Secure parking, very friendly staff, room clean and spot on! A bottle of wine in the room but sadly no cork screw! A lively hotel off the beaten track. I had a hire car to get around, not sure about local buses. The food was amazing! An enjoyable stay.

Previously stayed at Sveltos twice in last 3 years. Recently refurbished so all in good clean condition, secure barrier controlled parking, also nice variety of breakfast. Pool area looked nice even we didn't use it on this occasion. Only stayed a few days as we had family matters to attend to so effectively used hotel as a B&B on this occasion.

Pleasant scenic location. Walkable to the sea and a few minutes in the car to Larnaca Marina.Fantastic view over the swimming pool. The village of Oroklini and hills and mountains beyond were lovely. Enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the lovely restaurant area by the pool and enjoyed the well equipped gym and pool. Perfect , clean,attractive venue for recharging. Did think breakfast could have been kept warmer despite the good choice available and the layout of the shower room was annoying banging into parts of it as you try to get past the door. Besides that its a good choice.

Hôtel trois étoiles perdu au milieu de nulle part à à peu près 5 km de Larnaca; Accueil cordial et sympathique L’hôtel en lui-même est très agréable avec des chambres modernes et des espaces communs magnifiques , un billard, un bar au bord de la piscine dans lequel on peut boire des cocktails ou bien manger jusqu’à 22h30 avec des plats d’excellente qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’attention qui nous attendait dans la chambre à notre arrivée : une grande bouteille de bin blanc et une bouteille d’eau de courtoisie. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est de qualité très médiocre tant pour le salé que pour le sucré: plats à peine tiède, non renouvelés, viennoiseries limite rassies, jus de fruits à la machine imbuvables. Les transats au bord de la piscine sont très confortables et agréables et l’environnement est calme. Dommage que l’eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car elle époque de l’année, il fait suffisamment chaud pour se baigner. Mais l’eau était vraiment très très froide. Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend facilement nos voisins. Le personnel est aux petits soins Par contre, il n’y a vraiment rien à faire ni à voir dans l’environnement direct de l’hôtel, d’autant qu’il y a des travaux sur la route et qu’il est impossible d’y circuler à pied.

The hotel (inside and out), rooms, pool area and breakfast lounge were all clean. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Bedroom was a good size. The pool was a really good size, plenty of sun beds and usually quiet. - perfect for us. The food off the ‘restaurant’/pool menu was of a good standard but other than a Greek salad there was no Greek food options, which was a shame. The music played in the hotel and around the pool was very mellow but it would be nice to hear a bit of Greek music as well seeing as we are in Cyprus.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans l’hôtel, petit déjeuner très bon, parking sécurisé, plages proches de l’hôtel, lit tres confortable, aéroport à 15min. Le ménage des chambres et parfait et tous les jours ils vous laissent une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, pour le projet le conseille fortement

We have stayed in Sveltos on a number of occasions. We have always been greeted by amazing staff members who have always been a great assistance if required. The rooms are always immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast is a bonus too as the buffet always provides a wide selection for everyone’s taste. We have on one occasion needed to stay here on very short notice and within minutes the room was ready for us and check in was swift despite there being a busy hall of awaiting guests. The price is on the upper end of places to stay within the area however you get what you pay for here and you are guaranteed an amazing stay!

A beautiful hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. You get a free bottle of water daily, a lovely added extra. The food was lovely. The hotel was not overcrowded resulting in a relaxing atmosphere. For anyone wanting to stay in the area, I strongly recommend this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed in 6 or 7 different hotels in Larnaca this was one of the best. Clean, big rooms, breakfast was superb (apart from Saturday morning) friendly staff. Don’t overpay for places like Lebay which claims to be 4 star. Highly recommended.

Air conditioner didn't work in my room and there was no heating, so we were freezing during the first night, which led to that we both caught cold. Besides, we needed to wait more than half a day for the technicians to fix the air conditioner. We couldn't leave the room so the day was also destroyed for us. The hotel tried to compensate this for us by offering free dinner in the restaurant, but we didn't feel good so we declined. Instead we were offered a tea+honey and a warm soup. However, it would be much better if the rooms was checked before it was offered to us, so we could save our day and would avoid getting sick.

Vi blev modtaget med smil og glæde og fantastisk service. Vi var ikke så glade for værelset hvor der var køjeseng ved siden af dobbeltsengen. Det tog meget plads i værelset. Vi spurgte om der var mulighed for at få et andet værelse. Det fik vi .Der blev gjort alt for at vi blev glade og tilfredse. Hotellet var dejligt, dejligt med pool. Morgenmaden virkelig godt. Hotellet ligger ca 5 km udenfor centrum af Lanarca. Der er dejlig ro og virkelig god atmosfære.

Very attentive staff. We had an issue with the TV, staff member came immediately to resolve it. We were then asked the following day by another staff member if everything was resolved. Sadly our last day was not so good. Hotel was very busy, we dined in the poolside bar. Took 1 min to get menus then 30 min to get served. Food arrived 30 min later still with no drinks…. Staff were literally running everywhere so I assume short staffed.

The hotel smelt lovely as you walk in, They greeted us with a refreshing drink upon arrival which was great considering it was so hot Staff were very helpful. It would be difficult to get public transport in area so hiring car is best option

Near perfection! A beautiful intimate well run hotel, where it is clear every department cares and gives their all to make our stay memorable! Every member of staff were welcoming and Bar (literally) only 1 lady at the reception, smiled and authentically showed ‘they’ were happy in their work. Well done!! Let’s hope that 1 sour puss at the reception learns to turn her frown upside down!

We have stayed in Sveltos on a number of occasions. We have always been greeted by amazing staff members who have always been a great assistance if required. The rooms are always immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast is a bonus too as the buffet always provides a wide selection for everyone’s taste. We have on one occasion needed to stay here on very short notice and within minutes the room was ready for us and check in was swift despite there being a busy hall of awaiting guests. The price is on the upper end of places to stay within the area however you get what you pay for here and you are guaranteed an amazing stay!

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times this year! But unfortunately I won't be returning. This hotel has always been my go too place in Larnaca, but this week I stayed and found a very rowdy football team to be staying. A young team largely of 16/17 year olds who were free to make as much noise as they liked, coaches gave no supervision and they were even on a separate floor to them. I complained several times. I had an early flight so this was not a great situation for me. The first time I asked to move rooms, given some feeble excuse that it was not possible. I returned downstairs to complain further and ask for a refund so I could go elsewhere, this was refused. Funnily enough a room was available. How odd!!! The issue was teenagers treating a decent hotel like a hostel or a bar. The amount of shouting and rowdy behaviour was unbelievable, loud music coming from their rooms, screaming and shouting while trying to eat my evening meal, no thought AT ALL for other guests. No intervention from staff or coaches. I have a mutual friend who knows the owners quite well, I will be giving my feedback to them directly. Shame because I always loved this place. The situation was utterly shambolic!

Secure parking, very friendly staff, room clean and spot on! A bottle of wine in the room but sadly no cork screw! A lively hotel off the beaten track. I had a hire car to get around, not sure about local buses. The food was amazing! An enjoyable stay.

Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel sehr gute Anlage und auch recht modern. Nur die Baustelle und die Hotelruine vor dem Hotel ist weniger ansehnlich, auch der Weg zum Strand ist recht abenteuerlich durch die Baustelle

Pleasant scenic location. Walkable to the sea and a few minutes in the car to Larnaca Marina.Fantastic view over the swimming pool. The village of Oroklini and hills and mountains beyond were lovely. Enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the lovely restaurant area by the pool and enjoyed the well equipped gym and pool. Perfect , clean,attractive venue for recharging. Did think breakfast could have been kept warmer despite the good choice available and the layout of the shower room was annoying banging into parts of it as you try to get past the door. Besides that its a good choice.

Hôtel trois étoiles perdu au milieu de nulle part à à peu près 5 km de Larnaca; Accueil cordial et sympathique L’hôtel en lui-même est très agréable avec des chambres modernes et des espaces communs magnifiques , un billard, un bar au bord de la piscine dans lequel on peut boire des cocktails ou bien manger jusqu’à 22h30 avec des plats d’excellente qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’attention qui nous attendait dans la chambre à notre arrivée : une grande bouteille de bin blanc et une bouteille d’eau de courtoisie. Par contre, le petit déjeuner est de qualité très médiocre tant pour le salé que pour le sucré: plats à peine tiède, non renouvelés, viennoiseries limite rassies, jus de fruits à la machine imbuvables. Les transats au bord de la piscine sont très confortables et agréables et l’environnement est calme. Dommage que l’eau de la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car elle époque de l’année, il fait suffisamment chaud pour se baigner. Mais l’eau était vraiment très très froide. Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend facilement nos voisins. Le personnel est aux petits soins Par contre, il n’y a vraiment rien à faire ni à voir dans l’environnement direct de l’hôtel, d’autant qu’il y a des travaux sur la route et qu’il est impossible d’y circuler à pied.

The hotel has very good reviews in different websites that I why we decided to stay there. However, the staff is not very friendly, they need long (or even forget) to bring drinks. Another weird thing is that all inclusive includes only a few drinks from the whole menu. For example when asking for sparking water, we were told that only still water is included. When asking for green tea, we were told that only black tea is included. The food is good. The rooms and the pool area are clean. When we wanted to order lunch at 5:30pm because we were out and according to the offer it should be available from 10-22h; we were told that they don’t serve lunch anymore because they have to prepare dinner.

A beautiful hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. You get a free bottle of water daily, a lovely added extra. The food was lovely. The hotel was not overcrowded resulting in a relaxing atmosphere. For anyone wanting to stay in the area, I strongly recommend this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

The hotel (inside and out), rooms, pool area and breakfast lounge were all clean. Good selection for breakfast buffet. Bedroom was a good size. The pool was a really good size, plenty of sun beds and usually quiet. - perfect for us. The food off the ‘restaurant’/pool menu was of a good standard but other than a Greek salad there was no Greek food options, which was a shame. The music played in the hotel and around the pool was very mellow but it would be nice to hear a bit of Greek music as well seeing as we are in Cyprus.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed in 6 or 7 different hotels in Larnaca this was one of the best. Clean, big rooms, breakfast was superb (apart from Saturday morning) friendly staff. Don’t overpay for places like Lebay which claims to be 4 star. Highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Location not great - it’s a bus ride into Larnaca and the nearest beaches aren’t up to much. Our biggest gripe, though, was that we were not informed beforehand that the pool was being renovated. the pool was a major factor in choosing the hotel and, apart from a ramshackle taverna, there is nothing much nearby, so we were not happy.

Our short stay was very comfortable….our rooms were clean and quiet, the breakfast in the morning was well chosen to satisfy everyone’s needs . The staff that we encountered was professional, friendly and worked hard to make sure that we were all happy with our experience.
