출장으로 라이프치히 방문했습니다. 한국에서 오신 여러 손님들 모시고, 해당 호텔로 숙소를 정했는데, 모두들 만족했습니다! 특히 매트리스가 아주 편했습니다. 주차공간이 조금 애매하지만 주위에 무료주차자리가 많아서 괜찮았습니다.

Hotel is good but stuff need to be more understanding when they have a client with diabetes because during the night I ask the receptionist/ security for something with sugar and she told me that the bar is closed. What I need just something with sugar. And she gave me mint water .

Das Hotel liegt sehr fussgängerfreundlich gegenüber des Bahnhofs. Das Auto parkt sicher in der Hotel-TG. Unser Zimmer lag zur belebten Hauptstrasse hin. Kein Problem an sich wegen der dichten Fenster. Jedoch bei Hitze kaum zu ertragen, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Geräumiges Zimmer, super sauber, bequemes Bett. Innerhalb des Hotels ist es flüsterleise. Freundliches Personal. Alles Notwendige vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Zentral gelegen. Insgesamt eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je war - bis auf leider eine Sache: Wer das Pech hat, ein Standard-Zimmer in den unteren Etagen zu erwischen, kann Schlaf komplett vergessen. Höllischer Verkehrslärm im Prinzip die ganze Nacht; alle 10min rumpelt außerdem eine Straßenbahn vorbei. Das hier nicht in bessere Schall-Isolierung oder wenigstens Rolläden investiert wurde, ist mir unbegreiflich. Der Lärm ist unzumutbar. Und nein, nicht jeder kann und will mit Ohropax schlafen. Und ja, mir war bewusst, dass das Hotel an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Aber das trifft auch auf andere Hotels zu, wo man trotzdem schlafen kann, weil da entsprechend in Schallschutz investiert wurde. Ich schätze, in den oberen Etagen kriegt man deutlich weniger vom Verkehr mit und wer den Aufpreis für eine Ausrichtung zum Innenhof zahlt, dürfte erst recht kein Problem haben. Denen würde ich das Hotel auch empfehlen, denn, wie gesagt, alles Andere war prima. Ich gebe nur ungern eine schlechte Bewertung, aber ich hatte eine wirklich furchtbare Nacht.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen! Während dem Check in wurde uns ein Erfrischungsdrink gereicht, alles erklärt, uns für den Zoo Karten verkauft. Geschlafen haben meine Tochter und ich in einem sehr sauberen und schönen Zimmer. Alles was gebraucht wurde, war auch vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und frisch und die Damen auch sehr freundlich! Wir können und werden Ihr Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und selber bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Comfortzimmer mit Dusche und Lage zum Innenhof gebucht. Beim Einchecken wurde uns ein Upgrade zum Superiorzimmer zugewiesen. Dies lag direkt mit Blick zur lauten Straße mit sehr starken Strassenbahnverkehr. Duschmöglichkeit nur in der hochwandigen Badewanne (war für uns nicht nutzbar wegen unseres Alters) Außerdem waren diverse Dinge defekt.( Klimaanlage, Rollo und Föhn) Schlaf war kaum möglich. Nach der Reklamation am nächsten Morgen konnten wir nachmittags in ein ordentliches Comfortzimmer umziehen und so noch eine ruhige Nacht verbringen und eine Dusche nutzen.

Das Hotel konnte in Teilen den angestaubten Glanz von vor vielen Jahrzehnten erhalten. Trotzdem macht es eher einen Sanierungsbedürftigen Eindruck. Insbesondere in den Zimmern wird dies deutlich. Die 2-fach verglasten Holzfenster sind energetisch schwach, vor allem aber halten sie in keinster Weise den Lärm der unmittelbar vor dem Hotel fahrenden Straßenbahn draußen. Ab ca. 4:30 Uhr nimmt diese den Betrieb auf und dann ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken.

die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und mehrerer S-Bahn Linien. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ua bei der Ausflugsplanung etc. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Fön im Badezimmer überhitzt leicht und schaltet sich dann aus. Ansonsten war alles toll. Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles :-)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen! Während dem Check in wurde uns ein Erfrischungsdrink gereicht, alles erklärt, uns für den Zoo Karten verkauft. Geschlafen haben meine Tochter und ich in einem sehr sauberen und schönen Zimmer. Alles was gebraucht wurde, war auch vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und frisch und die Damen auch sehr freundlich! Wir können und werden Ihr Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und selber bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

What a fabulous hotel 10 minutes from centre of town and 45 minutes to RB Leipzig arena, hotel spotless, very comfortable room and bed, good breakfast, only little drawback is the room keys, I'm all for green technology buy when you cannot get in your room at 1am not too good All in all though would highly recommend and would stay again

die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und mehrerer S-Bahn Linien. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ua bei der Ausflugsplanung etc. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Fön im Badezimmer überhitzt leicht und schaltet sich dann aus. Ansonsten war alles toll. Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles :-)

Directly in front of the train station. The hotel is lovely, room came with two Juliette balconies overlooking the train station. Breakfast buffet was really good.

Selten, so ein Frühstücksbefutt mit auch gesunden Lebensmittel - das fängt bei gegrillten Tomaten an und hört bei dem frischen Schnittlauch auf. Auch die Nicht Wurst und Nicht Käseesser sind gut bedient. Also ich war begeistert - der Rote Beetehummus war auch richtig leggga - vielen Danke nochmal dafür!!

The location is perfect right next to the main station. My room had a small balcony and an excellent view. The location does produce noise due to the trains but with some ear plugs I slept very well. Breakfast is fantastic.

Hotel is not air-conditioned. Unfortunately my stay coincided with a heat wave. I was able to move to a room on the cooler side of the building. Leaving the window open was precluded by street noise.

Very noisy We had to pay an extra 30 euros per day to get a semi-quiet room Breakfast was okay and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only great advantage is the location. Not a good option if you want to rest and avoid noise.
