Absolutely beautiful & plentiful facilities such as garden, pool, restaurants, boat bar, very helpful & friendly staff. We wanted to stay longer & even tried changing our flights to no avail. I would definitely recommend any going to luxor to stay here - you will not be disappointed. Good process for food and beverages for a hotel. Great experience.

Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities

Parfait! +++ C’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lequel nous avons séjourné, et nous voyageons beaucoup! La chambre était très calme et propre (elle donnait sur la cour intérieure, où se trouve la réception). La piscine était incroyable, offrant un magnifique couché de soleil tous les soirs… C’était un bonheur de revenir à l’hôtel après nos visites. Je recommande à 100% cet endroit! Ils ont rajouté un lit pour notre fille de 5ans. Le seul bémol concerne les oreillers qui étaient un peu trop épais et fermes à mon goût 😉

Hotel was very nice and the facilities were well maintained. The riverfront pool was very nice and seemed quite popular with the guests. The breakfast was rather good, with everything one could want. The location is fine as it is right on the Nile river. My only wish would have been that they would offer some sort of exercise room

The outdoor facilities (sitting areas/pool/gardens) were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffet had lots of options and the food was lovely. The Italian a la carte restaurant was also good although the service was very slow (this is something we experienced in Egypt in general though as just the culture). The rooms... well.. the bedroom was fine and was clean and modern/simple but the bathroom... oh dear. Black grime in the shower, and bits and hair in the bathtub - this was not clean. Amenities were poor - 2 bath towels and a hand towel but nothing else. No towel to lay next to bathtub or face towels. Staff were polite and helpful - they looked after our bags very well as we left them at the hotel on our last day.

Leider ist das Personal nicht der schnellste jedoch sind die Speisen sehr lecker. Die Einrichtung ist in Jahren gekommen jedoch sind die beiden bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch der Pool ist sehr sauber.

It was refreshing to stay at iberotel. Luxor temple is a short walk away. Karnak is also relatively close. The hotel has a solid breakfast and the grounds are well maintained. The shower in the room was moldy but I guess that’s to be expected in Egypt. Other than that it was a good stay.

The overall facilities were nice. Yard was cute and pool looked great (we didn’t use it though). The room though, it needed some serious upkeep and cleaning. It was disappointing to say the least. Hotels always do this. Post pictures that look a lot nicer than the reality.

I was given a room facing the lobby, no other window! The room is very outdated and it’s clear nobody touched it for ages! The carpet was not clean and you see dust everywhere. The bathroom is also very outdated and requires deep cleaning. Breakfast was ok!

A good value hotel in Luxor. Clean rooms and great breakfast with Nile views. However check in was not smooth. Was initially given a room with 2 beds rather than 1 as requested. The original room also faced the street and the balcony door did not shut properly so was very noisy. I was able to switch to an inner courtyard room which was much better in terms of noise. Both rooms however were too warm for my liking. Rooms were dated with few plug sockets and could do with a refresh.

In general the iberotel is good. The location is perfect for exploring Luxor, the staff were very professional and helpful, Great pool area and excellent breakfast. However the rooms are slightly dated and in need of modernising and improving. Plus if you're on the road side it can be quite noisy with lots of traffic noise.

Let me start by saying that the garden and pool area straight on the Nile is really stunning and amazing to hang out in. The staff was always super nice and the breakfast has a great selection. Very fresh. But - the rooms on the street side are VERY noisy, hence I changed my room the atrium side after the first night. In the new room, the air condition did not work and I had to sleep with a wet towel over me for two nights to keep cool. Despite mentioning this, they did not fix the issue. Not great. Furthermore, the rooms are very worn down and need an update.

나일강 부분전망 객실 소음은 아쉬웠지만, 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박 나일강 부분 전망 객실로 예약했는데, 객실이 도로 쪽에 가까워 밤에 소음이 꽤 있어 귀마개를 끼고 자야했습니다. 조용함을 중요하게 생각한다면 부분 전망보다는 나일강 전체 전망이나 안쪽 객실이 더 나을 것 같아요. 호텔 자체는 오래된 편이지만 정원이 예뻐서 머무는 동안 전반적인 분위기는 좋았습니다. 조식 공간에서도 나일강 뷰를 볼 수 있어 기분 좋았고, 조식 메뉴도 다양했습니다. 빵이랑 커피가 맛있었어요! 호텔 내 레스토랑 가격도 합리적인 편이고, 분위기도 좋아 여러 번 이용했습니다. 또한 경비원들이 택시를 탈 때마다 기사 정보를 기록해 주는 점에서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 호텔 안에 수수료 없는 ATM 기계가 있는 점도 여행자 입장에서는 꽤 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 직원들 서비스가 친절했고, 뷰와 분위기가 좋아 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

The location is great. It’s on the Nile and within walking distance to Luxor temple. The hotel room is dated, very small bathroom. Big issue was the hard mattress. I have never ever had to sleep on such hard mattress, luckily we there for only 2 nights. The staff however is very friendly and helpful, and prompt in service.

Best location, nice Nile River view from room, clean hotel, but very slow service. Took 30 mins to checkin 3 rooms. Also all 3 rooms were on three different floors even though they were booked together. Room was clean but bit outdated. This is the only hotel in our 10 days stays in Egypt where we needed adapter to use our USA phone charger. All other hotels and even in cruise, we were able to plug our charger directly. Also they had only one electric receptacle at the corner of room to use for phone charger. No receptacles on bed sides which was strange. In bathroom, no shower help dispensers. Both dispensers were for shampoo and conditioner. The corner lamp was not working. Water was flowing very slowly in bathroom sink. Nice hotel but need staff training and room upgrades.

We enjoyed the property but was very upset with the car service. Was told thwy woukd take us to the airport via limo and then they were 10 min laye and found ou they called a local cab whicich should have been $2 usd but had to oay what the car service woukd have been at 25 usd!!!!

Staff were very accommodating no matter where you went in the hotel. Very friendly. Sometime the younger inexperienced staff in the restaurants needed more direction to get things done but generally others were always cleaning or fixing things. I really appreciate feeling safe by security and concierge.

The manager at reception exchanged money for me ,telling me that because of Ramadan he could only get a lower rate (a lot lower),later i was to find their was actually a machine in the hotel!....with a better rate than i got in cairo!!,also when i asked for a move to a room with a balcony overlooking the nile,the girl told me it would be an extra £32,i agreed to this and when i came back to change keys the manager suddenly changed it to £32 a night to the amusement of the female behind the reception who had initially told me £32,i felt the manager was showing off go the girls that he could do/charge what he wanted!......the room manager was very helpful and the food was good!

Amex card was not welcomed at the front desk saying that Amex is unacceptable. But I did not have other cards and insisted on using this, The staff brought a card verification device from the back office and unwillingly allowed me to use AMEX. Not comfortable.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Luxor-Tempel entfernt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 5. Stock zum Innenhof bzw. Lobby gerichtet. Leider war das Zimmer sehr ringhörig, so dass man alles hört bis zur späten Stunde. Auch ist der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut - kann man ja aber ausstecken. Also Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen. Auch war es sauber. Der Pool ist direkt am Nil gelegen und von dort aus kann man wunderbar mit einem Getränk in der Hand den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Die Angestellten sind freundlich. Die Teigwaren vom Buffet könnten besser sein, dafür war das Dessert ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel hat übrigens mehrere Restaurants. Sehr vorteilhaft ist, dass es im Hotel einen Geldautomaten hat. Im Grossen und Ganzen kann ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Good value for money. The breakfast is excellent. They even packed it up for me for my 4.30 am departure. The staff is courteous and ready to help. Good location, the Vodafone corporate store was at a walking distance which I needed desperately. The in room menu is reasonable but can be preparation can be improved.

The staff really make this hotel exceptional especially the pool staff. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great though the restaurant menu was a bit limited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The garden setting on the Nile river is beautiful. We saw 3 wedding parties using the grounds. Although there are various dining restaurant options, most of these were not available. The Lotus boat trip to Dendara would be something I would do next time. The buffet breakfast and dining is excellent and even caters for various allergy sufferers

This hotel is well located for all conveniences and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Though the rooms and interior decor is a bit dated, the hotel offers excellent dining facilities and ample outdoor gardens and a large pool to make the stay really enjoyable.

Choice of places to eat. Fabulous view over Nile. Woke up every morning to hot air balloons floating over west bank. Only small quibble not much veggie choice in bar. Although wifi not perfect it worked enough for us.
