Unclean room, worn out furniture with dirt marks. King size bed is actually two adjacent beds. not worth the deluxe room upgrade… Breakfast didn’t even have orange juice (the fancy computerized machine dispensed tainted water only because the OJ syrup (!) container was empty) When we notified staff, the eventually just turned off the option on the machine. I had to ask three times for orange juice, after they had been claiming twice that they had no other option than the syrup machine. we finally got good orange juice from the kitchen… Not worth paying $25 each for this experience. The pool is nice and relatively warm.
