A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Staff and service were excellent. The bar by the lobby was closed for private functions on several night but the beautiful bar on the 15th floor was a much better option anyway. Breakfast was excellent and secured a late checkout time of 18:00 for 200 Malaysian Ringgit. WI-FI in the property dropped out multiple times but this really is a first work problem.

Impiana KLCC Hotel was a very good hotel, good for the price you paid, had problem with the fridge, they were very quick to fix the said problem, the safe box in the room was not working but I didn’t have to use it, so no problem for me, they gave us new towels and bottled water everyday, the infinity pool was so nice, a great view of the Petronas Twin Towers, night or day, I had a great time.

Great hotel with access to safe walking accesssways to KlCC and pavilion. Good pool 25m for exercise and very well equiped gym. Booked premier club room with complimentary acces to lounge. 15th floor lounge very proffesionally run with attentive staff and a very welcoming and helpful manager. Woukd highly recommend upgrading to club lounge as it represents excellent value and is a good place during the day to hold meetings and provides free 2 hr access to meeting rooms.

The location and price were quite good, and we also utilised the pool while staying. The shower however wasn't very clean, unfortunately, and had quite a lot of mould. We tried the downstairs bar on 2 occasions, with both times no staff were present, so we left.

Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location.

Excellent place to stay. Walkways will take you under cover to every shipping place to can think of. Pretty easy to get a ride to see the city or just outside for tours. Even rain did not stop me due to the direct connection to the KLCC walkways from the hotel itself. Very nice gym and dining options too.

I have stayed here several time before and bacically been happy with everything. This time when I arrived at my room, it was dirty and the top plate with the bathroom zink was so full of sticky spots and dirt that I could not find a spot to put my stuff. I told the staff in the morning and they promised to instruct the cleaner to fix it. When I returned to the room in the afternoon it was just as bad. I will not return for another stay at this hotel, The maintenance seems to be non-existing. My advise is - stay away!

The hotel room seemed it hasnt been cleaned for along time, dust around the ceilings which i had to dust with a towel, then dirty marks on the wall, the bathroom intercom telephone wire was so dusty, mold all over the sinks and shower silicone. J Kettle was stained yellow, cups stained.

So this is an honest review of why we have rated this so low...negatives: 1. Took 30 mins to check in 2. Used condom wrapper in clear sight on floor near the bed in a room that had apparently been cleaned 3. Half a pill/tablet in clear sight on the floor of the bathroom entrance 4. Pool, although big and refreshing, the water is very dirty and the bottom of the pool is littered with rubbish 5. There is a bakery in the foyer...on asking about some of the cakes, the man working there told me he didn't know anything about anything! 6. There is a handy convenience store in the foyer, the man working in this one grabbed the money out of my husband's hand when he was paying 7. You can wait a lifetime for a lift to arrive at your floor! 8. The safe is the room didn't work. 9. Cleaning was sadly sporadic in the room... however, when cleaned it was to a high standard Positives: 1. We had a club room. The club floor access is great and the breakfast was very good. 2. Big rooms, with comfortable beds and high powered shower. We have previously lived in KL and travelled extensively...sadly, we would neither recommend nor return to this hotel. It has the markings of a nice hotel to stay but their service is just way below par.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was catfishing this much, here are three reasons: 1) there is no nice view of the Petrona towers from the pool and the sunbeds and umbrellas are nothing like the pictures 2) the condition of this hotel I terrible. See pictures. There was even mould from ground to ceiling outside of our room 3) cleaning was horrible. So much dust under bed and in corners, clearly not correctly cleaned. Also smelled mouldy Receptionist was kind and offered us another room, but it was exactly the same.

The staff at reception desk and breakfast were fantastic, helpful, the room spacious and well equipped. Location fantastic. But the room service next to a Desaster. Dust everywhere, room not really cleaned, leaving no spare toilet paper roll - we had to ask reception on two occasions to bring another roll -, only one towel for 2 persons... not impressed.

We were given a room on the 7th floor which had a very stuffy smell. Lots of dust. Called the helpline and staff came to spray freshener which made my husband's cough worse. We went down to the lobby and complained. The manager was extremely helpful and apologised for the awful experience we had. He immediately changed our our room to the 20th floor. It was so much nicer and cleaner. Impressive view of the Petronas towers. Love the walk from the hotel to KLCC and Bukit bintang.

The hotel is in a super convenient spot, especially if you're in Malaysia for events at KLCC. However, the place feels a bit dated. It was clean, but because the furniture is old, it gave off a slightly worn and dirty vibe. The breakfast was actually pretty good, with a decent variety of options. The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi—absolutely terrible! It didn’t work in my room at all. I told the staff, and they promised an IT specialist would check it out, but nothing changed. Negatives: unreliable WiFi, a child’s face print on my window, glass shower door could not be closed completely, and the shower fixtures were a little wobbly, hand shower hose leaking. Overall a very pleasant stay in a super convenient location. Could use a little love but I would stay again.

The pool view was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint (gets the sun in the morning to mid day). There is an affordable shop within the hotel which was ideal. The breakfast was extensive with a made to order egg station, so many tasty options . The location is perfect, easy to walk to busier areas with shops and restaurants.

This hotel is in a great location in KLCC, very close to Petronas Towers and many main sites in Kuala Lumpur. It was good for a one night stay, but I did not find the service overly great. We were offered a late check-out but then we were called the next morning asking why we hadn’t left our room at the original check-out time. It was a bit inconvenient as we had to pack up quickly and did not get the late check-out we were offered, but overall we were comfortable during our stay and it was a good hotel for one night.

Location is very good. Rooms big but not modern. Service was bad. Stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned even once, not even with the “clean room sign” put out. Had to ask for new towels. Overall I think you can find better accommodation in the city.

立地は良いです。受付やポーターの方はとても感じがよいです。毛布がモワッと汗臭いので、持参したファブリーズを使い消臭。布団が臭いと思ったのはこのホテルが初めて。ラウンジは、その日のラウンジ担当者によってサービスにムラがあると感じた。カウントダウンの日は、かなり混んでいたが、髪が長めの担当者は、とても気配りが良く、混雑のラウンジの中で、グループで座れるように椅子を運んだり、皿を片付けたりと、とにかく一生懸命に働いていた。混んでいたが、お酒も飲めたし、軽く食事も出来た。しかし、次の日は、ガラガラなのに各テーブルの片付けはしばらく放置、お酒の補充もない、ビールを1杯飲んだ後、ビールをお代わりをしたかったが結局、補充されず、赤ワインもウオッカも空ボトルのまま、しびれを切らして空であることを伝えると、しばらくしてウオッカを持って来たが、氷も空、割るためのドリンクも冷蔵庫には3本しか入っていなかった。前日と違いすぎる事にビックリした。ラウンジが利用出来る部屋を予約する理由のひとつは、アルコールが高いマレーシアでお酒が飲めるメリットがあるからですので、がっかりしました。朝食は、1階のレストランがオススメ。とても品数がありますし、どんなに満席でも満足いくと思います。コーヒーだけは、ここで飲まずにラウンジに行くのが良いです。隣の人が白い繊維のような網目のものを食べていたので、チャレンジしてみたいとカレーコーナーに取りに行き、何をかけたらよいか悩んでいると、コレとコレをかけると美味しいよと厨房の方が教えてくれた。初めて食べたけれど、甘じょっぱくて美味しかった。海外に来たのだから、珍しい食べ物や初めての経験が出来たのが嬉しい。

Excellent hotel in a great location. We booked a club room and did not realise the numerous benefits it came with- FREE afternoon tea. FREE evening cocktails and canapés, which actually turned out to be dinner!

Hotel in posizione strategica in centro a KL. Ottimamente collegato. Buon servizio e colazione molto ricca anche se l’ambiente un po’ caotico. Nel complesso un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole visitare KL anche se la pulizia generale lascia a volte un po’a desiderare.
