firm with comfortable bedding. The price of the breakfast did not reflect the selection though, but the total price for our stay makes up for it.

We booked this hotel at short notice during Kiel Week. Overall, our stay was satisfactory and met an average standard. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms, however, are showing their age and would benefit from refurbishment. On the particularly warm days during our stay, we really missed having air conditioning, which made the experience less comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable but rather basic. The selection could have been more extensive - for example, there was no bacon with the scrambled eggs and no orange juice available. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Kiellinie, the main train station, and the city center. Wi-Fi is only available after registering for the H Rewards loyalty program, which we found rather unusual and unnecessary. For our short, last-minute stay, the hotel was adequate. However, we would only choose it again if no better alternative were available.
