The hotel is lovely, very new and modern. The pool is good and the hotel backs straight on to the beach and a walking path along the seafront. The restaurant was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The location is not ideal if you don’t want to sit by the pool all day. Larnaca town is too far to walk to (although buses are regular). I tried to cycle one day on a rented bike and there is so much construction going on on the road nearby that it was pretty difficult despite there being a cycle paths most of the way. Oroklini village is walking distance but in the heat probably a bit too much and not loads to see. There is construction going on right next to the hotel which you could hear but it wasn’t too disruptive. I had a room that looked out on to it and it never bothered me. The staff were great but would have appreciated a bit more information on public transport. I asked some questions and they were very helpful by ringing the transport company to find out but they never picked up. I would have thought this sort of information would have been to hand. Very good hotel for a couple of days relaxing by the beach.

Idyllic location if you face the sea and dont turn to your left! -Clearly off-peak as a number of the facilities aren't available e.g. the roof-top bar. With those, I think the experience could be elevated, as the only open bar (which had to be used due to the changeable weather), is set back, without a view. - Check-in was smooth and friendly - some work needs to be done on improving the ramp access/surfaces to make it easier to get to rooms with bags - I wasn't meant to be lifting anything as I was recuperating from surgery and ended up having to in a couple of spots due to the the surfaces not being level. - The room was lovely, with a spectacular view and balcony (I recommend opting for a sea view room). - Staff and service varied. There were some upbeat and friendly, and others who didn't appear to have had any service training whatsoever - I wasn't even greated with a smile or asked how my stay was when I was checking out - all of these little things could have made a difference to my experience and my review. Rooms aren't very sound-proofed. I could hear the shower chatting next door footsteps upstairs. Only one restaurant- fairly basic. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Hotel machte von außen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Innen war es sofort angenehm im Geruch und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war modern, gut ausgestattet und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Besonders positiv fiel uns der Poolbereich auf: hochwertige Liegen mit dicken Polstern und große Handtücher. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bot zwar keine riesige Auswahl, war aber qualitativ sehr gut – auch der Kaffee überzeugte. Der Strandabschnitt war für die Region sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich war insgesamt gut, mit ordentlicher Sauna und kleinem Fitnessstudio. Die Dampfsauna roch jedoch unangenehm, was nicht gesund wirkte. Der Whirlpool war nur teilweise befüllt, vermutlich aus baulichen Gründen, und das Wasser wirkte nicht sauber. Auch im Pool war das Wasser häufig trüb – auf den ersten Blick unauffällig, aber unter Wasser deutlich sichtbar. Fazit: Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vielen Stärken – insbesondere beim Service, Zimmerkomfort und Frühstück. Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt Anfang November in diesem noch recht neuwertigen Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage ausgezeichnet direkt am Meer. Der Strandanschnitt war sauber und es war kaum was los, während die Temperaturen noch zum baden einluden. Der Pool war offiziell schon geschlossen, allerdings durfte man ihn trotzdem nutzen; lediglich ohne Aufsicht. Parkplätze sind kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden.

Very comfortable, clean and great location on the beach. It’s an ideal size hotel with a great spa, gym and treatments. On the beach and has its own pool so you’re spoilt for choice. I will definitely stay there again.

Das Mercure liegt etwas abseits (aber fußläufig) der Straße, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Meerblick (sehr zu empfehlen) und außer dem Rauschen des Meers hörten wir gar nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück ist wirklich extrem gut, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt (warme und kalte Speisen, wie Eierspeise, gegrilltes Gemüse, Obst, Müsli und Joghurt, Hummus, gefüllte Häppchen, etc.) Für uns als Vegetarier ein Traum. Klavier Begleitung am Sonntag. Der Fitnessraum ist klein (max für 3 Personen gleichzeitig), jedoch mit Rudergerät, Rad, Bank, Matten und Hanteln gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine finnische Sauna und Dampfsauna. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt eine Promenade, die herrlich zum Spaziergehen einladet. Und in der Nähe gibt es auch einige nette Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Mit dem Bus benötigt man ca. 15 min zum Hafen/ Stadt, dieser fährt alle 20 Minuten. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Sonnenliegen werden schon vor 08:00 von den Gästen belegt, obwohl sie nicht genutzt werden. Die Leute blockieren diese, gehen frühstücken etc. und kommen dann irgendwann wieder. Das sollte nicht sein!

Breakfast one of the best i had. Cypriot products and french. Exceptional staff in restaurant. Great for couples. Romantic with skybar nd live music, beach bar nd lounge. Pool use until late. Late night swimming beach and boardwalk at back to walk along beachfront. Great for families too especially the childrens pool and beach water not deep. Clean nd modern nd new. Staff very polite. Bed so spacious nd comfortable. Room spacious with many amenities. Fantastic stay. Would hv liked a few more toiletries in room nd the bar gave me my martini warm in paper cup as ran out of glass nd i didnt enjoy it. Ich habe in dem Hotel übernachtet, und die allgemeine Ansicht war gut. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren ansprechend. Allerdings war das Personal teilweise nicht so freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Mitarbeiter etwas mehr Engagement gezeigt hätten.
Ich habe in dem Hotel übernachtet, und die allgemeine Ansicht war gut. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren ansprechend. Allerdings war das Personal teilweise nicht so freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Mitarbeiter etwas mehr Engagement gezeigt hätten.

Beautiful and clean property. Rooms are airy and new, restaurant was fairly priced and good food with lovely service. Two issues that should be easy for management to fix: Our showwe did not drain and completely flooded we the bathroom whenever we showered. The shower floor was also a bit slippery. The general noise from guests echoed through the building. Hear all doors and the coming and going of neighbors through the night. A white noise machine should drown it out.

Very comfortable, clean and great location on the beach. It’s an ideal size hotel with a great spa, gym and treatments. On the beach and has its own pool so you’re spoilt for choice. I will definitely stay there again.

I loved the fact that this is a new hotel with up to date amenities and services. Great breakfast and lovely pool/beach area. Some minor changes would make it even better. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cyprus. Some Feedback: Shower: it was hard to take a shower without the water splashing out of the shower stall. Shower pan was shallow and glass guard too narrow to prevent the water from getting out. The bath mat helped to catch it all but with all the humidity by the sea it wouldn't dry fast enough. Also, there was no place for me to put my own soap and toiletries that I use in the shower. Desk Chair: it is too low for the height of the desk. I have to work while I travel. Took one of the chairs from the balcony which actually worked well. Outdoor Rack: There was no outdoor rack to dry bath/beach towels and bath mat. People would drape them over the glass balcony rail which is not a good look for the hotel.

This is one of the most Beautiful Hotel we've ever stayed at! Beautiful yet simple modern design, very Cozy! Calming! Spacious, very Clean, the staff were the kindest and warmest people ever, the care and focus they give you when you ask them anything is very very rare to encounter! The hotel has everything, small yet big heart! The Spa was another amazing part of that Hotel, The Lady responsible was beyond caring and attentive in explaining and making sure all is clear and safe for us, she made my Wife melt from relaxation! It felt like you're staying at a family house. It was my wife's birthday and they left us a small cake with a candle and a beautiful card wishing Happy birthday.. they are very thoughtful...we are definitely coming back again very soon!

The hotel is lovely, very new and modern. The pool is good and the hotel backs straight on to the beach and a walking path along the seafront. The restaurant was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The location is not ideal if you don’t want to sit by the pool all day. Larnaca town is too far to walk to (although buses are regular). I tried to cycle one day on a rented bike and there is so much construction going on on the road nearby that it was pretty difficult despite there being a cycle paths most of the way. Oroklini village is walking distance but in the heat probably a bit too much and not loads to see. There is construction going on right next to the hotel which you could hear but it wasn’t too disruptive. I had a room that looked out on to it and it never bothered me. The staff were great but would have appreciated a bit more information on public transport. I asked some questions and they were very helpful by ringing the transport company to find out but they never picked up. I would have thought this sort of information would have been to hand. Very good hotel for a couple of days relaxing by the beach.

Fantastisk sted er det rigtige ord. Hotellet ligger lige ved stranden, har egen pool, men havet 20 meter derfra. Det er meget rent, rigtig gode og rene værelser samt meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Morgenmaden er super, godt udvalg og vil man have omelet, bestiller man bare. Besøger man hotellet tager man bare bus 425 direkte fra lufthavnen og sparer dermed hurtig 30€. Området er super med mange gode spisemuligheder.

Idyllic location if you face the sea and dont turn to your left! -Clearly off-peak as a number of the facilities aren't available e.g. the roof-top bar. With those, I think the experience could be elevated, as the only open bar (which had to be used due to the changeable weather), is set back, without a view. - Check-in was smooth and friendly - some work needs to be done on improving the ramp access/surfaces to make it easier to get to rooms with bags - I wasn't meant to be lifting anything as I was recuperating from surgery and ended up having to in a couple of spots due to the the surfaces not being level. - The room was lovely, with a spectacular view and balcony (I recommend opting for a sea view room). - Staff and service varied. There were some upbeat and friendly, and others who didn't appear to have had any service training whatsoever - I wasn't even greated with a smile or asked how my stay was when I was checking out - all of these little things could have made a difference to my experience and my review. Rooms aren't very sound-proofed. I could hear the shower chatting next door footsteps upstairs. Only one restaurant- fairly basic. The lamb chops were trimmed well and the aubergine was delicious but the other veg didn't belong on the plate and were undercooked. Bread served with cheap margarine rather than olive oil. - Option of freshly cooked eggs wasn't mentioned on the first day. Second day, ordered an omelette - it never arrived. - spa could be im

Beautiful and clean property. Rooms are airy and new, restaurant was fairly priced and good food with lovely service. Two issues that should be easy for management to fix: Our showwe did not drain and completely flooded we the bathroom whenever we showered. The shower floor was also a bit slippery. The general noise from guests echoed through the building. Hear all doors and the coming and going of neighbors through the night. A white noise machine should drown it out.

Der Empfang war herzlich, das Hotel machte von außen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Innen war es sofort angenehm im Geruch und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war modern, gut ausgestattet und wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Besonders positiv fiel uns der Poolbereich auf: hochwertige Liegen mit dicken Polstern und große Handtücher. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bot zwar keine riesige Auswahl, war aber qualitativ sehr gut – auch der Kaffee überzeugte. Der Strandabschnitt war für die Region sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich war insgesamt gut, mit ordentlicher Sauna und kleinem Fitnessstudio. Die Dampfsauna roch jedoch unangenehm, was nicht gesund wirkte. Der Whirlpool war nur teilweise befüllt, vermutlich aus baulichen Gründen, und das Wasser wirkte nicht sauber. Auch im Pool war das Wasser häufig trüb – auf den ersten Blick unauffällig, aber unter Wasser deutlich sichtbar. Breakfast one of the best i had. Cypriot products and french. Exceptional staff in restaurant. Great for couples. Romantic with skybar nd live music, beach bar nd lounge. Pool use until late. Late night swimming beach and boardwalk at back to walk along beachfront. Great for families too especially the childrens pool and beach water not deep. Clean nd modern nd new. Staff very polite. Amazing stay friendly & helpful staff. Excellent recommendations on local places to eat and the hotel restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet wide selection of tasty food. Lovely walk on the beachfront walkway. Travelled during the Cyprus winter weather was still nice sunny days. Andrea was amazing and helpful with getting around so was the manager on the front desk. Would definitely come back to Cyprus and stay at this hotel. Found the locals very friendly ! All in all an amazing trip

Ich habe in dem Hotel übernachtet, und die allgemeine Ansicht war gut. Die Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit waren ansprechend. Allerdings war das Personal teilweise nicht so freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt hat. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Mitarbeiter etwas mehr Engagement gezeigt hätten.

I stayed here as a first stop on a trip that took me around Cyprus and this hotel set the bar high, a bar that was not quite met in my subsequent accommodations despite the fact they were all of a good standard. Both the accommodation and staff/service are exceptional. The hotel is quite new I think and this is clear to see put this together with a great service standard and friendly greetings, notably from Andria on my visit to breakfast on my first morning it all just made for a great stay. And their pool towels are long enough to cover the whole lounger…a game changer. Given the great location with such easy access to the airport I’ll certainly be staying here on future trips to the islands

The hotel is lovely, very new and modern. The pool is good and the hotel backs straight on to the beach and a walking path along the seafront. The restaurant was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast. The location is not ideal if you don’t want to sit by the pool all day. Larnaca town is too far to walk to (although buses are regular). I tried to cycle one day on a rented bike and there is so much construction going on on the road nearby that it was pretty difficult despite there being a cycle paths most of the way. Oroklini village is walking distance but in the heat probably a bit too much and not loads to see. There is construction going on right next to the hotel which you could hear but it wasn’t too disruptive. I had a room that looked out on to it and it never bothered me. The staff were great but would have appreciated a bit more information on public transport. I asked some questions and they were very helpful by ringing the transport company to find out but they never picked up. I would have thought this sort of information would have been to hand. Very comfortable, clean and great location on the beach. It’s an ideal size hotel with a great spa, gym and treatments. On the beach and has its own pool so you’re spoilt for choice. I will definitely stay there again.

Das Mercure liegt etwas abseits (aber fußläufig) der Straße, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Meerblick (sehr zu empfehlen) und außer dem Rauschen des Meers hörten wir gar nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück ist wirklich extrem gut, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt (warme und kalte Speisen, wie Eierspeise, gegrilltes Gemüse, Obst, Müsli und Joghurt, Hummus, gefüllte Häppchen, etc.) Für uns als Vegetarier ein Traum. Klavier Begleitung am Sonntag. Der Fitnessraum ist klein (max für 3 Personen gleichzeitig), jedoch mit Rudergerät, Rad, Bank, Matten und Hanteln gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine finnische Sauna und Dampfsauna. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt eine Promenade, die herrlich zum Spaziergehen einladet. Und in der Nähe gibt es auch einige nette Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Mit dem Bus benötigt man ca. 15 min zum Hafen/ Stadt, dieser fährt alle 20 Minuten. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Sonnenliegen werden schon vor 08:00 von den Gästen belegt, obwohl sie nicht genutzt werden. Die Leute blockieren diese, gehen frühstücken etc. und kommen dann irgendwann wieder. Das sollte nicht sein!

Fantastisk sted er det rigtige ord. Hotellet ligger lige ved stranden, har egen pool, men havet 20 meter derfra. Det er meget rent, rigtig gode og rene værelser samt meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Morgenmaden er super, godt udvalg og vil man have omelet, bestiller man bare. Besøger man hotellet tager man bare bus 425 direkte fra lufthavnen og sparer dermed hurtig 30€. Området er super med mange gode spisemuligheder.

Idyllic location if you face the sea and dont turn to your left! -Clearly off-peak as a number of the facilities aren't available e.g. the roof-top bar. With those, I think the experience could be elevated, as the only open bar (which had to be used due to the changeable weather), is set back, without a view. - Check-in was smooth and friendly - some work needs to be done on improving the ramp access/surfaces to make it easier to get to rooms with bags - I wasn't meant to be lifting anything as I was recuperating from surgery and ended up having to in a couple of spots due to the the surfaces not being level. - The room was lovely, with a spectacular view and balcony (I recommend opting for a sea view room). - Staff and service varied. There were some upbeat and friendly, and others who didn't appear to have had any service training whatsoever - I wasn't even greated with a smile or asked how my stay was when I was checking out - all of these little things could have made a difference to my experience and my review. Rooms aren't very sound-proofed. I could hear the shower chatting next door footsteps upstairs. Only one restaurant- fairly basic. The lamb chops were trimmed well and the aubergine was delicious but the other veg didn't belong on the plate and were undercooked. Bread served with cheap margarine rather than olive oil. - Option of freshly cooked eggs wasn't mentioned on the first day. Second day, ordered an omelette - it never arrived. - spa could be im

Breakfast one of the best i had. Cypriot products and french. Exceptional staff in restaurant. Great for couples. Romantic with skybar nd live music, beach bar nd lounge. Pool use until late. Late night swimming beach and boardwalk at back to walk along beachfront. Great for families too especially the childrens pool and beach water not deep. Clean nd modern nd new. Staff very polite. Bed so spacious nd comfortable. Room spacious with many amenities. Fantastic stay. Would hv liked a few more toiletries in room nd the bar gave me my martini warm in paper cup as ran out of glass nd i didnt enjoy it. Would hv also liked a few more information from receptionist about hotel amenities nd events etc nd where everything was. Some rooms ugly views as construction going on now with some noise.
